208. RHOBH is BACK to Boujie and SLOMW Reunions (That Should've Been Emailed) w/Vanessa (@realiTEA_recap)
Field Notes
RHOBH is BACK! Vanessa and I talk the premiere of Real housewives of Beverly Hills. The cheesy intros we love. the opulence and friendships that only show up with cameras. and the fashion statements made while talking ca$h Sh!t about your co-workers...or friends. The BH girlies are back and back to their roots of wealth and delusion and with a new wife in tow---Rachel ZOE! Thoughts on her ushering in as a housewife now and not the titular talent of a Bravo show as she once was.Over in UTAH we wrap up the SLOMW season with more questions and big complaints about that sorry reunion. Could it be that only Bravo and Andy know how to reunite a cast and get some results? Or were there simply too many men present? Are we still excited for season 4? Vanessa always comes with the kiki and the tea so jump into The Mix with us!

Speaker 1: Sounds struggling.
Speaker 2: Hello, Hello, Hello, beautiful and wonderful mixologists out there. It is your girl Moni and you are in the midst with Moni. Okay, and Vanessa, I have the literal queen of reality recaps here with me. How are you doing, Vanessa? How are you enjoying your TV? How are you enjoying your weekend? How are you surviving these days?
Speaker 1: Doing good? Thanks for having me again. Are your followers yet?
Speaker 2: No, No, that's why I'm like, that's why you're back. I'm not there, not in small one.
Speaker 1: I am surviving my weekend. I will share with you. My father has been in the hospital for over a month and a half and he came home today. So I'm just happy that he's Yes, he's home today and the family gang is all back together before Christmas, before my birthday this week coming up. We are all back together. Yeah, I mean it's a good day.
Speaker 2: Okay, Yeah, when the things are looking up, I like that. I'm so happy for you to hear that. Glad dad is back home and happy early birthday ten years. This is great and that is like not for nothing. But I'm one of those people who I'm such a homebody that when I say like a gift, like it's not even a segue. A gift to me is all the best TV or all the house while I was being on there, you know, doing the giving us the most. I don't mean that joking, because I like to be in my crib under a blanket when I can, Like I live so busy, I'm all over the place all the time, but that when I have my moment to be under a blanket and just watching with a popcorn with a chip with a snack and going ooh, no, what is it?
Speaker 2: Where are they? It's the best. It actually is such a gift to me my like least, like the worst time of year is when nothing's on and that's hard, but it happens dry where I'm like, no, what is there to watch?
Speaker 1: I feel you on that. I mean when I was in my twenties and in my thirties, I did. I mean I've I've spent my birthdays in more countries than I can count, and I'm grateful for that. So these days it's you know, family, spending it with the ones that show up for you every single day. And it's also taken on a new meaning because reality recap I started on my birthday. So Reality Recap is turning three years old this week. Also, it's just the grind, you know, it's just sis in the content pages blossoming, and you know.
Speaker 1: I'm always open to a gift though, Okay, I do think that the content creator. I need a phone gimbal If anybody wants to send one I need. I'm always looking for you. Knowledge of business has a birthday.
Speaker 2: Some of the best gifts I've ever gotten, some'm the coolest, most thoughtful, coolest things I've ever gotten have been like gifts or pr boxes from people who are listening that I am like, we just get each other, and you curated something that it's like you knew, you know how, like a luxury give me a shame about it? I like a butter I do I do? But about it? I was like, I love that box. To send me another one of the oh okay, oh yes, something that I can rubble. I'm a tourist though, so like luxury things, things on my body, things that make me feel good, like the homebody in luxury like homebody, but make it cozy, make it not make.
Speaker 1: It self care care, make it a vibe.
Speaker 2: That's very mean. I'm my first. This is probably I think it is probably my first actual milestone birthday, but most would say it's like, you know, people think twenty one, but I've never been much of a drinker, so that didn't matter much to me. I could give a shit about twenty one. But I am turning thirty in a few months, and I am like shook by how much it feels like my brain is changing, like with like who I was just wanting my birthday a year or two ago, right of like I want to be where a stroll of blights are, and I want to be with aling, and I want to be where the brunch is buffeting and there's a line outside.
Speaker 1: I I love.
