Speaker 1: Sounds Russure. Hello, Hello, Hello, beautiful and wonderful mixologists out there.
Speaker 1: It's your girl money and you are in the mix
Speaker 1: with Money. Okay. I really was tempted to start singing
Speaker 1: if you're a mixologist saying you know it, clap your
Speaker 1: hands and just like have a blast. And yes, that's
Speaker 1: because I've already done some things in my life today
Speaker 1: that have made me a much kinder, happier person, and
Speaker 1: one of those things is having Lle on the show.
Speaker 1: Briefed by Lle were about to be I mean, when
Speaker 1: there's a breaking news day, there's literally no one else
Speaker 1: that I am looking through my stories or I swear
Speaker 1: to you God, this just happened on my personal and
Speaker 1: on my personal and my mixologists like my Mixing with
Speaker 1: Money page. I was like, I don't know which one
Speaker 1: I DM therefrom. I was like, Ell, what are you doing?
Speaker 1: Are you available? Breaking news? So happy to be here
Speaker 1: with you, Elle? How are you doing during these times?
Speaker 1: You really do news work, So how are you doing
Speaker 1: during these times?
Speaker 2: Just Leam, I'm unwell.
Speaker 1: You cover from all spectrums of the news, from what
Speaker 1: were about to talk about to day with my girl
Speaker 1: coming back and me seeing that and like real politics,
Speaker 1: I don't know how you have the range and bandwidth?
Speaker 1: How you doing?
Speaker 3: Not only am I unwell when I tell you like
Speaker 3: a freaking loser. I eat, sleep, and breathe this I
Speaker 3: think after good morning.
Speaker 2: The first words that I said to my husband.
Speaker 3: Were this race for the n district is getting ready
Speaker 3: to be crazy.
Speaker 1: Pause.
Speaker 3: Just for those listening, I'm a Jersey girl. Yes, you
Speaker 3: just elected Mikey Cheryl. And when I say we, I
Speaker 3: mean I was one of the thirty two content creators
Speaker 3: that were on her team.
Speaker 2: Thank you, and.
Speaker 3: Her as governor of the state there for her congressional
Speaker 3: district that she represents, they have to have a new seat,
Speaker 3: so there will be a special election on February fifth
Speaker 3: in the for that is our current lieutenant and acting
Speaker 3: governor in New Jersey. But also Annaliah I believe it's
Speaker 3: her name. Please forgive me if I'm saying it correctly incorrectly,
Speaker 3: but she is the progressive on the ticket who has
Speaker 3: been endorsed by Rasbaraka AOC, Bernie Sanders.
Speaker 2: The list goes on and on.
Speaker 1: Yeah, the girls are excited. I saw a TikTok today.
Speaker 1: You got me seeing tiktoks upon where to god Elle.
Speaker 1: I see New Jersey politics things, and if it's not
Speaker 1: because it's on your stories, because I watch your story
Speaker 1: enough that it's like you should care about this.
Speaker 2: You should care about this.
Speaker 1: Also because really people know in my actual personal life
Speaker 1: how much I love New Jersey. It's a weird thing
Speaker 1: that people don't know about me of all the stage.
Speaker 1: I get so excited when I get to go to
Speaker 1: New Jersey and people in my real life be like,
Speaker 1: why First, I have a long list. Okay, first of all,
Speaker 1: love that everything is on a freeway. That's fantastic. Why not?
Speaker 1: Why not? Makes it real easy for me to consume,
Speaker 1: which I like to do on a daily basis in
Speaker 1: one way or another. Do have real big problems with
Speaker 1: your roads? Not a fan? Real scary to take them
Speaker 1: exits and still have to make three more choices as
Speaker 1: soon as I took it. That's a lot. You're gambling
Speaker 1: with a lot of shit there. I see why everybody's angry.
Speaker 1: He has a little age, But I like that. I
Speaker 1: like the edgy this I do. I love your high
Speaker 1: Italian population and the mystery around it. That's tea fantastic.
Speaker 1: I really know I'm in it. I'm in it, like,
Speaker 1: oh wow, this pizza dest taste good. But there's only
Speaker 1: three guys in here. I just want you to know,
Speaker 1: and I'm sure this Hoboken, you say, rent is high
Speaker 1: as a kite.
Speaker 3: Also hooke that we had my daughter's third birthday party
Speaker 3: as per her request. Yes, at our favorite pizzeria.
Speaker 1: Okay, because when I went into a pizzeria in New
Speaker 1: Jersey and Hoboken, actually.
Speaker 4: There was a party for a child in there. A
Speaker 4: little white boy was having all ten of his best friends.
Speaker 4: And a pizzeria where there were three total individuals wolves
Speaker 4: Now that pizza. I got in there and said, this
Speaker 4: is I've watched enough power and everything in between from
Speaker 4: my wives to power to know what this is.
Speaker 3: It's some real Jersey I'm gonna eat behind the counter.
Speaker 2: They let her, you know, to the best of her.
Speaker 1: Huh. I'm gonna eat this in the car. But this
Speaker 1: is gonna be an episode or something later. I'm sure
Speaker 1: of it. This is a talent that will pop up
Speaker 1: on my feed if you're a crime junkie fan or whatnot.
Speaker 1: Ate it in Nakardo and l let me tell you
Speaker 1: best fucking pizza.
Speaker 3: Yah and then they be they be doing some things.
Speaker 2: So let me tell you this. I'm from Jersey, right,
Speaker 2: love that so jealous.
Speaker 3: Moved to Georgia my high school year, did high school,
Speaker 3: a little bit of college that I did whatever, have
Speaker 3: my baby down there, and then I moved back to Jersey, right.
Speaker 3: So of course there are a lot of things and
Speaker 3: trends and everything that you missed.
Speaker 2: And I came back, you know, for holidays and all
Speaker 2: of that.
Speaker 3: But still right when I was in Jersey, cheese fries
Speaker 3: was on the rise, like.
Speaker 2: This was the new thing, and they would do.
Speaker 3: Them different ways and you could get it with the
Speaker 3: ketchup and the hot sauce. The one pizza spot that
Speaker 3: I would get, they served it to in regular aluminum for.
Speaker 1: It, I'm fantastic, excellent.
Speaker 3: No bottom, and you know I'm not the paper plates
Speaker 3: at the pizzeria extan, so you're burning, yeah, ketchup, hot sauce,
Speaker 3: a little bit of ranch. They was doing the thing
Speaker 3: that was the hottest thing you could get from the pizzeria.
Speaker 2: Cut to I leave, I come back. Me and my.
Speaker 3: Husband we were going to a little family function and
Speaker 3: he was like, I don't trust the food at this
Speaker 3: shen Dick, and I said, let's eat first, So he said,
Speaker 3: I'm gonna take you to my favorite pizzeria.
Speaker 2: Cool.
Speaker 3: We go in there, but they had this was the
Speaker 3: beginning of it. But the baked ZD Pizza.
Speaker 1: Can't begin to tell you how I would have gotten
Speaker 1: so many of that. I hope you got another pound
Speaker 1: in the oven, sweetheart, because I'm taking half of that.
Speaker 3: They pay ZD Pizza And they had a bruchetta pizza.
Speaker 1: Three of those I'm not talking about.
Speaker 2: No. Can I believe hand fresh balsamic glade.
Speaker 1: You know I love a bruchette. It's actually I love
Speaker 1: a brewcehetta. I love a caprace. I'm supposed to be
Speaker 1: from New Jersey. Let me tell you something I feel,
Speaker 1: And people from the D and V are gonna I
Speaker 1: don't know unless you're from PG County, I don't want
Speaker 1: to hear it. But I think that we like New
Speaker 1: Jersey or I like New Jersey because it feels very familiar,
Speaker 1: like it feels like we live on the Beltway, and
Speaker 1: just because of the appearance of something in the proximity
Speaker 1: to the access roads does not negate the quality of
Speaker 1: whatever is in there. I mean, I'm talking You could
Speaker 1: go into a warehouse or a space in Atlanta and
Speaker 1: it looks like a scam is happening there. But in
Speaker 1: New Jersey you might be confused at first. It's like
Speaker 1: on the turnpike. Sure, you walk in and you're like, oh, no,
Speaker 1: someone's doing well in here. Oh this is great. This
Speaker 1: is gonna be a wedding.
Speaker 2: To remember, random buildings, hege.
Speaker 1: I mean, I've never been to a state that just
Speaker 1: has venues for what y'all just have mansions for weddings.
Speaker 1: That's not a thing? Is it also probably a front?
Speaker 1: We could talk about it. I'm opening all conspiracies and thoughts,
Speaker 1: but I like the ideas, so I don't think I'm
Speaker 1: mad at it.
Speaker 3: It's such a fun state because everybody here is on vibes.
Speaker 3: It's so expensive to love that that we have to
Speaker 3: live in our delusion in order to not realize like,
Speaker 3: oh wow, they're robbing us.
Speaker 1: Fantastic. First of all, I mean we're gonna talk housewives,
Speaker 1: so you know, I love a delusional world. That's why.
Speaker 1: That's also why y'all historically, up until they rant it
Speaker 1: into the ground, y'all loved Housewives of New Jersey because
Speaker 1: the delusion of those ladies, the deep ties, the delusion,
Speaker 1: but the lifestyle, the differentness of how they eat, sleep, move,
Speaker 1: It's like, oh, where are we going? That's what's inside.
Speaker 1: You're gonna put how much into this pizza? That's crazy.
Speaker 1: That's a big construction project.
Speaker 2: Jersey.
Speaker 3: Gia Jude Ice is opening a restaurant, collabing on a restaurant.
Speaker 1: I think so much. Ladies and gents and in betweens
Speaker 1: and all the things. All you mean, we are here
Speaker 1: to talk about hot topics, and boy did they all
Speaker 1: happen a lot this week. Y'all been busy. Y'all been busy.
Speaker 1: I could not talk about Bravo if I didn't want to.
Speaker 1: And speaking of maybe I'm gonna be taking another trip
Speaker 1: back to New Jersey. I think I'm gonna go to
Speaker 1: this restaurant whenever she opens it.
Speaker 2: Let's go together.
Speaker 1: Well, absolutely, I'm there. I love her. I was just
Speaker 1: telling her how much I love New Jersey because of
Speaker 1: the bagels. You see, I have something for every time
Speaker 1: someone asked.
Speaker 2: Me, why with butter and cream cheese?
Speaker 1: Absolutely? Any I mean, I want to poor crawl. I'm
Speaker 1: in it. I believe, I believe.
Speaker 2: I don't eat pork, but.
Speaker 1: I don't even like I will do. But when in
Speaker 1: freaking also almost wrong, like the weddings I've been to
Speaker 1: in New Jersey don't make sens And I just think
Speaker 1: that that that means something. I think that when you
Speaker 1: live in a life of delusion, like when you get
Speaker 1: to step into a world, like to think that a
Speaker 1: young lady younger than me, younger than I, younger than
Speaker 1: it's gonna start a restaurant. Yeah, Whilst her mom and
Speaker 1: her husband of various various rumors, scandals, allegations, he's been
Speaker 1: known for some financial concerns. We were concerned about her finances.
Speaker 1: They decided to go in together on a I think
Speaker 1: a like a like a wedding castle, one of those
Speaker 1: one of those venues of sorts that we were talking about. However,
Speaker 1: we were concerned about Teresa's money before. I don't know
Speaker 1: if any updates on that, but out of nowhere, instead
Speaker 1: of more information on that, we get some renderings, like
Speaker 1: some renderings and I'm not talking about the million dollar listing.
Speaker 1: Frederic and Ryan and them put up the really cute
Speaker 1: they put up the really cute like renderings when they
Speaker 1: put the money in that thing, no, I mean, like
Speaker 1: maybe the pro version of chagbt. I'm not trying to
Speaker 1: be shady. I just think that maybe that of a
Speaker 1: restaurant that Jia is supposedly partnering. What is this? Is
Speaker 1: this possible or like, is this one of those things
Speaker 1: that we'll expect, like just will sit there in construction
Speaker 1: for a while. I don't tell me your new Jersey thoughts.
Speaker 1: I don't know my dad.
Speaker 3: So first of all, I want to say thank you,
Speaker 3: because the second that she posted that post, I said,
Speaker 3: but what about your finances?
Speaker 1: Okay, who got was and why? Jia?
Speaker 3: I think that was strategic. I think so put in
Speaker 3: the powervill in your baby's name.
Speaker 1: Remember when Jamal Bryant opened that restaurant for those girls,
Speaker 1: and baby girl just wanted to go to Nicki Minaj
Speaker 1: and she couldn't. She now had a loan in a
Speaker 1: restaurant that she didn't ask for. I hate your kids.
Speaker 2: I'm sorry, how's that restaurant doing.
Speaker 1: Y'all hate your children? The baby wanted to see Nicki Minaj,
Speaker 1: you instead gave her dad and a bad name. I
Speaker 1: don't unders, and then we're seeing it again. He could
Speaker 1: have at the very least.
Speaker 2: Were a choice. That was a choice.
Speaker 1: That was a choice. If you're gonna stam, also give
Speaker 1: the do a good job, be nice, have to pay
Speaker 1: out for the girls with Peter Thomas.
Speaker 2: Congratulations, God terrible.
Speaker 1: Could I just feel like I don't remember in my
Speaker 1: bits of watching Next Gen NYC Gus saying she wanted
Speaker 1: to open a restaurant in New Jersey with people or
Speaker 1: being into culinary anything.
Speaker 2: The last I heard from g she wanted to be
Speaker 2: a lawyer.
Speaker 1: Is she in the school for that or she just
Speaker 1: taking a break to be content, which is fun all
Speaker 1: the power to you. Still don't expect content creators to
Speaker 1: make restaurants. That is the number one most failing business
Speaker 1: unless I don't know. I just think that there's only
Speaker 1: a few.
Speaker 3: In the restaurant and you have benefits for cash orders.
Speaker 1: Yeah, man, put it in your daughter's name. It's so like,
Speaker 1: what do you think that we're going to think? And
Speaker 1: I know she's not that bright because she told him
Speaker 1: I'm not to get a prenup And I would have
Speaker 1: told you you would not have to do this if
Speaker 1: you had gotten that.
