1:50 Speaker 2: did you start your trader's journey? Are you just one one? Okay? Same?

2:01 Speaker 1: these competition shows, you know, season one, we didn't really

2:04 Speaker 1: know that. Honestly, those really are a non motherfucking factor.

2:11 Speaker 1: was in season one like, well, let me just see

2:14 Speaker 1: what this is about, and you know, I found the

2:16 Speaker 1: format of you know, at the time, it was like

2:18 Speaker 1: half normal people, and I thought that was like pretty cool.

2:23 Speaker 1: But I mean, was the great moral issues of like

2:28 Speaker 1: having queer couples wanting to have this prize money to like,

2:31 Speaker 1: you know, grow their family and then be like.

2:34 Speaker 2: Oh I haven't won Survivor and all the seven times

2:40 Speaker 2: I try, I'm taking this money.

2:42 Speaker 1: And I was like, yeah, yeah, I mean, like there

2:51 Speaker 1: needed to be a separation of church and state. So

2:54 Speaker 1: this does make it a lot funnier and a lot

2:56 Speaker 1: more interesting knowing that like everybody you know, like the

3:04 Speaker 1: Kind of the same level of celebrity from wherever they are,

3:08 Speaker 1: so I'm not like, oh my god, this person really

3:10 Speaker 1: needs a check, you know, Like, you know, it makes

3:13 Speaker 1: it a lot lighter and a lot more fun. And also,

3:16 Speaker 1: like I know most of the people you know, save

3:18 Speaker 1: for like the big brother the uh Survivor people. But

3:23 Speaker 1: in terms of who I'm liking obviously, like I'm a

3:25 Speaker 1: candy go gal down bitch.

3:28 Speaker 2: This is the season of Candice so much.

3:32 Speaker 1: Yeah, and she's such a delight. I love that she's

3:35 Speaker 1: dressing like a little old school TWA flight attendant.

3:39 Speaker 2: And no, seriously, I have someone that I work with

3:45 Speaker 2: who does not do the Bravo doesn't know it but

3:47 Speaker 2: knows I love it. But watches Traders like I think

3:50 Speaker 2: that you don't even need to be a TV person.

3:53 Speaker 2: My gripe was season one of Traders, which I mean,

3:56 Speaker 2: if you're gonna binge because you do it, I say

3:58 Speaker 2: binge backwards so that one doesn't throw you off and

4:01 Speaker 2: you can start and jumping right now because the format

4:04 Speaker 2: is great. The thing is that you just need to

4:06 Speaker 2: know that the personalities are going to deliver, whether you

4:09 Speaker 2: know them or not. And the problem with season one

4:12 Speaker 2: is that half of them being on TV because they

4:14 Speaker 2: have big personalities and the other half being girlies just

4:18 Speaker 2: like running their errands on a normal weekend and doing

4:22 Speaker 2: real life stuff like us totally change the vibe like

4:26 Speaker 2: it wasn't we didn't know what it could be. I

4:28 Speaker 2: think the first season was still great. I think the

4:30 Speaker 2: second season was way better and which we got it

4:34 Speaker 2: and then third season, fella, we had our rhythm and

4:36 Speaker 2: now it feels like we can have a damn good time,

4:39 Speaker 2: like a really good time. This is the cast that

4:42 Speaker 2: I think I know the most that they've ever had.

4:45 Speaker 2: I mean, yeah, like Save your Big Brothers and even Survivors.

4:49 Speaker 2: I dabble, I do like Survivor. I know that there's

4:52 Speaker 2: a lot of great seasons. I know that there's also

4:55 Speaker 2: just like one hundreds, so I'm never getting through that girl.

4:59 Speaker 2: But if you know enough, if you know enough people

5:02 Speaker 2: from the you know, we TV or something wherever else

5:05 Speaker 2: they're getting their check these days, when they come to traders,

5:08 Speaker 2: it's like, okay, I can get behind. I at least

5:12 Speaker 2: know who I do or don't want to root for.

5:14 Speaker 2: Those dynamics might be interesting. That was what I thought

5:18 Speaker 2: when I first saw this cast, was Portia and Candace.

5:21 Speaker 2: How's that gonna go? Right?

5:23 Speaker 1: And it it went a little much better than I thought.

5:26 Speaker 2: But like again, Renna and Derenda interesting right.

5:30 Speaker 1: Gibson reminded me though, that there was like a rumor

5:32 Speaker 1: that I think Candace had unfollowed Portia after this, and

5:35 Speaker 1: given what we've seen on the show, it doesn't really

5:37 Speaker 1: make sense. They seemed to be Getna go on perfectly fine.