Speaker 2: Okay, the day party. I want to be where the drag queens are, and now I want to be with a with a where is the Chase Loungeyet y'all got a recliner? Like I went to see Wicked, and let me tell you how, it wasn't gonna be any theater unless I was trying to convince somebody, a twenty something who could give a shit. But like she was like twenty one, and I was like, oh, you gotta go to this theater because the seats have both hot and cold, so wherever you're at on your journey via hot flash or you just ran in, you know what I'm saying.
Speaker 2: Okay, that's what I'm saying. I said, I need that. Also, there's two buttons because the feet come up, but also the headrest goes back, because what if.
Speaker 1: You need bucket seek me? Okay, okay, let me tell you.
Speaker 2: I don't want to be in a shape you recognize. I want you to look down the aisle at me and enduring my clock tech or whatever of the Wicked and them songs. I want you to be like, what kind of she can't be comfortable? I am?
Speaker 1: Yeah, I put that on my list. I sent that to my husband. Like, there's now in New York there is like a smaller movie theater where you can rit your own little theater and they have like a table. I'm gonna send it to you, but they have like a little table where you can have a meal with your friends and then you guys sit and enjoy the movie. I was like, I want to do that.
Speaker 2: That's what I want. That's what I like. I want that. At this point, I'm like, I don't know. Maybe it's because I started paying for the things. Not everything on my own shout out to my mama, but enough things where I'm like, oh, joys and things for everybody. All the time we outside doing what? How much outside cost?
Speaker 1: So how much?
Speaker 2: Only sixty minutes of what? Crazy? Baby? Do you know that I could be at home like watching it and tie. I just put somebody on today the Southern Hospitality. They were like, I've never in my life seen this kind of behavior. I said, oh, then you've never seen let me say about vander Pump rules, Like, girl, what I had an experience for you on your DVR if you would like to just follow me. But that's where I'm at, a good binge. And it's getting cold too. My favorite part of winter is this right here, Like, oh, it's snow.
Speaker 2: The other day D and V got their first big snow. The other days all and coming. None of the counties did what they were supposed to do. Record amount of accidents were had. It was great, we loved it. We had a great time. But I was in the house watching my shows. I said, no, thank you, I can't. I'm not gonna because one thing I don't need is my car being in the shop and me having that stressor for today. No, we stay at home and we watched the first thing that we are going it's gonna go, It's gonna be dead and gone very quickly.
Speaker 2: I thought we were gonna talk about it, y'all, but I did not believe y'all when you said it was bad the internet. Did you see the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives reunion before or after what the people were saying online about it.
Speaker 1: I saw it immediately because I was up that night. It dropped at midnight, so I saw it immediately. And then I do always like to see is it just me? I always have that moment of it is it just me? And then I went to the Internet and quickly found out it wasn't just me.
Speaker 2: I was giving I was probably giving it more grace because of what we do, like because of like I'm like, maybe it's because I got such a critical eye about a reunion, like because of the way we watched, taking notes, what we're looking at, what we remember from the season that we want brought up. Being in content creation, being producers of our own with the same kind of content, is that we're focusing on so many things. And I'm like, sometimes when it's bad. I'm thinking my standard is just ridiculous, and I've just done the most.
Speaker 1: Like, nah, I watched it. I watched it three times, give it three times. I watched it three tau. I watched it and I said, okay, I'm talking about it with money. Yeah, let me let me give it another shot. And I was like, she tried, y'all, let me give it one more shot. And I'm like, I don't know what me and Mini gonna talk about how much.
Speaker 2: We didn't like it. It's like reunions are famous for sometimes to talk about I tried to say. I was like, do you want to talk about it way? Because I really wanted to talk with you about the I really thought we were gonna have a good reunion. Excuse me for watching a season where I actually was like, oh wow, y'all got a lot of shit. Y'all talk, you're gonna allege crimes. Oh you're gonna do that? Oh oh damn, it's gonna be one hell of her. No, we're used to We're spoiled. I'm not gonna lie. You could give Daddy Andy a lot, you can say a lot about him, and lord knows, I do I have but that man can put together a reunion.
Speaker 2: He will get the girls to talk, to the point where when I think he's going solved, apparently we need to count I'm fucking blessings because these other people are letting these personalities be like I never said that. Oh okay, and we're just moving on like I thought. I really wanting to let y'all have the excitement of Stossy Schroeder being the host. I wanted to not ruin it for you because you'll already know how I feel. So it felt like the laboring the point to be like, this is stupid because y'all know how I feel about that lady.