Speaker 3: Well, okay, so here's my theory on the prenum. I
Speaker 3: think that the Teresa we see is a facade. It's
Speaker 3: a house built on sand, right, Okay, And so, as
Speaker 3: per the divorce laws in the state of New Jersey,
Speaker 3: if you believe that everything that Louis was doing was
Speaker 3: above ground, there is more for you to gain by
Speaker 3: not having a prenup than there is for you to
Speaker 3: gain by having one, because you really ain't coming to
Speaker 3: the table with much.
Speaker 1: Got it heard? I mean I don't think she had
Speaker 1: much to begin with, That's true. I mean I don't
Speaker 1: know what I would have done. Oh I do. I
Speaker 1: wouldn't have married that man, Louie or Joe. Late too
Speaker 1: late for the for Joe, but for Louis, absolutely all
Speaker 1: the times were there. And to me to bring your
Speaker 1: daughter into this and open a restaurant, and when it's
Speaker 1: not her Drew like, it's not like, oh, she's giving
Speaker 1: her daughter, she's trying to set her up for success.
Speaker 1: This isn't funding anything. I'm hearing that Gia want to
Speaker 1: do Jia's money or anything. But also in the same show,
Speaker 1: and while we're talking about how Brielle on that show
Speaker 1: is funding her mama Kim Zosiak's entire life, I really
Speaker 1: have an issue with us also like letting this be okay.
Speaker 1: This is the same kind of exploitation, if not worse.
Speaker 1: I mean, Brielle at least gets to say yes or
Speaker 1: no to the purchases of her mama's lottery tickets. I
Speaker 1: guess I don't know, do something something. I just I
Speaker 1: have issues with her name being tied to something that,
Speaker 1: like y'all, y'all's lawyers say, why your daughter? Ah, It
Speaker 1: just really confus. We could just do something else.
Speaker 2: We could definitely do something.
Speaker 1: We just get a job. Like y'all are so close
Speaker 1: to getting the show back together. I know, but I
Speaker 1: think that, oh, they want to do this so that
Speaker 1: we will get them the show back. I forgot selling me, y'all.
Speaker 1: Is that what you're yelling at the storyline? Because and
Speaker 1: they all got back together.
Speaker 3: Remember I was gonna say making up with Melissa is
Speaker 3: not enough, and no, you can't do that.
Speaker 1: Whole family made up with each other, everybody involved.
Speaker 2: Especially because this is Jersey. I want to see y'all fight.
Speaker 2: And this is the thing. This is the thing.
Speaker 3: The fighting that happened on Jersey in the beginning season
Speaker 3: one before we went and got Melissa worked because every
Speaker 3: pocket had a vested person, right like Teresa and the
Speaker 3: Manzos weren't family, so we could argue.
Speaker 2: But I'm also only going to argue.
Speaker 3: But so far, so far because Dina is my best friend, right,
Speaker 3: so there's there's a little bit of mutual respect here
Speaker 3: that translates to real life. Right then it was Teresa
Speaker 3: to dan yell, we're not family at all, Carrod it
Speaker 3: to Danielle, and then Jacqueline and Carol can have their
Speaker 3: sister in law.
Speaker 2: Things cool.
Speaker 3: Right when it became watching Teresa and Melissa fight, it
Speaker 3: broke the mold because this is not it wasn't. Each
Speaker 3: clique is not supposed to have its internal battles. Y'all
Speaker 3: are supposed to throw rocks at other people, and so
Speaker 3: them clicking back up works also Dolorous, She came from
Speaker 3: Patterson like, this is a this is a friend. I
Speaker 3: want to see how you argue with your homegirls, your friends.
Speaker 3: I don't want to see how y'all literally fall apart
Speaker 3: as a family.
Speaker 1: I don't, I don't, and I do. I am exciting
Speaker 1: for Housewives of Rhode Island, for Dolores to kind of
Speaker 1: like introduce us to those earlies, to give us the
Speaker 1: same vibe. But I don't know, Y'll just never make
Speaker 1: me hate New Jersey. I just I think that's that
Speaker 1: was never. We can find fresh and if you find
Speaker 1: fresh meat, we could there. There's a lot of them there, y'all.
Speaker 3: I told you I used to work with Joleen from
Speaker 3: Real Housewives in the New Jersey which one who what's okay?
Speaker 2: Y'all know I suck with season numbers.
Speaker 3: But it was the season when Jacqueline had the trainer
Speaker 3: that came in and the trainer kept dipping off to
Speaker 3: go drink.
Speaker 2: The setter home wine out of her bag.
Speaker 1: Yes, I worked with her. My god, season four.
Speaker 2: So I never watched Real Housewives of New Jersey. I
Speaker 2: was in Atlanta.
Speaker 3: So at this time I was working at AGM in
Speaker 3: New Jersey. And there is this lady and she you
Speaker 3: remember the sneaker the wedge sneaker.
Speaker 1: Heels, huh, I left us.
Speaker 2: She used to walk around she.
Speaker 3: Was hired as a trainer and she used to walk
Speaker 3: around in these and it was like whenever she came,
Speaker 3: they were kind of like laying out the red carpet
Speaker 3: and I was like, what what? Like she was Joline
Speaker 3: was so sweet, but she was walking around with her tracks.
Speaker 3: You could see the tracks, and so it was just like,
Speaker 3: what's the hype right?
Speaker 2: Like it just wasn't being explained to me.
Speaker 3: So finally the head of the training department was like
Speaker 3: that she's from Real Housewives in New Jersey. She's going
Speaker 3: to bring in a big clientele. Da da da da
Speaker 3: da da da da da. I'm like, okay, I'm in
Speaker 3: the office at the gym. I've got office hours. This
Speaker 3: particular day, Joline walks in the room. She goes, Hey,
Speaker 3: what size do you wear? I was like, choose clothes,
Speaker 3: Like what pants? I told her in my size. She goes,
Speaker 3: you want to model? Yeah, sure, okay, I'm gonna text
Speaker 3: you the information. And then I think, like a week later,
Speaker 3: I was being picked up by a black car and
Speaker 3: rode out to New York to do Picks eleven I
Speaker 3: think is the name of the channel out there to
Speaker 3: do a new segment, and I was like, the you
Speaker 3: can take your stuff from day to night I did
Speaker 3: with Toda and Kathie Lee.
Speaker 1: I love them both.
Speaker 2: I did. I gotta find it.
Speaker 3: I posted it a while ago, but I did a
Speaker 3: new segment, a little holiday day to night news segment,
Speaker 3: having on Live TV in my spanks having to get
Speaker 3: dressed real fast.
Speaker 1: Oh my god, that's amazing. Jacqueline's personal trainer none on
Speaker 1: Reddit for the lady who won't stop drinking from her
Speaker 1: wine by the bool in the bag. Yeah, and I
Speaker 1: love New Jersey. It's just but just because it may
Speaker 1: look that bananas doesn't mean it's not some of the
Speaker 1: most beautiful places I've ever seen, some of the best
Speaker 1: food I've ever had. I've yet to have a bad meal.
Speaker 1: And you're like, well, I've had bad meals in New Jersey.
Speaker 1: That's you. It's not me. I've had great ones.
Speaker 2: I've had bad.
Speaker 1: Like I don't live there though, so I'm lucky. I
Speaker 1: don't know that too.
Speaker 3: I had bad, like repeat meals, if that makes sense,
Speaker 3: Like you have one it's really good, and then it
Speaker 3: becomes your little fixation and now when you want to
Speaker 3: go back, it's not like as good the second time around,
Speaker 3: or something it's a different cook or something like that. Okay,
Speaker 3: but I don't think overall like we've got good food.
Speaker 3: And when I was in Georgia, as good as the
Speaker 3: food is in Georgia, I used to crab like hoey
Speaker 3: and cheeseburger just food bagels. They don't do bagels like that.
Speaker 3: We got like Manhattan bagels in Georgia. Yeah no, this
Speaker 3: is not the place for bagels. New Jersey is.
Speaker 1: Georgia is the place for one thing, and one thing
Speaker 1: in particular. That is literally good looking women.
Speaker 2: But.
Speaker 3: Little barbecue be good like foold be good, but good
Speaker 3: woman is.
Speaker 1: Let me tell you about how you have so many
Speaker 1: if you are watching Traders right now, so many moments
Speaker 1: from your pop culture lexicon from the last couple of
Speaker 1: years has now come from a Georgia peage. My first
Speaker 1: Phaedria coming back to Traders and giving us and then
Speaker 1: now coming back fully to Bravo because of that. Now
Speaker 1: Porsche being on Traders in season four, and she's already
Speaker 1: been on Housewives of Atlanta and she's.
Speaker 3: Been back there back to season five because she was
Speaker 3: the first one voted out.
Speaker 1: We know, and good luck heading a season without. In fact,
Speaker 1: this is about to be Porscha's year. Porsia is on
Speaker 1: the freaking rise because not only is she going to
Speaker 1: be on this new season, she's also now with a
Speaker 1: new boot. And you know, I'm thrilled, not that I
Speaker 1: have it, goes on record, not as thrilled as my wife.
Speaker 1: She wants that to be on the record. She's more thrilled. Good.
Speaker 1: Porscha is now a at least at the moment, let's
Speaker 1: load dolla beting.
Speaker 2: I like that for her, love it for her.
Speaker 1: They're so happy looking earlier because we know, we knew,
Speaker 1: we could have been known.
Speaker 2: We were fighting with Candy about the situation.
Speaker 1: There in South and South you know that whole.
Speaker 2: Season of that got favor in trouble that one.
Speaker 1: That was one thing. Yeah, Also what was being alleged
Speaker 1: in South Carolina.
Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what you meant.
Speaker 3: Yes the bolo Yes, yes, yes, which is like cool.
Speaker 1: Like standing it and I'm good with that also, like
Speaker 1: no one is. It's just not the gag y'all think
Speaker 1: it is. I'm just letting y'all know. In twenty twenty six,
Speaker 1: that's why it's being so well received, and that's why
Speaker 1: Portia is having a great time having a new relationship.
Speaker 1: Though just last year people recalling her all kinds of
Speaker 1: things because all that stuff was not men January, She's
Speaker 1: got she's already. She was doing good. She was on Traders,
Speaker 1: got off, She's gonna be on season five. She got
Speaker 1: a brand new booing relationship and that seems to be
Speaker 1: going well, and she is going She just was announced
Speaker 1: on the cast of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip,
Speaker 1: the new show coming to Barravo and Peacock and all
Speaker 1: of them. A cast of characters, cast stuff, Porsia definitely
Speaker 1: being the one I'm the most excited about, but quite
Speaker 1: a few. I think this cast needed to be We're
Speaker 1: gonna work. We're gonna work backwards. We're gonna work backwards
Speaker 1: with what they had to do because of what they
Speaker 1: didn't do that they should have done. Let's discuss, okay, please.
Speaker 1: The Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip cast was announced at this
Speaker 1: time just yesterday, about sixteen hours ago. It was a
Speaker 1: up to because of the twenty years of Housewives like celebration.
Speaker 1: The cast is as follows, from bottom to top. Lisa Barlowe,
Speaker 1: Giselle Bryant, Porscha Williams, Kyle Richards. That is always a choice, y'all.
Speaker 1: Y'all will always make that choice. Not to mention she
Speaker 1: was on the first season anyways, I'm sorry, Threesa, Judas okay, okay, Luyenne,
Speaker 1: Della Septs and Vicky Gumbleson.
Speaker 3: And everybody here with the exception of Vicky and Lisa
Speaker 3: have already done Ultimate Girls trips.
Speaker 1: All of these people have except for those two in which.
Speaker 3: Case, but we didn't see Luans, so we didn't see
Speaker 3: We didn't get to see her.
Speaker 2: On the first one. Kyle was on the first one, correct, Yes.
Speaker 3: With Ternjazelle was on the joint together where they stole
Speaker 3: Heather's bottle?
Speaker 2: Yes, right was it? Heather?
Speaker 1: Yeah, Heather, there you go. And Lisa. Yeah, this is
Speaker 1: a moment for her. I'm very excited for her to
Speaker 1: be outside of the girls. This is actually something I
Speaker 1: would have loved to see. She deserves to be not
Speaker 1: just fun a van but I think she'll work best
Speaker 1: this way. Y'all will continue to force Vicky gumboleson on us.
Speaker 1: Y'all love her such a better cast.
Speaker 2: Why are we getting repeat girls? Heather Debro was right there.
Speaker 1: That would have been great, better than VICKI. I really
Speaker 1: just don't understand why will put while y'all ded you
Speaker 1: she said that Heather was the most divert it was
Speaker 1: too diverse for OC, so you put her on a
Speaker 1: cast like this.
Speaker 3: So if I'm going franchise by franchise, like I'm gonna
Speaker 3: replace each picture instead of.
Speaker 1: Victim, so oc who we're replacing.
Speaker 2: With instead of VICKI, I'm going.
Speaker 3: Heather got it New York instead of lu When, I'm going,
Speaker 3: what's my girl?
Speaker 2: The Silva new season aside.
Speaker 1: Side, I'm going, Okay, okay, very new Jersey.
Speaker 3: You haven't had any of the reboot girls exist in
Speaker 3: the Bravos their franchise.
Speaker 2: They might work better Jersey.
Speaker 1: Mm hmm, well, let'sa's done it. Carolines got buried. It
Speaker 1: was her fault, or not her fault, but her situation.
Speaker 1: That so she won't do it again.
Speaker 3: No, no teeth, girl, she was she was mad, she
Speaker 3: was eating the mozzarella, shoving it all in her face.
Speaker 2: What's her name? She lost weight? Festler, Jen, Festler, My
Speaker 2: love Jen. That would be good.
Speaker 1: She will get along with the l Okay Beverly Hills.
Speaker 3: Beverly Hills, not sutt In, not Kyle, not Dirry, Erica,
Speaker 3: definitely not Bows.
Speaker 2: Who's left?
Speaker 3: No, no, okay, anybody, we can get it.
Speaker 1: She's not full time. But Jennifer Tilly is fun.
Speaker 2: Yes, that's why I was thinking.