5:40 Speaker 1: So that's really confusing. Can't wait for the reunion. Usually

5:44 Speaker 1: those are a flop, but I think they're actually this

5:46 Speaker 1: one might actually be good.

5:48 Speaker 2: Well, this was gonna be good because we are dealing

5:50 Speaker 2: with professionals. They have called in the professionals. One thing

5:53 Speaker 2: that I can trust any Housewife to do is give

5:57 Speaker 2: me a reunion, and of the ones that we have

5:59 Speaker 2: when this cast right now, the ones who they will

6:03 Speaker 2: invite back, these are all some of the greatest reunion

6:06 Speaker 2: makers of our time. I believe we're in. If you

6:10 Speaker 2: don't know, now you know, you're in for a tree.

6:13 Speaker 2: I think it'll be great. There was one moment, though,

6:15 Speaker 2: that I wanted to flag and get your opinion on,

6:18 Speaker 2: because there was something in the second episode, no, the

6:21 Speaker 2: first episode before Porsche left, when her wits weren't with

6:25 Speaker 2: her obviously, and she kept using the wrong words, all

6:28 Speaker 2: the wrong words, and claiming responsibility for things she knew

6:32 Speaker 2: nothing of. There's some argument, I wonder from you, do

6:35 Speaker 2: you think she knew the kind of show she was on?

6:38 Speaker 2: Or was it or was it just Freudian slit something

6:44 Speaker 2: like you know, the train was underneath the.

6:45 Speaker 1: Church, right?

6:47 Speaker 2: You know?

6:47 Speaker 1: I love Porsche havelf the caveat we do most of

6:53 Speaker 2: That's my opinion. But I love her.

7:19 Speaker 1: that it's her own grave, like literally pretty much.

7:23 Speaker 2: So we were like, girl, we can't not pick you.

7:27 Speaker 2: He literally said we killed them five times, and everyone's

7:30 Speaker 2: looking at each other liked, he did I hear that right?

7:33 Speaker 2: And she's like, no, yeah, we killed him. Who did

7:36 Speaker 2: we kill? Oh? I forgot please please? Yeah.

7:40 Speaker 1: This is rough because usually we get to that first

7:42 Speaker 1: round table and people are truly going off of nothing

7:45 Speaker 1: but vibes or like this person looked at me wrong,

7:48 Speaker 1: or this person coughed when I said something. You know,

7:51 Speaker 1: this person squinted when I said hello. So for Ron

7:54 Speaker 1: to be able to come to the table and be like, oh,

7:56 Speaker 1: here's like actual, pretty irrefutable evidence against them, it's rare.

8:01 Speaker 2: It is rare. He was just so confident. But something

8:05 Speaker 2: I noticed that Candace told Porsche in the O and

8:08 Speaker 2: y'all this is a spoiler heavy episode. I put that

8:11 Speaker 2: in a description, but just no, we talk into details.

8:14 Speaker 2: When Candace and Porsche were in the jeeps on their

8:18 Speaker 2: way back to the castle and had a moment of

8:22 Speaker 2: Michael Rappaport said let's get a housewife, which we knew

8:25 Speaker 2: that wasn't entirely true or what was said, but Candace

8:29 Speaker 2: did tell Porsia that. But there was a moment that

8:31 Speaker 2: when Porsche then confronted Candace in the kitchen, because Porsche

8:35 Speaker 2: is known to be like, you know, I'm gonna ask

8:37 Speaker 2: you right now in front of everybody, and did Candace

8:40 Speaker 2: was like, oh, you misunderstood. And the way I saw

8:44 Speaker 2: Porsche Clockett, she really digested it, and she goes, oh, okay,

8:49 Speaker 2: all right, And so I wonder if that is what

8:52 Speaker 2: started the deterrence. And I think Porsche helped genuinely like

8:57 Speaker 2: betrayed or something by them being on this show or something.

9:02 Speaker 2: And that again, did she know the show?

9:05 Speaker 1: She was going one interestingly enough that you bring up

9:08 Speaker 1: that point specifically because she has done an interview saying

9:11 Speaker 1: that she did it that.

9:15 Speaker 2: Lying.

9:16 Speaker 1: But you know, apparently we've got this like Housewives blood

9:20 Speaker 1: oath that's going on on the tree. So she said,

9:23 Speaker 1: even though I clocked it, I decided to just like

9:25 Speaker 1: let it go because of our you know, Housewives code

9:29 Speaker 1: that ended up you know, Renna completely threw under the bus.

9:32 Speaker 2: But here we are, girl, it's Renna. That's what I'm

9:35 Speaker 2: just like. I love that y'all have a housewives code,

9:37 Speaker 2: and the code is y'all will stick up for each

9:39 Speaker 2: other because in real lives you're known for not doing that,

9:43 Speaker 2: which is legitimately why you are hearing casted on this

9:46 Speaker 2: kind of game of betrayal, lying, and all the things.