Speaker 2: So I was gonna watch it anyway. It was gonna make no big stance, but it was gonna be like, it's a non factor for me. I don't care about Starscy Schroder hosting you a fellow black woman. I'd be shocked to find out today right here on this here the mix with MANI that you were super excited about Starsy Schroeder hosting, or you could also give a fuck. Most of us could be like, Okay, who could you see hosting this?
Speaker 1: Andy?
Speaker 2: Wait? Okay, Vanessa.
Speaker 1: I was like.
Speaker 2: Earlier I was like, is it just like Cannon not host? I don't know. I was trying to rack my brain, like can he just not lend him out? Like I don't understand like what the problem would be, but it seems like it just should be him.
Speaker 1: Yeah. I think they need to put more effort into who they make the host. I didn't understand Nick. I mean, I get that Nick Bowles has an amazing platform that everyone goes to, but Nick always comes off to me as someone that's he's not into reality TV. He talks about it because it's popular and it gets him views, but he doesn't come off to me as someone that's been a day one watcher of reality TV.
Speaker 2: Almost like doesn't understand why people are a part of the thing pneumoniums that he's talking about. And I think that's how he found himself in that hot water. Him and that woman that he's with talking about Whitney Levitt being like, uh, I can't believe she would like leave her baby look to just go, But TV, bitch, that's what her job is is to do TV.
Speaker 1: Exactly what are you talking about? And I'm on the same boat with you as far as SASI it didn't move me one way or the other. It was kind of like the only thing I was looking forward to with Sasi, I said, Okay, I didn't think Marciana was gonna be there, or there was gonna be some type of side interview with him, or I thought that Stas would be someone that would be able to speak more on what happened at the Villa during that season, to kind of speak up to what she saw. What she gonna bring some clips from Vanda Pump Villa, Like, I was like some behind the scene footage to kind of clear up whatever allegedly with them, honestly what Lisa saw, right, Because Lisa got on the internet taking up from Arciano, I was wondering if Stacy was gonna do that, and she didn't deliver that.
Speaker 1: So it made it even more of a want want for me having her host it. Yeah, she didn't deliver what I was looking for.
Speaker 2: It seemed like Demmy was trying to get that suss that out of her pretty quickly because she was just like, and so this was your first reunion hosting and she was like, no, I hosted Villa And she was like, oh, I didn't watch it for obvious reasons, like you want to know you want her to address it right now as we are sitting down what she's about. Like, first of all, I'm gonna put this out of the way because I've said it before on the show, But like, I approached Demmy as someone who I believe exhibits a lot of narcissistic traits as a female, as a female narcissist, And that is my personal opinion.
Speaker 2: If y'all are clocking your you know, clocking your fingers and nodding your heads because you two have experienced the narcissists and you see it and how she had to establish herself as being the fore most important storyline immediately, then sure. If that is not how you feel, I don't know how you found this podcast, because I believe Demmy is not a truthful individual. I believe that lady is living in a different level of de Lulu, And unfortunately I now know for a fact it's confirmed because we have now spent way too much time listening to and watching her husband speak.
Speaker 1: There's so many liars on this show, and it just seems like no no one on this show, not to say everybody on the other shows and telling the truth but it's like here, I don't know what it is about Utah, and everybody wants to, you know, dip their toe and their religion, but also try to make us think that they're saints. I don't get it, Like we we know that you're not all perfect, none of us are, so let's live in that truth. But it's just like the are, Yeah.
Speaker 2: It has to be. Like I think that the Morning community, the closer to God is, the more pure that their life looks. But they're also very big on aesthetics. Like I've watched so many documentaries, I'm more fascinated probably by the counter culture and inner and subculture lifestyles of the Latter Day Saint community far before these ladies, Like we know we're on the TV. So part of me feels like I see it's the reason why they didn't expect the show to work out, and why they thought that all shunning Taylor in real life back when this first all the Swinger scandal took place.
Speaker 2: Why they thought that would work because they thought that it was enough to look dirty and sullied and lose everything. But that's only in Utah. The rest of the world, especially this nation, is like the skankier or the more flawed the better. The more trashy you are, the more we relate to you. They didn't anticipate their own success of people believe that understanding them and liking the for relatability. That's the reason why Taylor Frankie Paul is so popular because she is white trash, whether she believes it or not, whether she wants to be or not.