Speaker 1: Fun and rich and doesn't understand the way things work.
Speaker 1: It's great, That's who I want there. Okay, Atlanta, Atlanta,
Speaker 1: Porscha keep. I'm sorry, that's my safe.
Speaker 2: I was going to save Porsia has to stay.
Speaker 1: But if we just add another Atlanta, we really couldn't
Speaker 1: this all together. And I'll tell you the other Let's
Speaker 1: save the other Atlanta for last. Okay, keep yourself or
Speaker 1: she's done it before we could do And this is
Speaker 1: having a good time with traders. I'm sorry, I'm having time.
Speaker 2: What's her name, Stacy.
Speaker 3: Hell yeah, absolutely, it's a nice knocklist for her right there, right.
Speaker 1: There, m yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I want her. I
Speaker 1: love that lady so much. I'm having such a blast
Speaker 1: with Potomac Grid.
Speaker 2: I fully enjoy her.
Speaker 1: I really do. Okay, in Salt Lake City, well, Lisa's new,
Speaker 1: we can keep her.
Speaker 2: Lisa is new, we could keep her.
Speaker 1: I think she's the best pet.
Speaker 3: If I was just going to say that, I would
Speaker 3: like to see broun win outside of her cast, go okay.
Speaker 3: I know I know y'all, I know how y'all feel
Speaker 3: about her, But I feel like.
Speaker 1: I think she's smart. I will say that every time.
Speaker 1: I think she's smart smart, I think there it is.
Speaker 1: I respect her greatly.
Speaker 3: I think the jin Bateman and boy on the show.
Speaker 3: I'm saying I think they have the same issue. Both
Speaker 3: of them really want to be accepted. And I think
Speaker 3: this is what I feel like. The show has been
Speaker 3: on for so long, you cannot deny that there is
Speaker 3: an offe camera circle, whether that be strategic or genuine friendship, right,
Speaker 3: And I don't think Bateman or Braunwin are in anybody's
Speaker 3: off camera inner circle.
Speaker 1: Yeah, and they want to be real bad.
Speaker 2: They want to be into.
Speaker 3: What we see on camera is them showing themselves worthy,
Speaker 3: to be valuable, to be in person on camera.
Speaker 1: Yeah, like you delivered very differently, but it's the same.
Speaker 3: Exist in a space where that's not the tone of
Speaker 3: the cast.
Speaker 1: Okay, Okay, I can see her doing the same thing
Speaker 1: because I think it matters to her being an housewife.
Speaker 1: Just I can agree with that to be in this
Speaker 1: situation it was. It's literally now her bread and butter.
Speaker 1: It is. It's a proven method though it does work,
Speaker 1: and I'm not mad at it. If you have a
Speaker 1: piece of shit husband at any point and you can
Speaker 1: get him to agree to let you be on a
Speaker 1: housewife franchise near you, this is so niche of a
Speaker 1: way out that I am. I have to respect it.
Speaker 1: I'm really I really do. It's the it's the cleanest way.
Speaker 1: When I listen to as much true crime as I do,
Speaker 1: I respect the goddamn hustle. I really do. You're making
Speaker 1: sure you're doing well for your baby, because people married
Speaker 1: to men, it seems like there are moments that they
Speaker 1: really drive you to some serious thoughts and some serious
Speaker 1: feelings and embarrassments my word publicly nationally to the edge
Speaker 1: in which case, and he seems like none of those
Speaker 1: in which case. You know, if you can get some
Speaker 1: great outfits to get people's attention in one season and
Speaker 1: then a killer storyline of authenticity because your elder husband
Speaker 1: is that you're being so devoted to. It's not necessarily
Speaker 1: that good or warm to you, and you're just trying
Speaker 1: to do your best to be honest amongst the women.
Speaker 1: But you got yourself a second season bagged and then
Speaker 1: you don't need and you got your citizenship to stay
Speaker 1: in this country. Bitch. Respect. I know, mom got a house,
Speaker 1: daughter is straight, daughter got a boyfriend, she got she's
Speaker 1: trying to get the hell okay back on her. I'm
Speaker 1: telling you, if Bronwin was my broker. I would trust her.
Speaker 1: She got a Chris Jenner level of respect for me.
Speaker 1: I'm sweared of god. I don't have to like Chris
Speaker 1: Jenner or I think she's a good mom at all
Speaker 1: to be like, if there's anybody in this world that
Speaker 1: i'd be like, negotiate the deal so I can get
Speaker 1: the optimum most amount of respect, awards, accolades, least amount
Speaker 1: of word, most amount of credit, most amount of content,
Speaker 1: most amount of brand dew from it all one thing.
Speaker 1: It's insane. I respect it. I think Bronwin is calculated,
Speaker 1: but not in a way that is that is negative.
Speaker 1: I think she does what she has to do to survive.
Speaker 1: She's scrappy as hell according to this this reunion we
Speaker 1: will discuss. But I want to get back to the
Speaker 1: cast of Ultimate Girls Ship because I could see her
Speaker 1: on this show. I actually think she'd be even cooler.
Speaker 1: I do think that she could adapt in a way
Speaker 1: of even cooler. She knew that her reach could get
Speaker 1: beyond Utah. She knows she's a butterfly, and I would
Speaker 1: like to see those wings fly so I could see.
Speaker 3: That that she wasn't a US citizen. I was like,
Speaker 3: not in the way of like a Deri or a Luan.
Speaker 2: But give us a little.
Speaker 1: More there you go, where's that? Where is that language?
Speaker 1: And honestly, if we get rid of the Beverly Hills trip,
Speaker 1: I mean a person altogether, we can go ahead and
Speaker 1: just make room for the original, the greatest. You will
Speaker 1: never get me to come off of this stool, this
Speaker 1: pedestal of absolute facts. Nimi Lenethia Niini Leaks is the
Speaker 1: only person that I ever said from the moment they
Speaker 1: announced this franchise of a show of Real Housewives, Ultimate
Speaker 1: Girls Trip, how you don't get MEI Leaks. It doesn't
Speaker 1: make sense if you're talking about an og island. You
Speaker 1: can't make OG's if you don't have me. We have
Speaker 1: now come to a place where this is still within
Speaker 1: our reach, but yet we're not right there. But because
Speaker 1: it's could do, friend of, they're making thirty two stops.
Speaker 1: That's that's a lot, She's go, it's a lot a
Speaker 1: lot of people. They're just seeing a lot of girlies
Speaker 1: and and and seeing the people. Okay, so maybe thirty two,
Speaker 1: maybe not, but they're seeing so many people that Nini
Speaker 1: not being in actual seat on the bus and only
Speaker 1: someone we stopped to see. I mean, I guess this
Speaker 1: is still like a test, but just know that's the
Speaker 1: episode it's going to stream the highest. But they broke
Speaker 1: her to deal to the point that was I need
Speaker 1: to know. But Nini even thanked Porsche specifically, which I
Speaker 1: think was really wildly interesting and impactful, strategic, strategic. She
Speaker 1: thanked Porsche for really getting her back in with the
Speaker 1: Bravo girlies. Nini leaks is returning to Bravo and in
Speaker 1: the saga of the lawsuits and the fights and the
Speaker 1: yelling in the courtrooms, the lawyers not getting along with
Speaker 1: Andy and Nini really falling out, which for real Bravo
Speaker 1: Gurley's og Bravo fans like from the early days that hurt.
Speaker 1: I don't think I ever, I don't think Andy ever.
Speaker 1: I think me and Andy mourned the same like it
Speaker 1: was really it was hard because they made so much
Speaker 1: great magic together. Nini is such a reason for Bravo's success.
Speaker 1: She is not just one of the ogs. Yes, I
Speaker 1: do say all the ogs have made Bravo exponentially a
Speaker 1: powerful force. I do mean that for every single franchise,
Speaker 1: including Vicky Gobelson. Though I think that she's progressed terribly.
Speaker 1: That's just age, but it is her show. Like I
Speaker 1: do give her that. I understand. She was always great television.
Speaker 1: But like Nini in Atlanta did numbers that people just
Speaker 1: didn't see and that was not an accident and you
Speaker 1: cannot fake that data. And I just think that that's
Speaker 1: really important. It was no streaming than they were doing
Speaker 1: actual numbers. They were doing football numbers Atlanta premiere television
Speaker 1: Sunday Nights. Please. That was because of Nini Leek's and
Speaker 1: her cast of friends, people who are around her, great
Speaker 1: ensemble cast. But a thrill line from Jay one was
Speaker 1: that Bravo put the right bet on Niini leaks, and
Speaker 1: we saw that when they changed the entire cast of
Speaker 1: season one of Atlanta save Charat and Nini, and Nini
Speaker 1: did not leave until she was wanting to leave and
Speaker 1: work allowed. Yeah her too, but she didn't last very
Speaker 1: much longer either, and didn't And that's okay.
Speaker 2: It was gonna fly out my mouth.
Speaker 3: See, Okay, this is what I always say about Lisa Woo.
Speaker 3: I don't feel like Lisa Woo got a fair wrap
Speaker 3: on reality TV because of her personal life. Number one,
Speaker 3: Lisa Woo got kids by Keith Sweat. Yeah, we didn't
Speaker 3: think that's a good storyline there, but that Keith Sweat
Speaker 3: got that good old contract. Okay, she couldn't talk about it,
Speaker 3: so we couldn't need the kids, and she immediately came
Speaker 3: in only being able to talk about her life with Ed.
Speaker 2: Ed is a piece of work. And if you didn't
Speaker 2: believe that it was a piece of work from what
Speaker 2: you saw in Atlanta, you then saw what he put
Speaker 2: Keisha Knight pulling him.
Speaker 1: Through that was also very bad.
Speaker 3: Very I'm not here to judge nobody, but I also
Speaker 3: feel like part of the hell that he'd be putting
Speaker 3: these women through is because he don't fully like women.
Speaker 1: Oh yeah, probably absolutely that.
Speaker 3: So she kind of got a bad rap because she
Speaker 3: it was automatically so much stuff that she couldn't talk about.
Speaker 3: So then even some of like I forget I would
Speaker 3: have to go back and watch it. But even some
Speaker 3: of the little underhanded reads that came in season two
Speaker 3: came because they knew Lisa couldn't respond, And.
Speaker 1: That does make sense. I didn't hate li Say as
Speaker 1: I rewatched Atlanta for like I don't know the seventh
Speaker 1: or eighth time, as I'd gotten older from when I
Speaker 1: watched it when I was in college or something, and
Speaker 1: so it helps. I mean, you can read watch it anytime,
Speaker 1: y'all know. Howel about season three? It's my favorite season
Speaker 1: of house television ever. It is so much, it's hilarious.
Speaker 1: It's the first season of Phaedra Park's Attorney EESQ where
Speaker 1: she comes on.
Speaker 2: I didn't realize how long we had her.
Speaker 1: I'm done, I believe. Oh y'all, y'all, don't let me
Speaker 1: get some lion. But I'm pretty sure it's I do.
Speaker 1: I believe myself. But it's because I always referenced season
Speaker 1: three because I absolutely love Phaedra and I remembered her
Speaker 1: arrival being so insane, so insane to me. And okay,
Speaker 1: so when did Atlanta start? It started in two thousand
Speaker 1: and eight, Yeah, season three. She was on there in twenty.
Speaker 3: Ten looking at how fad if you've ever or not
Speaker 3: season but Real Housewives of Atlanta and then looking at
Speaker 3: her be like a video vixen, bad bitch Now is
Speaker 3: very weird for me.
Speaker 1: Okay, So she had a weird time in her we
Speaker 1: TV era. Yes, I followed her there. It did change
Speaker 1: the trajectory. No, before that, she was on marriage Boot camp,
Speaker 1: and she had wigs down two I was young el
Speaker 1: and she had wigs down to her ankles. Onesie's from Ava.
Speaker 1: Go look at the footage. Go look at it. Look
Speaker 1: at me Phaedia on marriage boot Camp. Have you a
Speaker 1: time of dumb images? Okay, some boyfriend for ir at
Speaker 1: the time. That was right before she went on to
Speaker 1: Braxton's and she was off Bribo looking for a new home.
Speaker 1: She was over there. I followed her there because I
Speaker 1: love her that much. She and I, She and Nini
Speaker 1: and Porsche for me have always been like relief of heart,
Speaker 1: like it's been, even though when I know they're flawed.
Speaker 1: I have never said that Nini is not flawed. I
Speaker 1: do think that of all these ladies, that's literally why
Speaker 1: we left them. However, of things that give me joy
Speaker 1: and make me laugh and make good television, I don't
Speaker 1: know how you don't make a show or how you
Speaker 1: make a show like this and you don't include Atlanta,
Speaker 1: and you don't include Nini leads.
Speaker 2: You'll never get me to understand that.
Speaker 1: And so the fact that she's just the stop, I
Speaker 1: think it's still a test and I don't understand it.
Speaker 1: They do make everybody do one Fader had to go
Speaker 1: to trader Is. She did. She did a toll shed
Speaker 1: this medicine Traders. She'd do her thing, you know, her
Speaker 1: apology tour. And this is Nini's first humble acceptance, and
Speaker 1: she's very pleased to be here. I need to see
Speaker 1: how she's doing since Greg, I don't feel like we'll
Speaker 1: have enough time with her, which is why I don't
Speaker 1: love this. But they had to announce this cast like
Speaker 1: this so that they could tell us why Nini was
Speaker 1: gonna make her big return, because they knew that news
Speaker 1: was going to eclipse us. They knew that if you
Speaker 1: tell us that Nini leaks, it's coming back to Bravo.
Speaker 1: There's nothing else that we're going to talk about. We're
Speaker 1: not gonna think about whatever little cast or van charter
Speaker 1: jet y'all gonna get another They're just getting a van.
Speaker 1: We're only gonna think about Nini leaks, which is why
Speaker 1: they had to release this little van footage first of
Speaker 1: what's coming soon, so that they could then year us
Speaker 1: up to be like But also, guys, we did it.
Speaker 1: We made it nice. We broke it. Her deal between
Speaker 1: the two greatest comedy duo of all times Andie can
Speaker 1: produce the hell out of Nini, and I've always thought
Speaker 1: that Nini trusts Andy. Andy trusts Nini. They had a
Speaker 1: falling out because they got too close. Just figure it out.