9:50 Speaker 2: Thank you for that constant reminder, Michael Rappaport, first and

9:55 Speaker 2: only time I was saying that man's name, I know

9:57 Speaker 2: a lot of y'all are waiting out watch. I mean,

10:32 Speaker 2: to episode three, and I'm telling you, the fact that

10:34 Speaker 2: we once started with a round table meant that we

10:36 Speaker 2: had to be abrasively smacked in the face with that

10:39 Speaker 2: man first before we even I ain't even get my my,

10:43 Speaker 2: my parfait good, my snack good. I really thought we

10:46 Speaker 2: were gonna have a moment. But understand, we get Michael

10:49 Speaker 2: Rappaport shoving down our faces and here he go, You're

10:52 Speaker 2: from New York, and because he's from New York, he

10:55 Speaker 2: has to yell at everybody that he is right and

10:58 Speaker 2: be abrasive about it, as he tipped he does when

11:00 Speaker 2: he goes and watch what Happens live, saying that because

11:02 Speaker 2: he's from New York, is to aggressively yell and tell

11:05 Speaker 2: mean things about people and call black women names that

11:08 Speaker 2: he probably shouldn't. Okay, after that, like, I'm really just

11:13 Speaker 2: trying to make sure y'all know when he's no longer

11:18 Speaker 2: here that's not to come. And when it does, I

11:21 Speaker 2: don't want y'all to only jump in then if it's doable,

11:24 Speaker 2: please get past it now if you can, but if

11:29 Speaker 2: I said, this third episode, he really got on my nerves.

15:05 Speaker 2: to a black woman. Now you think, Tiffany, that you're

15:09 Speaker 2: using him for muscle. That man can't do anything but

15:12 Speaker 2: talk loud, and he thinks that because he likes quote

15:14 Speaker 2: unquote loves and or fetishizes about black women, whatever you

15:18 Speaker 2: want to argue, but he can hide behind him as

15:22 Speaker 2: a shield, like he really does use them as a shield.

15:24 Speaker 2: He was sad to see Portia go because he loved

15:26 Speaker 2: Porsche as a housewife and he wants her to But

15:29 Speaker 2: he likes them also as caricatures like his characters, but

15:32 Speaker 2: not necessarily as people or as individuals. He's not doing

15:36 Speaker 2: ally shit, or he wouldn't. Kenya's feet ask you that time,

15:40 Speaker 2: you know, if you be true, and you're not allowed

15:42 Speaker 2: to say. And that's always been my point. So this man,

15:46 Speaker 2: he gonna get himself kicked out of this show. And

15:48 Speaker 2: unfortunately y'all have to tell you if you're not watching it,

15:51 Speaker 2: he's still He was in it for far longer than

15:56 Speaker 2: I will. You're you're gonna have to wait. You're gonna

15:59 Speaker 2: have to be patient, but it's worth it.

16:30 Speaker 2: ones of like the girlies who know that this is

16:33 Speaker 2: gonna be on p Like they know what Peacock is.

16:36 Speaker 2: They know, like they might be invited to Bravo kon

16:38 Speaker 2: one day, Like they know these are the real things,

16:41 Speaker 2: the upfront things like that.

16:42 Speaker 1: Yeah, Like, I'm not super familiar with Maura really love Island,

16:48 Speaker 1: but she's really I've got my eye on her. I've

16:51 Speaker 1: had several people reach out and say, you need to

16:54 Speaker 2: Do tell me. They told me the same thing season two.

16:58 Speaker 1: I think it might be season five on I'm not sure. Okay,

17:28 Speaker 2: it off completely. But in these outfits, they're her hair

17:32 Speaker 2: and these I'm like, oh, girl, you're dressed. She's dressed,

17:38 Speaker 2: there is a lot more personal effort that has to

17:41 Speaker 2: be done. This isn't like, you know, we're not Kardashians,

17:44 Speaker 2: this isn't Our Housewives, you know, weathering a finale, so

17:47 Speaker 2: like Cannas is borrowing people's hair wands because her wand died,

17:50 Speaker 2: you know, to get them girls correct. But those girls

17:53 Speaker 2: are correct, and I appreciate that commitment. The girls are dressing.

27:38 Speaker 1: truly don't care at all, But I did like the

27:46 Speaker 1: well this makes it a lot more interesting for me.

27:49 Speaker 2: Yeah, Fannie gave me the Traders are really hard a

27:52 Speaker 2: lot more harder tasks because they had to not only

27:55 Speaker 2: keep themselves a secret, but have to hide the fact

27:58 Speaker 2: that they're looking for a bigger trader than nobody else