Speaker 2: And if she just leaned in and stop punishing herself for not living the Whitney likely she keeps saying, you know, I didn't want to be a single mom of three. Brandy Glanville could give a shit, But you're in a world of where women are like, fuck that, fuck I need to be married just because. But we see a Heather in Utah who spent the first two seasons of Salt Lake City boohooing about how she needed to leave that life, but desperately seemed like she still wanted that because that is currency, that is social currency in their area.
Speaker 2: So these ladies are like, we have to lie to keep up appearances because appearances is what matters. The better we look, the better we are. But god, I'm such a normal human. Please don't look at me, We're like.
Speaker 1: Girl, yeah, like stop living a life of loopholes. Like it's so many loopholes that we've heard from Heather. Oh, it's just like if you're saying it just because you're laying in the bed and you're talking about some docking and someone's pushing the bed instead of you doing the motion, Like, that's the type of loopholes that make me sigh out all of them. It's honestly making me question, like my excitement for the next season because I don't know what they what are they talking about that happened in Europe and said we're not going to find out anything until the next season, But the guys were talking about something on that Europe trip.
Speaker 1: But it's like, are we ever going to get the truth futal with what really happened on this year a trip? I don't know.
Speaker 2: So what I realized is that I think there's some of these shows work in the reverse where they put so much stock inclosure in their seasons and not in their reunions, and they just put out reunion episodes and specials because the Bravo fan verse has decided that that is a necessity, necessity for you to have a successful ensemble cast need to have all loosens tied up. But that's also because we wouldn't finish seasons on Bravo with loosens tied up. We need Andy to pride these girlies and like no, no, no, what else, squeeze it out, like give us more.
Speaker 2: But these other shows love is Blind, you know ultimatums and you know even like your more recently in Any Traders Things or any of the Seculizer Mormon Wives, we know now that they were filming during, before and after the reunion for the season that we were currently watching, And we got more answers watching this season from last season's reunion in show than we ever thought we were going to, which is what made this season feel back. A lot more happened that we would want answers to at this reunion because we were answering last season's questions, and so because they're still filming even though they're putting out the reunion, I imagine the season four is gonna have all the things from before, during, and after the reunion that we didn't get to talk about at the reunion because they're still living in like they're doing the reunions almost like the press tour like they're just to part of the press tour.
Speaker 2: They just go talk about the show, get you in set up for the new season. You see a little bit of infighting, and then you wonder what it's gonna be about. Who friends there is who? But that's pretty much what the reunion was. They left me with more questions and a lot of confusion. One for secret lives of Mormon wives and a mom talk show. There are a lot of penises on my screen and I don't hang between the legs of the husband, just dicks all around. Why are these men here?
Speaker 1: That's why I was like, Dad Talk, they could have stayed.
Speaker 2: They were podcasts.
Speaker 1: Yeah, like they were entertaining to me in the back. When they were backstage, they were more entertaining and that little like really weep tweet like I didn't necessarily think they needed to come to the stage, or if they did, maybe they have their own little segment or something, or just give Dad Talk their own little mini reunion. I don't know, but the most entertainment I got from the men at the reunion was when they were backstage. Argument.
Speaker 2: Yeah, when it was Zach v Brad, Which is funny because it's like chief asshole narcissist, the chief asshole narcissists. So watching them battle was like kind of like pot meat kettle, like all the Spider Men are pointing at each other.
Speaker 1: Figure out how do we I've been seeing a lot of posts of oh, Zach is the superhero we didn't know we needed, Like did he did we? I didn't leave that feeling like he was any superhero or anything, and they would like protect him as all at all calls. And I was saying these posts, and I'm like, I didn't walk away. So here's another is that is it just me, situas just you?
Speaker 2: It's just the bar really is in hell sometimes with y'all and these men, especially white men. I have seen men on the shows. Greg, Now that's a husband, and we would have had to protect it all calls who came to a reunion and didn't fucking play with you ols. He put pomped a horn on the ass. Okay, l I peed my nigga, Greg, I love that man. Like that's where I'm talking about a flawed man. But the bar was high, you know what I'm saying, zagging them y'all, just caping for the fact that one he did do a lot of therapy, and that as a parent, Okay, good, sure, for the sake of his wife and his kids.