Speaker 1: I'm glad they figured it out, and I hope that
Speaker 1: they remain in good graces because I need her back
Speaker 1: full time. I need another ultimate something something with her.
Speaker 1: I don't think I need her going to Atlanta trying
Speaker 1: to re establish her queendom. I think I need her
Speaker 1: in this setting of good girlies from all over who
Speaker 1: had been here and done that and are having a ball.
Speaker 1: I think Nina is great as long as there's no
Speaker 1: Kim Zosiak with a neck to choke. I think she's
Speaker 1: great on a van I did.
Speaker 2: We don't need her on that band with Kim ord
Speaker 2: the other girl Sweetie.
Speaker 1: No, no, Sweety's in that je area. I'm so happy
Speaker 1: for her. What's she doing in that year she got married?
Speaker 1: She did sposed to do okay and but did it
Speaker 1: right long time ago, still married, good girl. I man
Speaker 1: love that for her. Yeah, I don't know why I
Speaker 1: love Atlanta that much. I don't like living there, didn't
Speaker 1: love that, don't like hit it all, but best TV
Speaker 1: show in a long time, one of the ones that
Speaker 1: never stops hitting you can. I have friends that are
Speaker 1: rewatching in a group chat that I'm in. They're rewatching
Speaker 1: Atlanta for like their first rewatch in a long time
Speaker 1: or ever, and they just got to season three and
Speaker 1: they're just like this show. They're like, this show was
Speaker 1: one season gold from episode one and they were like, Oh,
Speaker 1: Meanie's been a star. I'm like, thank you. And that
Speaker 1: was before the news came out. It was rumored Nini
Speaker 1: was coming back for the last like two weeks. She
Speaker 1: might be coming back. She might be coming back. It'd
Speaker 1: be like, oh, it would have to be here on
Speaker 1: a trip. Oh, it would have to be her on Atlanta. Oh,
Speaker 1: it would have to be her full time. They said,
Speaker 1: Oh no, we didn't get that deal, but we do
Speaker 1: love that y'all are excited to watch her one episode
Speaker 1: of how well eight episodes held.
Speaker 2: Out for that contract.
Speaker 3: I hope that she I do too, made them pay
Speaker 3: for it. This will be what your cost is the thing.
Speaker 3: First of all, I don't share that sentiment. I love
Speaker 3: living in Atlanta as much as I love Jersey, as
Speaker 3: much as I I will go back if somebody give
Speaker 3: me a driving Atlanta right now to pay all my bills.
Speaker 3: I'll pack up and go tonight.
Speaker 2: You hear me.
Speaker 1: I also lived outside of Atlanta, and I lived during
Speaker 1: the pandemic and the Trump administration.
Speaker 2: That is different.
Speaker 1: It was really hard to during the pandemic. It was
Speaker 1: really hard.
Speaker 3: I'm south side what I will say, Ponderosa in King
Speaker 3: Kankle experience to the side. I've experienced more because I'm
Speaker 3: also on TikTok in Jersey than I ever experienced in Georgia.
Speaker 2: So that's number one. But I don't know. It's like
Speaker 2: Atlanta is not a real place. So every day, every
Speaker 2: adventure felt like out in Wonderland. Right.
Speaker 1: It is a point.
Speaker 3: Where on that episode where Kim Sozozak is changing her
Speaker 3: outfit in the parking lot.
Speaker 2: What is that season one? Right? Okay, so that parking lot.
Speaker 1: They go from day one too. I'm sorry.
Speaker 3: That parking lot is right down street from one of
Speaker 3: my favorite restaurants in Atlanta, Eclipse the Luna. It is
Speaker 3: the toppest style rest the wrong Oh my god, oh
Speaker 3: my god.
Speaker 1: I love it.
Speaker 3: I have my engagement party there. I love that food
Speaker 3: so much. I met hundred three thousand there. I met
Speaker 3: Monica there. The place is like it's a little bit
Speaker 3: above a hole in the wall.
Speaker 2: But it's definitely not fair.
Speaker 1: I love it.
Speaker 2: It's like rustic, like the gold plates that I mean,
Speaker 2: the glass plates that go like this when you touch
Speaker 2: them on the bottom. Things like that. Okay, cool.
Speaker 3: So anyway, that gas station is where, like if we
Speaker 3: was going out for the night, did you wanna stop
Speaker 3: at that gas station before you go to a clip
Speaker 3: so you can make sure you can have gas in
Speaker 3: a car.
Speaker 2: Back in the day before I was a mother, I
Speaker 2: used to.
Speaker 3: Smooth mouse and so bless you, you know, like just
Speaker 3: when you get turned.
Speaker 2: It's not like for a day.
Speaker 1: I understand.
Speaker 2: The the jarm clothes, huh. And that's why I would
Speaker 2: have to stop at that gas station.
Speaker 1: Okay, so you understood, Sweeten. It chme the experience in
Speaker 1: that moment. Quality stars out of five for quality.
Speaker 3: Now, I would never live inside of the Atlanta city limits.
Speaker 3: I would never I would never recommend ittp Yes and
Speaker 3: I did, I did. I did you on the south
Speaker 3: side and the north side, but never.
Speaker 1: Take that way. No, I love them deep. I'm very multifaceted.
Speaker 1: You don't even know. I both care deeply about politics
Speaker 1: and the migos, and and he needs return to Atlanta,
Speaker 1: all things like. I had big enough feelings about this
Speaker 1: as I've had about the headlines this week, pretty much
Speaker 1: the same.
Speaker 2: Same they do.
Speaker 3: And I don't know how to explain to you how
Speaker 3: Iran closing their airspace and Verizon having a power outage
Speaker 3: that they were it.
Speaker 1: Was the visa revokings for me from everywhere not I
Speaker 1: don't have any other word other than everywhere got me down.
Speaker 3: In Minnesota, basically trying to be like, Yo, you mess
Speaker 3: with Iran, you mess with us. I don't know how
Speaker 3: to explain to you how all of those also sit
Speaker 3: on the same level as a mini coming back systems.
Speaker 1: Not Well, I'm married to a chiropractor. She tells me
Speaker 1: that every day.
Speaker 3: Oh my guy, I'm about to come to your house
Speaker 3: so she could touch my back respectfully.
Speaker 1: You know, she makes house falls. Also, I have a
Speaker 1: I have good My best friends are chiropractors in New Jersey.
Speaker 1: That's why I'm there all the time, all the time.
Speaker 1: Females d no, so for real, hold on. Shout out
Speaker 1: to Floris's Chiropractic. They just had their second year, third
Speaker 1: year anniversary party. They are pregnancy and prenatal and family
Speaker 1: chiropractic clinic, but she specializes in women and women's bodies.
Speaker 1: Are literally having like a women's event tonight that I
Speaker 1: was like, can I go? And she was like, you
Speaker 1: don't live here, I said, but I could, Victoria, I do.
Speaker 1: They're in Bergen County, in Waldwick. They're in Sorry, I'm sorry,
Speaker 1: I do is all so far away? I'm so sorry,
Speaker 1: I do. I do understand, y'all. Jersey is a whole country.
Speaker 2: That's what I'm trying to tell you.
Speaker 3: So I love it Jersey, South Jersey, Philly. I don't
Speaker 3: know what Central Jersey is. I don't know, and I
Speaker 3: wish they would go away. It's not a real place,
Speaker 3: I said. That is the town that Wanda lived in
Speaker 3: and created in WandaVision, Ohion, because remember she's also in Jersey.
Speaker 1: Yes, I'm my see and she has heard alert exactly.
Speaker 1: But also, yeah, that's how we do it in the mix.
Speaker 1: That's literally why I like to be here, and I
Speaker 1: like having you here. And let me tell y'all from
Speaker 1: one randomly cold like what would be special about there?
Speaker 1: Until you open up our worlds through the Bravo screens
Speaker 1: to another winter wonderland where no one would want to
Speaker 1: be there until you opened up our world through the
Speaker 1: Bravo screens. The Households of Salt Lake City had their
Speaker 1: reunion Part ton of their most recent season that we
Speaker 1: never thought we'd get to a pair of cord in Emeretith.
Speaker 1: She really was like, maybe I should have just stuck
Speaker 1: at season five, but didn't think we'd see past five.
Speaker 1: But here we are at season six Reunion Part one.
Speaker 1: You're not an enthusiastic Bravo watcher all the time, but
Speaker 1: you did involve and indulge yourself in this journey of
Speaker 1: the reunion. For your appearance today on the show, what
Speaker 1: were your thoughts? Because I thought it was important to
Speaker 1: have you here because one of the reasons also why
Speaker 1: Nini Leaks is so great is because of the amount
Speaker 1: of reunion moments, monumental moments that she can create, that
Speaker 1: she has created just by beating herself, but that we
Speaker 1: can get from seasons that were magical because of her
Speaker 1: her things, but also reunions that were spectacular and memorable
Speaker 1: because of her things. Salt Lake City is one of
Speaker 1: the shows that has really come out of a post
Speaker 1: a completely post Nini era that was like born and
Speaker 1: bred without any of her niniisms to see if it
Speaker 1: will flee or flop. It hon very high and it's
Speaker 1: done very well, but it has come at a very
Speaker 1: high production cost. It seems sometimes like literally and figuratively
Speaker 1: like producing a friendships and other things. But I do
Speaker 1: think it works because of how entertained I am when
Speaker 1: I watched, Because I think they just got some really
Speaker 1: entertaining women from this place that we did not see coming,
Speaker 1: and that is what I think we were getting from
Speaker 1: Salt Lake City this season. So what were your thoughts
Speaker 1: on this season? This first part reunion? First parts are
Speaker 1: usually not that exciting, but like, how did you fare?
Speaker 1: Were you getting a Sam?
Speaker 2: I had not watched the episode.
Speaker 3: I was the episode before the reunion and the reunion behind.
Speaker 2: I was caught up with the rest of the season.
Speaker 1: You did great.
Speaker 3: I do think we are coming to the end of
Speaker 3: my rope with Daddy Andy hosting the reunions. You do,
Speaker 3: I do, because there was some there there for the
Speaker 3: beginning of that reunion where it turned into mess. We
Speaker 3: start off the reunion and Whitney, you know, and I
Speaker 3: like the accountability she's being accountable for how intox kid
Speaker 3: she was at Bravo Khan and how she appeared on
Speaker 3: Watch What Happens Live, and then how that fared into
Speaker 3: her conversation with Meredith because Meredith came out the gate swinging.
Speaker 2: There were no clips.
Speaker 3: You didn't show no clips to her stumbling and watch
Speaker 3: what Happens Live? You didn't say Andy didn't say to
Speaker 3: her like that was a perfect read for Andy to
Speaker 3: be like, let's unpack that. Why was you that drunk?
Speaker 3: Like Meredith was delivering reads like oh.
Speaker 1: I didn't know, yeah, carry.
Speaker 2: You up the steps? And Andy said nothing.
Speaker 1: Also, you said that you were you apologize for being
Speaker 1: drunk or watch what Happens Live? One you said it
Speaker 1: like again like you have before. That would have been
Speaker 1: a great opportunity to show that y'all have to watch
Speaker 1: what Happens Live footage and been like now available on
Speaker 1: peacock because it is and I know y'all want people
Speaker 1: to watch that, but I would one hundred percent want
Speaker 1: to go back. I just got adhd real bad, so
Speaker 1: I will not remember to go do that. In fact,
Speaker 1: I knew I heard I wanted I wanted to see
Speaker 1: that when I saw that this morning when I was
Speaker 1: watching the reunion, and I'm remembering now that I still
Speaker 1: want I would want to see how drunk she was.
Speaker 1: But they should have just ran that footage, like run
Speaker 1: that tape. I did not even call that. Andy didn't
Speaker 1: mention the fact that you knew and you didn't tell
Speaker 1: us you knew she was being legitimate, and you didn't
Speaker 1: tell us what happened to do I need any in
Speaker 1: the camera. It's the whole gag of the meme, My love.
Speaker 1: I just I don't understand, well, listen, I want to
Speaker 1: talk about this color scheme as well. When they walked
Speaker 1: in and walked out, I thought that almost individually, women
Speaker 1: looked great. And then I didn't understand why people were sitting, well,
Speaker 1: understand why people were sitting when they were sitting. But
Speaker 1: I then didn't understand why we say yes to the
Speaker 1: addresses that we say yes to, knowing they were going
Speaker 1: to set where they would were going to set because
Speaker 1: Joel tones question mark is what I wrote as what
Speaker 1: the thing was. But yet half the couch is like
Speaker 1: purple and the other half is Perrywinkle everything else. Yeah,
Speaker 1: why is y'all? I don't understand what are we doing?
Speaker 1: I just thought we should have a little bit more
Speaker 1: understanding for where everybody stood in their relationships when we
Speaker 1: said yes to the dresses. But I do think ladies
Speaker 1: look nice. I just do not think that it looks
Speaker 1: well together in a sense in a shot, so we unfortunately.
Speaker 2: Not looking well together.
Speaker 3: I also want to take a moment and give two
Speaker 3: seconds to the shirt that Mary wore under the dress
Speaker 3: that Angie got for the girls.
Speaker 2: One second? Did two seconds? I want to take Angie,
Speaker 2: if Mary is your.
Speaker 3: Best friend on this cast and you was getting them
Speaker 3: dresses for them girls, why you didn't get a different
Speaker 3: cut one for Mary specifically, or tell her to pack
Speaker 3: something under the dress because you knew that we ain't
Speaker 3: never seen that much skin from miss.
Speaker 1: Mary never will.
Speaker 2: Do you understand how she did us weekly cover?
Speaker 1: Oh no, you don't understand how the church works, because
Speaker 1: y'all still want to call it something that is not.
Speaker 1: I just want to ask without any explanation, and that
Speaker 1: is a personal choice because I'm dealing with some things
Speaker 1: in my life right now. And rewatch it and we
Speaker 1: look and re visiting some parts of my past. Did
Speaker 1: you watch the documentary? You did? Did you think Mary
Speaker 1: should respond to it at this reunion. Since this is
Speaker 1: her platform.
Speaker 3: I think that this is her platform and so she
Speaker 3: should utilize it, right. But I don't think that they're huh,
Speaker 3: trying to kick me off, TikTok. I don't really think
Speaker 3: that there's anything that she can say, like it's not
Speaker 3: going to be a good enough answer at any point
Speaker 3: the moment we met Mary Cosby, I can go pull.
Speaker 1: Old podcast, I said me too.
Speaker 3: Reality TV cameras do not belong inside of Black Megachurch.
Speaker 1: Absolutely not to be able to.
Speaker 3: Understand that more than one thing can be true at once.
Speaker 2: When we are talking about the big wants is that
Speaker 2: are a church?
Speaker 3: You cannot number? That documentary felt like a hit piece.
Speaker 1: And what I'm trying to tell you, Elle is that
Speaker 1: we can. I know we can because y'all gave ether
Speaker 1: the same opportunity to do the same thing differently. Yes,
Speaker 1: and that's not that felt pointed to me. So we
Speaker 1: can't understand the nuances. We just can't understand when it's
Speaker 1: Mary and I have an issue with that.
Speaker 2: I haven't. The issue is that it looks so different,
Speaker 2: right And yeah, sure.
Speaker 1: I know I was on Mary's team. That's on purpose.
Speaker 3: I would say that she has to address it without
Speaker 3: reading nobody down right, like we have to walk this
Speaker 3: fine line of which I think historial, but also acknowledging
Speaker 3: the fact that that documentary felt like up and Adam
Speaker 3: paid a production team to do this. This is also
Speaker 3: the same up An Adam who flew to Mary's mother's
Speaker 3: house to have this interview with her. Then you have
Speaker 3: a majority cast of white people analyzing the goings on
Speaker 3: of the Pentecostal church. And that's not to say that
Speaker 3: white people don't occupy that space, but that is to
Speaker 3: say that when they showed that footage of the church,
Speaker 3: I didn't see a bunch of white people.
Speaker 1: Okay, you won't.
Speaker 3: I have been and it's and I took major of
Speaker 3: to sitting there watching a documentary wherein white people called
Speaker 3: her church a cult because somebody came up and laid
Speaker 3: down at the altar.
Speaker 1: Oh my god, y'all would genuinely think that my church
Speaker 1: was absolutely and I'm not to say that it's not.
Speaker 1: The two things cannot be treated to actually have. There's
Speaker 1: a lot of nuances because while I am this protective
Speaker 1: of the black church and the black church experience, I
Speaker 1: have also been very vocal and honest about my experience
Speaker 1: growing up in one, treating it with some of the
Speaker 1: same language and the same feelings of someone who resonated
Speaker 1: with being in what you would consider or what you
Speaker 1: would call a cult. That to be said, while I
Speaker 1: have those feelings, and I have processed emotions and things
Speaker 1: that have happened that have dramatized me in certain ways,
Speaker 1: I am still very protective of the understanding of one
Speaker 1: that space is more than just whatever you think that
Speaker 1: that good reason for why your girlies get into one
Speaker 1: of our like a susceptible to those things. We're not
Speaker 1: talking the same thing. We are talking about generations and
Speaker 1: generations of beliefs and morals and family and ties and
Speaker 1: community that is so sacred and and miswoven, but also
Speaker 1: born of something that we did not create in this country.
Speaker 1: So before you get to talking about how people can't
Speaker 1: be acting like they were delivered, let's talk about what
Speaker 1: they were once trying to be delivered from. Don't get
Speaker 1: me started like I don't understand like you acting to
Speaker 1: go Someone weighed out on the altar, Yes, what was
Speaker 1: she going through? What was on in her life? That
Speaker 1: was my entire experience, and I was not in a
Speaker 1: Pentecostal church. My church was non denominational, and I still
Speaker 1: recognized Mary Church real deeply.
Speaker 3: Okay too, And I've been a member of Southern Baptist yep.
Speaker 1: My wife is a Southern Baptist. And I'm talking in
Speaker 1: the Tai y'all off ahead and swung it in the
Speaker 1: air because the spirit has moved her. And I am
Speaker 1: also talking to pastor and not admonishing her for doing
Speaker 1: that because you don't have to do all that, but
Speaker 1: also in that us having an issue with that because
Speaker 1: you're reprimanding her because the way that will be perceived.
Speaker 1: And that's because of where we're at right now.
Speaker 2: I left my child, but.
Speaker 1: Look at what we're doing by the way she's being perceived.
Speaker 1: It's just like wow, like really no space for her
Speaker 1: to have nu Once.
Speaker 3: Though my family church, my Greek grandmother was at the
Speaker 3: groundbreaking ceremony. My grandmother was a trustee acchoired director.
Speaker 1: Yep, yep, Family Church.
Speaker 2: Okay, cool. We left that church because my mother was
Speaker 2: the praise dance director. Right.
Speaker 3: I do know this life elder who was my grandmother's
Speaker 3: first cousin, the elder who was over the praise dance
Speaker 3: ministry wanted my mother to choreograph a dance to Donnie
Speaker 3: Mulkirkin's Stand.
Speaker 1: Okay, that is wild how she feeling this week. I'm
Speaker 1: sorry to her class.
Speaker 3: So my mom says, there's no debt to that song
Speaker 3: stand Stand, Like you know, we I too danced to it.
Speaker 1: It was a weird one.
Speaker 2: It's a weird one. So she goes.
Speaker 3: The song that was picked was like something off of
Speaker 3: Kurt Franklin God's Property album, but not Stump, but like
Speaker 3: one of those The storm.
Speaker 2: Is over now we're one.
Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, Okay.
Speaker 3: My grandmother's cousin at the time, my pastor had just
Speaker 3: been divorced. She wanted pastor okay, she's trying to get
Speaker 3: in his good graces.
Speaker 2: So she goes and she.
Speaker 3: Tells him, you know, the choreographer for the Praise Dance
Speaker 3: Ministry not doing the dances that I'll tell her to dance. Okay,
Speaker 3: my mother has to work this particular Sunday. So the
Speaker 3: cod choreographer assistant coach, if you will, is handling the dance.
Speaker 1: We dance.
Speaker 3: We leave out that pastor gets up in the pulpit
Speaker 3: and says, I want y'all to be careful who y'all
Speaker 3: take instructions from. When I put somebody over a ministry
Speaker 3: or in an auxiliary, that's the person you take instruction from.
Speaker 3: You listen to anybody else, and they could be leading
Speaker 3: you straight to hell. Now my mama leading to people
Speaker 3: straight to hell.
Speaker 1: Girl.
Speaker 3: My mother said, oh, let me show you something called
Speaker 3: in them lawyers. We left the church, everything then moved on,
Speaker 3: you know, to a different one.
Speaker 2: But I say that to say, in all.
Speaker 3: Of those spaces in the non denominational church, I was
Speaker 3: well past the age of sixteen before women who served
Speaker 3: the ministries could wear something non denominational.
Speaker 1: And that's what I'm in processing in therapy for the
Speaker 1: last fifteen years. Had some big major milestones. This last
Speaker 1: couple of years, though, I mean the last couple of
Speaker 1: weeks and months ago. Guys, really good. I love that
Speaker 1: that really did. But I just don't think that the
Speaker 1: nuances in that space is allowed the same before us,
Speaker 1: especially considering Andy Cohen asked, we're going to address both
Speaker 1: women in the same reunion, and we opened the show
Speaker 1: with telling Heather how well done her documentary was. And
Speaker 1: I decided it if I wasn't gonna watch Mary's, I
Speaker 1: wasn't gonna watch Heathers because I thought that was going
Speaker 1: to really upset me even more. And I'm glad I
Speaker 1: did because the complete difference in one eighty of the
Speaker 1: questions of I just thought, how are you doing? It
Speaker 1: was well received? Oh that's so good. I thought it
Speaker 1: was well done. You did great. And then Mary, what
Speaker 1: are your thoughts in response, like to your being called
Speaker 1: a cult? I said, oh, wow, this is we're gonna
Speaker 1: We're gonna do this within I'm glad you're breaking it
Speaker 1: up into two parts.
Speaker 2: My thing is.
Speaker 3: Mary, Mary should have said more, and I hope she
Speaker 3: says more at the end, because she said more on
Speaker 3: that first.
Speaker 2: Season when the allegation started. You feel what I'm saying.
Speaker 3: But I also understand that it's a damned if you do,
Speaker 3: damned if yeah type situation.
Speaker 2: Yeah.
Speaker 1: I think she's focused on her life and her son
Speaker 1: and she doesn't want to fight a losing battle. And
Speaker 1: some people just seem like they're committed to misunderstanding. And
Speaker 1: these are most people. They're committed misunderstanding. But it's like,
Speaker 1: for me, it's like the rush to take down the
Speaker 1: one black woman on this white woman show. It's is like,
Speaker 1: can you calm down, like, can you calm down? Let
Speaker 1: her live. It's not our fault. It's not who gives
Speaker 1: a ship that people like her. They also like the
Speaker 1: other ones to calm down. It's a successful show. People
Speaker 1: be so mad that Mary is like on there and likable.
Speaker 1: They were so mad Garcelle was on there and likable.
Speaker 1: They're just so mad. Do not want their her white
Speaker 1: snow like tany to calm down? It's just Mary.
Speaker 2: First of all, Mary better than me because.
Speaker 3: Most of them they said that Mary's great.
Speaker 1: She said nice things about the ladies too. This episode
Speaker 1: she did.
Speaker 3: They said in the documentary that Mary's grandmother walked from.
Speaker 2: Indiana to Salt Lake City, Utah.
Speaker 3: She walked when she wasn't walking, she was hitch hiking
Speaker 3: with her I believe four kids.
Speaker 1: Okay.
Speaker 2: Then she gets there, she starts the church.
Speaker 3: She's then traveling back to Indiana doing like church services
Speaker 3: there and basically calling souls to Christ and bringing them
Speaker 3: to her church in Utah. Now she starts bringing over
Speaker 3: an influx of black people, and she notices there's no
Speaker 3: place for them to get their hair done in Salt
Speaker 3: Lake City, so she opens a hair salon the first
Speaker 3: black owned hair Salona St.
Speaker 2: Lake City.
Speaker 3: Then she notices it's no place for them to get
Speaker 3: the cuisine that they like to eat, so she opens
Speaker 3: a restaurant. If I was married, I would be on there.
Speaker 3: Reminded the people of that don't watch your mouth right.
Speaker 2: You can think whatever you think, you can understand whatever
Speaker 2: you do or don't understand about no church. But when
Speaker 2: it comes to my.
Speaker 3: Grandmother, the woman who did x y z x y
Speaker 3: z x y z xyz and then left me in charge, you,
Speaker 3: no matter how you feel about it, shut up.
Speaker 1: See That's how I know Mary saved and more saved
Speaker 1: than me. That's why I know. That's why he answered,
Speaker 1: He called her first and foremost past to Mary, because
Speaker 1: she came into this, I said, Mary's God she had
Speaker 1: a conversation with Jesus recently, because I too would have
Speaker 1: been like, what you're not gonna do is trying to
Speaker 1: damage and destroy what this is. You ain't built nothing before,
Speaker 1: so you may not know. But and I mean, and
Speaker 1: I'm like, and I feel that way because I came
Speaker 1: from a church that had all of those things. I
Speaker 1: understand that you build it in your community, also what
Speaker 1: your people need. Because I've been in spaces and places
Speaker 1: where no one knows that I am there or is
Speaker 1: are committed to making sure I don't feel like I
Speaker 1: belong there. And I've been in spaces where I didn't
Speaker 1: feel that at all, and I felt like I could
Speaker 1: be one hundred percent myself and there was nobody else
Speaker 1: there to the point where I did not. I mean
Speaker 1: I rarely ever tell people this, but like I did
Speaker 1: not really know what or who a white person was
Speaker 1: for some years into my childhood. That would seem unbelievable.
Speaker 1: I saw them a little bit on TV. But because
Speaker 1: of how deeply entrenched I was in the church, the
Speaker 1: Black Mega Church, I went to the Black Megachurch Christian School.
Speaker 1: I was at the Black Megachurch six to seven days
Speaker 1: a week, before care, aftercare, daycare, all the cares. I
Speaker 1: was like, I've learned Bible songs and scriptures. I did
Speaker 1: not watch TV or see them. Yes, maybe there are
Speaker 1: that many black people in a black megachurch twenty something.
Speaker 3: K Sure, I'm going to tell you part of my
Speaker 3: Lord when we're done with some years. But the principle
Speaker 3: of my school inside of the church is somebody's mama
Speaker 3: that we all know in pop culture.
Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, we'll talk later. For myself, I just love
Speaker 1: I love that. I love that. But like I what
Speaker 1: I will do is say that I can you can
Speaker 1: like Mary and you can like Salt Lakes. You can
Speaker 1: like Salt Lake City and let people like Mary and
Speaker 1: you can understand that we're watching the same show and
Speaker 1: it is also just that good. I can say it's
Speaker 1: an ensemble past that is very good. I have a
Speaker 1: lot of notes and thoughts on Lisa. I thought they
Speaker 1: did a nice package on Brahmin. I thought they took
Speaker 1: some nice hits at Lisa. Can he address some things
Speaker 1: as as a baby gorgeous myself and I was like, damn,
Speaker 1: y'all committed to making me.
Speaker 2: Lawsuits. He was like, explain them what okay?
Speaker 1: Relate? Like, I thought they did a nice, a good
Speaker 1: a good amount of stuff. They have had a big
Speaker 1: moment in pop culture. But Julia Roberts can like Salt
Speaker 1: Lake City and Mary can also be on the show
Speaker 1: and two things can exist. It's okay, it's okay. I
Speaker 1: just don't understand this takedown always of like the lone
Speaker 1: black person, and really it's trickling through the lone person
Speaker 1: of color period on the Lily White Show because not
Speaker 1: y'all just got rid of Katie too over.
Speaker 2: The Mary on Salt Lake, Ebony on New York, they
Speaker 2: don't bullied. Ebony's so bad they made him reboot the
Speaker 2: whole show because what and why were here?
Speaker 3: What would make Ramona think that it was a good
Speaker 3: idea to get up on that table and start stumping
Speaker 3: around talking about something.
Speaker 2: I want to have fun, That's what I want to know.
Speaker 1: It would make Ramona think anything that don't she doesn't think,
Speaker 1: and that's that was a parent and everybody was uncomfortable,
Speaker 1: and I saw loss. I saw lawsuits for emotional distressing
Speaker 1: coming in somebody's future if I was an attendee, and
Speaker 1: I haven't been able to watch your stomach the idea
Speaker 1: of New York since y'all really ruined a good thing,
Speaker 1: trying to just not not sitting people down and letting
Speaker 1: them know it's okay for you to like people who
Speaker 1: or white, and also let other people be on there too.
Speaker 3: Stop brought race into it?
Speaker 1: Did she no pause? Keviny walked down the stairs of
Speaker 1: Soon in You townhouse, and Sonya immediately took her to
Speaker 1: the pond and told her all the fish couldn't swim
Speaker 1: together in thirty eight seconds. I still have my notes
Speaker 1: from when I recorded that episode because I was flabbergasted,
Speaker 1: flapper gasted when she took her by hand to the
Speaker 1: pond and said, do you see them all different colors
Speaker 1: swimming in the pond and they're just so it's so beautiful,
Speaker 1: something like like with doctor King would on it. Don't
Speaker 1: let me get the lion. But like I was like,
Speaker 1: who brought rac into it? Evanie was like, you're saying
Speaker 1: she brought racing too it because she was black. Y'all
Speaker 1: are saying Mary brought race in her cold or her
Speaker 1: church up into it because what we haven't seen it.
Speaker 1: I'm not looking at it, y'all make it about this.
Speaker 1: I'm not watching that. I'm over here looking at like
Speaker 1: the other stuff. And I'm like, that can be true.
Speaker 1: You can leave Mary alone because we actually don't have
Speaker 1: She didn't do nothing this season to me, like she
Speaker 1: was a chorus and I had a nice time watching
Speaker 1: her make you know, funny faces and laugh with me.
Speaker 1: During the Sisters Assault performance, I too was laughing, so
Speaker 1: when they paying to her laughing, I thought that was funny. However,
Speaker 1: exactly I was like but however, we had a lot
Speaker 1: more fish to fry than like Mary at all. So
Speaker 1: I just don't understand why all this focus and attention
Speaker 1: to make the second episode is about our church all
Speaker 1: of a sudden, and it's because of this documentary thing
Speaker 1: that has made me roll my eyes since the moment
Speaker 1: y'all announced it, And I just really had to get
Speaker 1: my thoughts off on that, because really, what I don't
Speaker 1: know and what I don't love is that we started
Speaker 1: in on Lisa real, real bad and real quick man.
Speaker 1: But she was ready. Lisa took on to judas energy
Speaker 1: this this reunion. She said, Baby, I'm.
Speaker 3: Ready give Judice it's given. We getting ready to watch
Speaker 3: the down for all of Lisa, and I don't think
Speaker 3: I want to see that.
Speaker 1: I'm sorry, Okay, so what did you think? You thought
Speaker 1: that because they get a nice package. She is a
Speaker 1: intense what is she as sad? I think she said
Speaker 1: capricor what is she?
Speaker 2: I don't know what.
Speaker 1: She's a secretariust, but she's an intense one, she is,
Speaker 1: and it's hard for her to understand what people are
Speaker 1: saying to her and accept that bad criticism. But boy
Speaker 1: did they present it. It was a lot of things
Speaker 1: to consider. They really did she owes the man, but
Speaker 1: it did seem like the ladies on the couch also
Speaker 1: are committed to humbling her in a way that feels
Speaker 1: pretty uniquely like ridiculous, Like Lisa looked delusional on her own.
Speaker 1: They y'all really want to humble her bad bad talking
Speaker 1: about some not just calling out the double team and
Speaker 1: the and the talking for each other, because yes they're
Speaker 1: both doing that, but the amount of like it looks
Speaker 1: like like we just don't know what you do. It's
Speaker 1: like y'all trying to make her look like Genshaw. And
Speaker 1: I don't think that's where we're at, or it would
Speaker 1: be a criminal case.
Speaker 3: Calm down, think, I don't think the I don't think
Speaker 3: it would give Genshaw.
Speaker 1: If we say they're the ones introducing that thought.
Speaker 2: I feel like it would give more windy you do
Speaker 2: if we were to see it.
Speaker 3: I feel like that's the way that it would go,
Speaker 3: not necessarily a Genshaw.
Speaker 2: That being said, first of all, can't.
Speaker 3: Lisa Barlow got Beverly Hill's credit. She got Straw's The
Speaker 3: Sunset credit. Lisa been around in these Bravo spaces and
Speaker 3: as a PR manager and rep like, and I don't
Speaker 3: like that for anybody. We don't have to like the characters,
Speaker 3: but let's not diminish the work that they put in.
Speaker 1: That's number right. I was really mad to have her.
Speaker 1: I agree with Lisa when she was like, if you
Speaker 1: you've been to my events, don't do that talking about
Speaker 1: I don't know what you give.
Speaker 3: Also, though you know what I'm saying, I don't have
Speaker 3: six hundred and ninety three lawsuits against me. Now, I
Speaker 3: don't have nobody that would say who's who's paying your
Speaker 3: credit card bill?
Speaker 2: Right? In fact, it's quite the opposite.
Speaker 3: People be like, oh, we know, we know your husband,
Speaker 3: we know your husband.
Speaker 1: I mean, that's Lebramo was saying. It's like, yeah, I
Speaker 1: suck my husband's dick to get my credit card paid
Speaker 1: for it, But like nobody's saying for yours. You suck
Speaker 1: your husband's dick allegedly, and no one's paying for your
Speaker 1: credit card. That's sad.
Speaker 3: Or do you sucking somebody else's other than seth Because Okay,
Speaker 3: but what I'm saying is just like the Whitney Houston
Speaker 3: crack allegations, we did not pull them from thin air
Speaker 3: where there's smoke there is fire.
Speaker 1: Mm hmm. Yeah. Karen did say you have to make
Speaker 1: millions to old millions. That is always sat with me.
Speaker 2: I don't know if she was making it, but she
Speaker 2: said no.
Speaker 1: But my thing is, you have to make millions to
Speaker 1: old millions because you spent millions. So like you, Coulter
Speaker 1: made it. I'm not doubting that you made it. I'm
Speaker 1: also acknowledging that then where is it because it seems
Speaker 1: like you might have spent it and that's why you
Speaker 1: owe it. So the accomplishment is not in the making it.
Speaker 1: It's in it gets balanced like even down and then
Speaker 1: negative by you owing it. You gotta keep it, but
Speaker 1: you keep it, and then it's like, wow, you.
Speaker 2: Kept it and been in the same suit since we met.
Speaker 1: Y'all, and you're not been in the same house. You
Speaker 1: can't keep up with a pay for a house or
Speaker 1: was it not that?
Speaker 2: Or a car?
Speaker 1: It's interesting, interesting, And let me tell y'all something. I
Speaker 1: don't know what it is, but like everybody in Virginia,
Speaker 1: like Northern Virginia has a maserati right now so or
Speaker 1: for the last few years. So I don't think that's
Speaker 1: the flex that she thinks it is because there's just
Speaker 1: so many Masarati shops. I think they're all like renting
Speaker 1: UM or Lisa Num or something. Shout out to them.
Speaker 1: I just don't.
Speaker 2: Everybody got a Cadillac an Escalade.
Speaker 1: Everybody right like it's the current car right now of
Speaker 1: the Nova areas, Tesla's, cyber trucks and Maserati's. It's like
Speaker 1: all I have to avoid in the streets, that in
Speaker 1: the ice in the cops every day. Shout out to
Speaker 1: DC anyway, it's moving on over. Yeah, they decided to
Speaker 1: gonna go ahead and hand Lisa her things. You know
Speaker 1: when Lisa told y'all she just want you how to
Speaker 1: call her a baddie and not talk about her just
Speaker 1: like be like, I'm a baddie who's also a professional
Speaker 1: and I'm so good at it. I love you here to.
Speaker 3: Talk about my professions. Let's just in the words of Mary,
Speaker 3: let's just eat, drink and be.
Speaker 1: That I do. Yeah. My thing is also y'all want
Speaker 1: to talk about Lisa a lot, a lot a lot
Speaker 1: Like Andy started the reunion with this, this is where
Speaker 1: we started, and they are staying here. When Maredith tried
Speaker 1: to kick us off in the first ninety seconds, he
Speaker 1: barely finished saying hello. In fact, I thought he didn't
Speaker 1: finish saying hello to everybody. But Meredith was like, I
Speaker 1: want to know from wet neeg if you would like
Speaker 1: to tell everyone about how you completely reneged everything that
Speaker 1: you said about me at Bravo Coon because you were
Speaker 1: and the nastiness when you were drunk and said that.
Speaker 1: But also, if she's drunk, is it a renee.
Speaker 3: A popular castmate? Go six seasons, no down fall, keep winning?
Speaker 3: Who did a six season run?
Speaker 1: Nobody other than me?
Speaker 3: Exactly wh why Nini is regarded the way she is
Speaker 3: who else is? And when I say a sixth season rue,
Speaker 3: I mean at the end of every season, Lisa get
Speaker 3: a new sponsorship. We done sung Christmas songs, we got
Speaker 3: a new song this season. We got the Windy's thing,
Speaker 3: we got the Diet Coke commercial, we got the lights
Speaker 3: all commercial.
Speaker 1: Well, let's talk about an Gie and all the things too,
Speaker 1: because I loved out Angie.
Speaker 2: See.
Speaker 1: The reason why I like Salt Lake City Works is
Speaker 1: because not just Mary, all of them are delusional, big
Speaker 1: bull delusional, like so delusional. When y'all they're so mad,
Speaker 1: at leasten to see her flaws, and I see that
Speaker 1: it's easy to see is someone else's flaws, and I
Speaker 1: see the speck in your own eye? Obviously, because Annie
Speaker 1: asked her a simple question, do you think you would
Speaker 1: trolling Lisa when you literally said I've got franchise and
Speaker 1: franchise like at the Arby's commercial and tequila partnership. No,
Speaker 1: I don't think it's trolling. I can see how it
Speaker 1: would look like that. Oh, because it is. I mean,
Speaker 1: I'm not mad at but you get the cooked bag.
Speaker 1: Arby's needs the bullet, so don't. I've never seen a
Speaker 1: customer at Arby's, but I do love this for her.
Speaker 1: But I know y'all keep them in business.
Speaker 2: I used to like them Halopeno poppers. I don't know
Speaker 2: if they still taste the same as they did back.
Speaker 1: And then I haven't gone, and more than I haven't.
Speaker 3: Been to an arby since before I was pregnant with
Speaker 3: my daughter, and my daughter is over a decade old.
Speaker 3: But exactly, they used to have these halopeno poppers with
Speaker 3: the halopeno and cream cheese. Because I don't like the
Speaker 3: poppers with cheddar cheese. I like the poppers with cream cheese.
Speaker 3: This one had cream cheese. Then they had a Java milkshake.
Speaker 1: I need it. I don't have a job of milkshake
Speaker 1: any day. Absolutely, it was good to the soul. Yeah,
Speaker 1: just sounds good to the soul. Honestly, if I want
Speaker 1: to slurp that down, I feel like Browin would have
Speaker 1: that after she finishes doing her Galt dick sucking versus.
Speaker 2: You need something to change, then you would.
Speaker 1: And also don't be mad at least And then it
Speaker 1: went viral. That was funny, it was it was I
Speaker 1: thought Brahmin's response was also great. I think let them
Speaker 1: have that moment. I thought that was actually a really
Speaker 1: good one, and I think that's okay. However, apparently they
Speaker 1: had a real, real, real truth for a moment. But
Speaker 1: I think that she was just like sad that that
Speaker 1: was happening. And that was then they had.
Speaker 2: Made me so mad because I was like, okay, gird bye.
Speaker 1: That was down lying. Yeah what house. I don't believe house.
Speaker 1: I should have truces. That's my that's my hot tape.
Speaker 1: I don't think you should have a truce. I think
Speaker 1: that makes it inauthentic. I think you.
Speaker 3: Should just have to not be reminded to stay off
Speaker 3: of the husband and the kids.
Speaker 1: Yeah, but the problem is really sick kid.
Speaker 2: Is filming with us on the show, and your kid
Speaker 2: is over the age of eighteen.
Speaker 1: Yeah they suck. Yeah, that's fine, that's different. And Marredith
Speaker 1: be real big on y'all to talk about her grown
Speaker 1: adult children who are.
Speaker 3: Like Danny over there on Beyonna Gate.
Speaker 2: This is about our girls. Your kids are fifty and
Speaker 2: fifty seven.
Speaker 1: Oh no, please calm down. Meredith was on the trip
Speaker 1: like it's Mother's Day and I won't be able to
Speaker 1: talk to my chill Drett on Mother's Day. I just
Speaker 1: wanted to have a nice Mother's Day where I talk
Speaker 1: to my Childred and my mom don't even answer my
Speaker 1: call on Mother's Day sometimes. She I really got away
Speaker 1: for that lady to call me back.
Speaker 2: For Mother's Day every year. I want silent.
Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm an adult. She said, you don't need to
Speaker 1: talk to me. So it just it was really funny.
Speaker 1: But I really found that interesting. And that leads us
Speaker 1: also to Braunwyn, who the dirty old man with the
Speaker 1: alleged gout deck that Brounwin likes to suck or maybe
Speaker 1: not anymore. We're gonna get to that in episode two
Speaker 1: or part two of this readion. Apparently we know in
Speaker 1: the real world or in real time that broun Went
Speaker 1: and Todd are separated, but she heavy on calling him
Speaker 1: her husband throughout this thing. I know that she's she's
Speaker 1: taking the Kenya more approach where she's like, I'm not
Speaker 1: taking it off until i'm mayor I'm get fully divorced,
Speaker 1: and he is my husband even though we're separated and
Speaker 1: we're working through because she really did. She showed us,
Speaker 1: or at least how she portrayed on the show was
Speaker 1: to be in it until the wheels fell off at
Speaker 1: the very very end.
Speaker 3: And legal is always watching. I'm alwaysoted wife until the
Speaker 3: ink is signed. What you mean that's my husband?
Speaker 2: I love him? Get on this TV and say something
Speaker 2: bad about him?
Speaker 1: Why would I? I mean, she's still yelling at least
Speaker 1: to stop talking about my husband fifteen minutes later. So
Speaker 1: Todd and I are separated, Okay, sure, yeah, because it
Speaker 1: was really just big like f me over that man
Speaker 1: five seconds ago. But you're talking about you, Okay, So
Speaker 1: what happened? So I think that it's going to be
Speaker 1: interesting to confront that with her. But I think that
Speaker 1: they definitely started the groundwork early, being like, well, since
Speaker 1: Lisa broke the truth talking about your husband, Andy's like, so, anyway,
Speaker 1: she doing her job for me. That's the thing about
Speaker 1: for Lake City. It produces itself, and he is not
Speaker 1: doing much of the work. And that must be why
Speaker 1: I didn't notice that he wasn't asking no questions and
Speaker 1: they were really just running themselves because Lisa's talking about
Speaker 1: problem is how and was not the alley to be like, oh, yeah, hey, Todd,
Speaker 1: what's going on with that? Like, oh, because Lisa already
Speaker 1: did that, that's so interesting. I don't think that we
Speaker 1: should have truces on housewives. I think it works like
Speaker 1: friendship contracts. I think you get what you get. And
Speaker 1: I think if we just focus on being either friends
Speaker 1: with these people or not, I think, what is up
Speaker 1: with Heather being a pick me talking about to Lisa
Speaker 1: you're an important friend, but you're not a good friend,
Speaker 1: then how is she important? I've never heard such bird
Speaker 1: language before The Big Girl. What I don't in the
Speaker 1: day was the Big Girl.
Speaker 2: She had adjacency the popular cruise because she had friends
Speaker 2: and their.
Speaker 3: Sides, But she did you watch his and hers? Yes,
Speaker 3: the heavy set friend.
Speaker 1: Yes, that was Heather.
Speaker 3: Okay, so what we see now and this is why
Speaker 3: sometimes read in the housewives fulfilled this hard right, because
Speaker 3: you have to see people for who they are in
Speaker 3: their humanity.
Speaker 1: Yeah, of course I love that approach.
Speaker 3: I can see this person who just lost weight, just
Speaker 3: got in the skin that they wanted.
Speaker 2: To be in now like the girls they wanted to
Speaker 2: be like.
Speaker 3: Absolutely, I don't think at her core Heather is a
Speaker 3: mean girl.
Speaker 2: I think at.
Speaker 3: Her core Heather is a hurt girl. Heather got some
Speaker 3: unresolved things that she needs to work through, and behavior
Speaker 3: type of friend that Heather would have gravitated to, would
Speaker 3: have wanted attention from when she.
Speaker 2: Was a bigger girl high school. However, you want to.
Speaker 1: Say it was the friend and she wanted that attention
Speaker 1: from and all the.
Speaker 2: Rus she's done the things.
Speaker 3: Heather is got the money cause Heather, like her husband
Speaker 3: was good, but she didn't come in with Leisa.
Speaker 1: Yeah, she's got she did her own thing. I do
Speaker 1: think that she's money now, respectable in that way, love.
Speaker 2: A certain size.
Speaker 3: So to Heather, it's not clicking why Lisa still won't
Speaker 3: let her in. She's checked all the boxes and so
Speaker 3: now just watching her be mean because.
Speaker 1: Because Lisa is self absorbed and she'd been told you that,
Speaker 1: and you gotta stop expecting her to be a same,
Speaker 1: non transactional friend and not expect complete loyalty from you
Speaker 1: and not to be checked. You know that you expect
Speaker 1: it to be different, like you got some deep relationship
Speaker 1: with Lisa, when I'm like, unless you'll know something we don't,
Speaker 1: I don't think there is that much deeper to Lisa
Speaker 1: that you will ever have access to, no more than
Speaker 1: we will. So I don't understand why you don't understand.
Speaker 1: That's always been my thing. It's like they mad at Lisa,
Speaker 1: but they want her to be her friends so bad,
Speaker 1: and that is why it forces me to like relook
Speaker 1: and be like, so maybe I can't hate this lady
Speaker 1: because y'all think she's also the shit. You're over there
Speaker 1: on your couch telling her your job, Oh, this, that,
Speaker 1: but you're also like she I don't think she's a
Speaker 1: good friend, but I think she is an important friend.
Speaker 1: Like you're yelling at us how important it is to
Speaker 1: you to keep Lisa Barlow as your friend, although all
Speaker 1: I see is Lisa being like, yeah, you just spent
Speaker 1: the last thirty minutes bashing me and telling me all
Speaker 1: the ways that I'm fucked up. You want to humble me.
Speaker 1: It was literally like the season finale all over again,
Speaker 1: where they were like, either you sit down and figure
Speaker 1: it out with us and be humbled by us and
Speaker 1: with us, or you get out and we'll never be
Speaker 1: friends with you again. And she's like, Lisa is like,
Speaker 1: when did I ever tell y'all I could be told
Speaker 1: what to do? I really want to know, and I
Speaker 1: care about anybody else.
Speaker 3: No, I loved I really really thought every episode that was.
Speaker 3: And she was like, I'm so sick of y'all telling
Speaker 3: me what to do. Don't talk to me like that.
Speaker 3: And she knocked the wine over.
Speaker 1: Yes.
Speaker 3: I loved when she like literally broke from telling Whitney
Speaker 3: offs to be like that was a mistake.
Speaker 2: I was not throwing wine like yeah.
Speaker 1: She was like, what you're not gonna do is flip this.
Speaker 2: We can argue, we can stay on topic. My hand
Speaker 2: knocked that down.
Speaker 3: I was not shoving wine at her like I will
Speaker 3: buy you a new dress.
Speaker 1: She said, of course she will. And Heather's over there.
Speaker 1: You want to talk about you always want to talk
Speaker 1: about how rich you are, and you're talking about her
Speaker 1: money right now. But then also, she's an important friend,
Speaker 1: so why not protect her in any way. She's such
Speaker 1: an important friend that you're joining in the opportunity to
Speaker 1: exploit her and expecting her to be like, thank you,
Speaker 1: I want to be your best friend. Let me let's
Speaker 1: cozy up and bring each other's hair. You're being a
Speaker 1: mean girl, yeah, like you can't get if anything, Lisa
Speaker 1: looks the part, but you're acting the part. Y'all at
Speaker 1: two sounds at the same point to me, Heather.
Speaker 2: Has always been the mean girl. She's just had the
Speaker 2: blonde hair and the eyes. Did you see Monica reality
Speaker 2: von teeth?
Speaker 1: Uh huh girl on the internet.
Speaker 2: We'll just leave that there.
Speaker 1: Receives proof timeless And you.
Speaker 2: Know I reached out to you. I said, girl, come
Speaker 2: on the podcast.
Speaker 1: Well yes I did see. I did see you say that.
Speaker 1: I say, she's a great safe face. Come on over.
Speaker 1: But I want to listen, you know, I want to
Speaker 1: not take any of that responsibility, but I'll listen, Okay,
Speaker 1: Like I'm all im all in on it because I
Speaker 1: think they all have skeletons and they all have their things.
Speaker 1: I mean, it was amazingly delusional to me that Heather
Speaker 1: was asked how they think that the below Deck footage
Speaker 1: will look when the reverse airs later. I wish we
Speaker 1: would have seen it by now, but I know it
Speaker 1: would have taken too much from their reunion currently. She
Speaker 1: was like, I think we're great, grass girl. What do
Speaker 1: you you think? So tell me why you do. So
Speaker 1: they recorded on the boat at the same time, Yes,
Speaker 1: and Heather was literally like, I didn't even notice that
Speaker 1: they were recording a show. I just thought we were
Speaker 1: getting a good discount on our belt because essentially they
Speaker 1: went on this yacht. It was Heather's trip, she chartered it.
Speaker 1: I think she was presented the opportunity to partner with
Speaker 1: Below Deck, but she did not think that because it
Speaker 1: was the below Deck yacht and crew that I guess
Speaker 1: they would be working. You think they want to spend
Speaker 1: their free time working for girl. No, they're on a
Speaker 1: TV show. And she so andy when he asked her,
Speaker 1: what did you think about the filming like or being
Speaker 1: letting another show's boat or another boat's show, like another
Speaker 1: show take the lead? So really, below Deck was filming
Speaker 1: their show and the sub footage is what we got
Speaker 1: from the smaller crew or whatever was like also filmed
Speaker 1: from below deck, but their show was in season that
Speaker 1: was the prime situation, and that was like, we're so
Speaker 1: used to having the cameras. Pretentious sinks are number one.
Speaker 1: We're so used to having the cameras that we didn't
Speaker 1: even like notice. So why are y'all Mat and Lisa
Speaker 1: Barla for saying I live at different lives and all
Speaker 1: of you? Because you want to also say we let
Speaker 1: the same aloof life till that's what it is your
Speaker 1: madgest She don't include she don't include you in her delusion.
Speaker 1: But you're delusional too, she I don't.
Speaker 2: Know, she's so delusional.
Speaker 3: Let me let me tell you when I realized Blisa
Speaker 3: is really delusional in real life and I love.
Speaker 1: It, knows it well, like that's okay, but.
Speaker 2: Like, no, she lives this, but I didn't.
Speaker 3: I always loved it, right, but I didn't realize how
Speaker 3: much I loved it until I realized how authentic it was.
Speaker 3: So we go to the premiere for this season of
Speaker 3: Salt Lake City in New York, right, Mary Cosby, Meredith Marx,
Speaker 3: Lisa Barlow are the.
Speaker 2: Castmates to that attend.
Speaker 3: We were able to Bravo invited me out so we
Speaker 3: were able to take pictures in all them. So I
Speaker 3: talked to Mary, I talked to Meredith Cool. I walk up.
Speaker 2: I say to Meredith, I'm so happy you didn't disengage
Speaker 2: this season.
Speaker 3: We have our banter. As we're having our banter, Lisa
Speaker 3: is literally.
Speaker 2: Like, you are so gorgeous. Thank you. So it's like
Speaker 2: you walk this way them, you take your picture, you
Speaker 2: come off stage. So then somebody else with the team
Speaker 2: told me that I was pretty or whatever, and I
Speaker 2: was like, thank you. It's such hard work, like being
Speaker 2: this gorgeous.
Speaker 3: Lisa literally is taking a picture with another content creator.
Speaker 3: She leans over and she goes, no, it's not we
Speaker 3: wake up like this. She was like, don't you dare
Speaker 3: say as well, it's literally effortless. Yes, And I looked
Speaker 3: at Lisa.
Speaker 2: I said, you know what, You're.
Speaker 1: Right, You're right, you're right. Why don't I listen as me? Lisa,
Speaker 1: thank you for reminding. Oh my god, but the affirmations
Speaker 1: when you need it.
Speaker 2: Like, no, it's not hard work, this is effortless. This
Speaker 2: is who you are. You wake up like this.
Speaker 3: In that moment, I really was like, you literally believe,
Speaker 3: like you buy everything that you sell, which makes it authentic,
Speaker 3: which is like, I'm even.
Speaker 1: More thank you. That's why I like her. And it's
Speaker 1: hard for me to understand and and sit with Heather
Speaker 1: and Angie and them yelling at Lisa for being everything
Speaker 1: that they also are and saying like, well, why doesn't
Speaker 1: she admit it because she doesn't think she's doing anything wrong.
Speaker 1: You're admitting to being inauthentic or whatever, Like I don't
Speaker 1: know what that.
Speaker 3: Is, but it's just like Lisa, like I don't subscribe
Speaker 3: to Salt Lake City, like I'm a New Yorker.
Speaker 1: Yeah, like, how long have you been here? You're from
Speaker 1: Salt Lake City. Also, don't tell me where I'm from.
Speaker 1: Fuck you. I'm sorry, that says somebody who's lived in
Speaker 1: too many places, but it was without my consent. I'm
Speaker 1: a D and V girl, born and raised. I'm from
Speaker 1: PG County. You will never take that from me, even
Speaker 1: when I live somewhere else longer than the time I
Speaker 1: lived in PG County. That's because I'm an adult and
Speaker 1: I have a choice. But it's where I'm from. That's
Speaker 1: where our heart is from. Least is like because I've
Speaker 1: lived here for as long as I've been married, or
Speaker 1: like in an adult tell me where I'm from, Heather
Speaker 1: be quiet.
Speaker 2: From New Jersey but also Georgia at the.
Speaker 1: Same time, you know where I'm from. Where you want
Speaker 1: to be with that? If Dree can have an accent
Speaker 1: and be from Connecticut, you can be from New York
Speaker 1: though you've lived in years.
Speaker 2: She literally like, that's her accent.
Speaker 1: Love, Yeah, I mean I love that. She also attributed
Speaker 1: it to PK when we first met her. Though we
Speaker 1: met her parents this season, and I was like, you
Speaker 1: could just save them. They've gotten it.
Speaker 3: Then she would have to claim more than just her
Speaker 3: whiteness if she claimed her accent from her parents.
Speaker 1: I mean, just take the Hilario route or Hillary in them.
Speaker 1: How do you say, be comeber? You don't you like
Speaker 1: you want? She want to be there because her parents
Speaker 1: bought a vacation home. There do we got parents that
Speaker 1: actually got a whole accent? She talking about, well, when
Speaker 1: you've left all over the world with Piquet, you can
Speaker 1: have any accent you want, No, but your parents actually
Speaker 1: have an accent. This is actually yes. But also there
Speaker 1: you go, girl, there are white Africans everywhere. I actually
Speaker 1: just watch no I know that, but I no, no, no, no,
Speaker 1: I'm talking like to d like, calm down. Look, you
Speaker 1: can still be white and be from Egypt. It's okay.
Speaker 1: I'm not gonna take your whiteness from you. No one's
Speaker 1: ever trying to calm down, you know.
Speaker 3: I've actually I've met a bunch of Egyptians, but I've
Speaker 3: never even met the same like skin type me neither.
Speaker 1: And I've met a un Egyptian.
Speaker 2: That I've ever met or been like introduced to.
Speaker 1: I have always been a shock to me, been like
Speaker 1: really that is awesome. Look at tell me more. Love
Speaker 1: the bread. Listen, when you're talking to a tourist. To
Speaker 1: talk to a tourist is to know that we are
Speaker 1: I'm a tolerant individual. I love everybody. I have a
Speaker 1: good soul. But I also love all your food. I
Speaker 1: want your I want to eat it. I want to
Speaker 1: eat all I love to eat, and I love luxury
Speaker 1: and most of the rest of the world's got some good,
Speaker 1: luxurious things and some good food to go with it,
Speaker 1: so I'm always in on it. Okay. That's again why
Speaker 1: I'm so shocked that I love this Lily White show
Speaker 1: Salt Lake City, And that's why we like Bravo for
Speaker 1: what it does give to us. Is like watching these
Speaker 1: white ladies yell at each other again, let me have
Speaker 1: that Mary is sitting over there, unmothered, and let Heather
Speaker 1: and Lisa and Angie yell at each other about all
Speaker 1: doing the same exact thing to.
Speaker 2: Each other to be in the white people's drama.
Speaker 3: When I first started watching His and Hers, I was like, oh,
Speaker 3: I'm here, I'm in the white people's drama, black girl,
Speaker 3: I love it. And then the episodes kept going and
Speaker 3: I was like, who's business am I in?
Speaker 2: I don't know. I'm one episode four. I still don't
Speaker 2: know whose business?
Speaker 1: Okay, all right, all right, I mean why I watch
Speaker 1: Hunting Wives. I was like, this is nothing to do
Speaker 1: with me. I don't live there. I'm not a white
Speaker 1: woman Republican. I'm not, you know, held by the bounds
Speaker 1: that I can't be who I am. But let me
Speaker 1: watch y'all do this navigate his life and end adress
Speaker 1: on a brawl. Damn. Okay, tell me moa. So I
Speaker 1: love to watch them do that and look pretty doing it,
Speaker 1: But like, I think that as much as you know,
Speaker 1: we everybody is watching this exact same show and experiencing
Speaker 1: different levels of like delusion and how they are perceiving it.
Speaker 1: Julia Roberts having any thoughts or opinions on this show.
Speaker 1: I definitely thought one that she was too serious of
Speaker 1: a lady to be watching this show. I think that
Speaker 1: a lot about Housewives, and I'm shocked every time. But
Speaker 1: I'm also using that as my fuel and ammunition to
Speaker 1: my family. Like see told you, respectable all Rose lead
Speaker 1: to reality TV Housewives. It's not some silly little housewives show.
Speaker 1: Shut mouth, it's good pop culture television. This is an icon.
Speaker 1: This is pop culture lexicon happening in real time. I'm
Speaker 1: watching it. Don't tell me I'm not. Julia Roberts agree
Speaker 1: she is an artist.
Speaker 3: Before we get out of here, I would love your thoughts.
Speaker 3: And Bluetooth's mama clapping back at Jill Scott for saying that.
Speaker 3: Jill for saying that Bluetooth and Croissant were her favorite
Speaker 3: like guilty pleasure and that Bluetooth is Croissant's pimp.
Speaker 2: Look at the face.
Speaker 1: First of all. First of all, Chissant is actually one
Speaker 1: of my guilty pleasures. All right, all right, I just
Speaker 1: wanted you to don't I don't like it. I don't
Speaker 1: like it. I don't like it. I don't like it.
Speaker 1: I actually just got it real the other day. Algorithm
Speaker 1: to me of like catered as this event and this
Speaker 1: is and it was a beautiful setup and it didn't last.
Speaker 1: I will be sending it to you very soon to
Speaker 1: very much so counter at this bit of you know,
Speaker 1: Lily whiteness of like that's my guilty blushion too, I think.
Speaker 1: So listen when it comes to the allegations of those people. One,
Speaker 1: what you just said doesn't even not make sense to
Speaker 1: anything can be Drew. I believe that more than I
Speaker 1: believe that again, that Mary is clocked into this season.
Speaker 1: I thought she didn't know who Julia Roberts even would be. Honestly,
Speaker 1: if you watch Mary's social media, you don't think she's
Speaker 1: with us, and I think that's fine.
Speaker 3: You listen to Mary talk, I don't think she's with us.
Speaker 3: And that is the only question. I have two questions
Speaker 3: as it pertains to Mary. Two and two only are
Speaker 3: the businesses in Salt Lake City thriving that much that
Speaker 3: it's funding for properties?
Speaker 2: Second question is girl, what like are.
Speaker 1: You more than Whitney and them? Like?
Speaker 3: Is you here with us now, but no a Bluetooth
Speaker 3: mama tried. She got on that internet and cuts Jill
Speaker 3: Scott out was talking to Jill Scott like she was
Speaker 3: actually Shila from the Tyler Perry Show, and was like,
Speaker 3: don't you call her baby?
Speaker 2: No, no pimp? And you need to find out to
Speaker 2: be losing.
Speaker 1: Weight with most of what is going on and in
Speaker 1: her son's life, it's hard for them. While I have
Speaker 1: you here before we get out of here, what are
Speaker 1: your thoughts on Charissa's son and Ashley Darby legedly hooking up.
Speaker 1: Some women think she's a hole for this. It's pretty
Speaker 1: much everyone who's spoken out, including Mia Thornton, and I was,
Speaker 1: I was like, how she Oh, she must have saw
Speaker 1: this on that TV she.
Speaker 3: Took Allegedly, you had to be you had to be
Speaker 3: a low down, dirty scoundrel for a scoundrel to come
Speaker 3: up and be like, that's a scoundrel.
Speaker 2: That's number one?
Speaker 3: Really And not only did she speak out about it,
Speaker 3: Mia said that Ashley told everybody years ago when nobody.
Speaker 1: Cared, Okay, there you go.
Speaker 3: Ashley is immatured to me, and so yes, as per
Speaker 3: her maturity level, I absolutely get why she would even
Speaker 3: think it was a good idea to put her tongue
Speaker 3: in the mouth of a little boy that she has
Speaker 3: known since.
Speaker 2: Before he was grown.
Speaker 3: And I struggled on grown because don't kiss my eighteen
Speaker 3: year old kid, that that eighteen twenty one.
Speaker 2: I get that you are an adult, but.
Speaker 1: Because she believes she was an adult and making all
Speaker 1: the same ghost choices, Gary good, and that she was
Speaker 1: approached and.
Speaker 2: When I was twenty, that's her bar is fucked.
Speaker 1: So yeah, but that's not that doesn't mean what you
Speaker 1: think it means. It's more like a exactly And that
Speaker 1: dirty old man shouldn't have talked to you either, not
Speaker 1: saying you're a dirty old girl, it's just it's giving you.
Speaker 3: I'm gonna say that while her tongue was down that
Speaker 3: boys stoke, she should have been working on some vocal lessons.
Speaker 3: How dare you get up on this screen every chance
Speaker 3: you give?
Speaker 2: Give it?
Speaker 1: That's why she couldn't sing.
Speaker 2: Hen gave a struck.
Speaker 1: Yeah, maybe you know those young kids. She's in the school,
Speaker 1: and it was.
Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm your coffee to your milk, because I like
Speaker 3: milk and my coffee whatever.
Speaker 1: That song was coffee and Love. I remember that one.
Speaker 1: She was doing that. Please someone let me know if
Speaker 1: they ever got rid of that space. There's been a
Speaker 1: minute since I've been in Clarendon, but for far longer
Speaker 1: than it should eat. In the last two years, it's
Speaker 1: still been there, unoccupied the OZ their restaurant, just sitting
Speaker 1: with the kangaroo in print on the doll. Can't miss
Speaker 1: a kangaroo in Virginia. Hoe, You're gonna You're gonna see
Speaker 1: it and notice it every time. But hey, I just
Speaker 1: had to know, because that's that's a choice. You know.
Speaker 1: How housewives get their bag and stay on this show
Speaker 1: is something I'll never judge. I'll leave it to these ladies,
Speaker 1: I guess sitting on these couches to judge each other
Speaker 1: for all the different ways that they get on with
Speaker 1: each other. They got on this show. They fight with
Speaker 1: each other. They do all these weird things for this reason,
Speaker 1: so that we will talk about them and they can
Speaker 1: stay on it. Because for everything you accused Lisa doing,
Speaker 1: we're gonna talk about Bronin doing it next week two,
Speaker 1: on that next season or that next reunion. Park. I
Speaker 1: know that you won't always be watching, and there's appointment
Speaker 1: of television, but will you be tuned in to part two.
Speaker 3: No, so my thing is I always watch it, right,
Speaker 3: But you know as well as I know being in
Speaker 3: this Bravo space for five years and feeling almost like
Speaker 3: overlooked under yeah, and not even just overlooked, but like
Speaker 3: it's not fun exactly to a certain degree. And it's
Speaker 3: like I started off making Bravo content exclusively. I think
Speaker 3: I was creating content for less than six months before
Speaker 3: Lisa Renna found me reposted me to her page.
Speaker 2: She eventually didn't like me and she blocked me. But
Speaker 2: that's a different girl.
Speaker 1: We've traveled those roads.
Speaker 3: At a point, every every review that I did was
Speaker 3: an easy two hundred thousand views in the clip. And
Speaker 3: to be at a point, the last Bravo event that
Speaker 3: I was at, I literally like essentially begged, Like I
Speaker 3: made a post and was like, oh my god, like
Speaker 3: why doesn't anybody invite me to this? And I won't
Speaker 3: name drop, but I tagged the names, you know what
Speaker 3: I mean, and then boom, I was invited. Nobody nobody
Speaker 3: even tried to invite me to try, Like, I get
Speaker 3: no invites to these things, and I yield my time
Speaker 3: to shows that sometimes aren't good shows. It sometimes are triggering,
Speaker 3: and it's like, if I'm going to watch something for content,
Speaker 3: there has to be some sort of return on investment.
Speaker 3: And the truth of the matter is shameless plug. I
Speaker 3: watch Be on the Gates. Jasmin Bird, who plays June
Speaker 3: and Be on the Gates will be on my podcast
Speaker 3: this Monday, I talk pop culture and all of that.
Speaker 3: The Jazzmine brand or Jasmine brand from the Jazzmine brand
Speaker 3: will be on my podcast in February. There are other
Speaker 3: places where I kind of, like, in the words of
Speaker 3: Lady London, cast my bait out in the fish Bite.
Speaker 3: Bravo just isn't one of those places. As a black
Speaker 3: girl in America, I don't need you to remind me
Speaker 3: on a regular basis that I'm black and that that
Speaker 3: means something to you.
Speaker 1: Oh ta okay, Yeah, so.
Speaker 2: Yes, I watch it. I pick and truth like I'm recapping.
Speaker 1: It. I mean, that's usually what I ask people is
Speaker 1: what are you watching that makes you feel good? I
Speaker 1: think that, like, outside of this, make it no secret
Speaker 1: that I do this for literally like a job. It
Speaker 1: is something that I enjoy doing for a job, like
Speaker 1: I enjoy talking about these shows because these ladies have
Speaker 1: entertained and are entertaining, and I love the community of
Speaker 1: people that listen. But I do this also for y'all.
Speaker 1: The moment everybody stops listening, I ain't gonna be watching
Speaker 1: no appointment television. It's okay, and it's no love all.
Speaker 2: This is what I'm saying. And so there are people watching.
Speaker 3: But again, to what avail, there's other spaces where I
Speaker 3: can cast that net and get something back.
Speaker 2: I haven't.
Speaker 3: They wouldn't even let me in to the media verse.
Speaker 3: I applied to the media verse and then they were like, well,
Speaker 3: what shows do you want? I was like, well, currently,
Speaker 3: I'm chatting married to Medicine. I've talked to most all
Speaker 3: of the cast members. They're on my page. Okay, well
Speaker 3: we'll see, we'll check their availability. But I'm like, no,
Speaker 3: I recap shows like let me into the media verse.
Speaker 1: So well, honey, where can they listen to you talk
Speaker 1: to the people who do pay the respect and the
Speaker 1: flowers they you do because you be doing the word
Speaker 1: I watch I'm brief balel all the time. This is
Speaker 1: actually news to me. So where can they find you?
Speaker 1: Get involved and make sure that you're continuing to be
Speaker 1: able to cover the things that we watching. I'm enjoying it.
Speaker 3: So you can follow me at brief by L, TikTok YouTube.
Speaker 3: I'd be a little slow putting my YouTube shorts up,
Speaker 3: but TikTok YouTube, Instagram, threads is normally my playground, same
Speaker 3: name brief by L. If you want to get into
Speaker 3: the podcast, I partnered with Women for the Culture. So
Speaker 3: the podcast, the Women's Room airs over there, and it's essentially,
Speaker 3: you know, when you go out, you're hanging out with
Speaker 3: your friends, you go to the girls room, the ladies room,
Speaker 3: whatever you call it, and you fix your lipstick and you, oh, girl,
Speaker 3: let me tell you that man was like, you know,
Speaker 3: you drop secrets, you drop tea in the women's room.
Speaker 3: A lot of tea is spilled over there. But it's
Speaker 3: also a very safe space. So that's the feeling that
Speaker 3: we are trying to give the conversation that we're trying
Speaker 3: to have. We normally spend about the first twenty to
Speaker 3: thirty minutes talking to whoever the guest is about how
Speaker 3: they got here wherever here is for them, and then
Speaker 3: we go in to cover whatever happened that week in
Speaker 3: pop culture. So if you want to go listen, it's up.
Speaker 3: It's called the Women's Room. It's on Women for the
Speaker 3: Culture on Facebook or YouTube, whatever you like. First episode
Speaker 3: was Dominique Morgan. Second episode was Ardre Curry formerly of
Speaker 3: Married to Medicine And like I said, this week, coming
Speaker 3: up we will have Jasmine Burke from Beyond the Gates.