Speaker 2: I certainly hope so, because just leaving him would not do anything but maybe freegein it wouldn't help him be a better parent to his kids. So I'm glad he got. They did intensive therapy multiple multiple hours a week, both of them separate and individual and together. But I do see that, y'all. You know, he stood up to Demy's husband since he can't necessarily stand up to Demi. He let because Demi flat out tried to get his wife too lie two years ago. That's what that voicemail sounded like to me, And we got a lot of information about that voicemail this season.
Speaker 2: After last season's reunion, we got the voicemail from Demi, but Demi wasn't there and all the things. So this season it felt like Zach was like, this is my first time to actually tell you I don't really appreciate you guys trying to tell my wife to lie because you to keep up with your lie. You're gonna blame this man for sexual soul, but don't make don't put me in it, and you want to send a cease and desist to my house when you're the liar, which I love some good old fashioned karma because now Marciano is suing that ass.
Speaker 2: And to be fair, I was a little worried. I was like, can you just say this about people? No, just because you choose not to what press charges or whatever, you want us to believe you, but like, what do you want something done up about it? Like? That was my question, because you're stuck on people should believe you because you continue to communicate with this man regardless. And it is. It's sketchy because I don't believe it happened, but it's sketchy because of all the things, the daughter, the video, all these things.
Speaker 2: You're saying, he's a predator, he sexually assaulted you allegedly, but yet you did send him a picture or video of your daughter prank. Very concerning and weird behavior. But ohso you coming out with this, now, what would you like to see happen?
Speaker 1: And what I mean in her mind or what she's telling us, is like that wasn't her intention. She was trying to be nice to him, to keep him at bay, that she wanted this to never come out. Yeah, wetlight.
Speaker 2: That's keeping someone at bay, sending you my phone number and then texting you and facetiming with you for longer than two seconds. I don't care if it's oh shit, she picked you hit people fit. I fake FaceTime people all the time, and they FaceTime me right back, and I hit that button. No, it was next day, and I plan on looking at you the sexual talk about the oyster swallowing and things like that. All my friends like that, who do you moon girl? Really?
Speaker 1: And then what also? Well, I got off the exit when she said her husband and felt bad that Marciano didn't eat and they was gonna door dash him. I was like, yeah, I'm getting off the exit.
Speaker 2: Sound like you're like, I'm gonna frame him for sexual assault because I don't want people to know how bad it was to what I was doing, or right knows about every comp See that's the thing, Jimmy, you can't have it both ways. It can't be that you were sexually assaulted and also nothing was inappropriate, and that's why you've been so ufront with Bratt and told him everything. And he's perfectly fine with all conversations and interactions. Yeah, except for the one where his wife was assaulted. Yeah, but he was.
Speaker 1: Actually, it doesn't it's not just when we just saw him in season two go outside and his chippingdals get up to fight because Chase shoved him.
Speaker 2: This season we found out it was a shove. Yes, and Miranda was like, incorrect. I was there. He was moving past you because you were in the way and snarkily said a thing that you didn't like, because he did say something bitch made because Chase is funny and he fights you girls, and I think that's funny. So he said something that pissed you off. You got your husband rouned up, and you did what I think you're doing right now. You spun that web a little bit with a little extra fairy flows on top. Yeah, he assaulted me like he shoved you.
Speaker 2: And I love how Miranda would not let up on that ass and say, so we're back to it being a shove.
Speaker 1: Yeah. And I'm not even gonna be the one to say, like if I believe you or not, but can you at least understand why it looks like to other people that you would not be telling the truth and why it's not as you and.
Speaker 2: We can't just believe women for no reason, because that makes it hard for other women. We need to If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it looks like a liar. And at the very least, we need to know for sure before you go terrorizing somebody's whole name, reputation. He's on a show, he's employed by the same network and everything.
Speaker 1: That you are.
Speaker 2: He is employed by a person. He is on a TV show like he is a like you can't if you say that, that could cost him a lot of things as well.
Speaker 1: Get the same way, the same way Marciano is saying that Demi plotted with him to try to take Jesse down, or say that, you know, the plot, to say that Jesse and him slept together. I felt like it was the same where Demi came to her husband. They've decided they want to stay together. He gonna stick beside her. So they came up with this plan to now say this about Marciano because they could care what happens to him. They don't care what happens to his life, a reputation, or his you know, his future, and they're gonna stick together through the fruity pebble, love it all and everything else so crazy.
Speaker 2: It's crazy, but I'm glad that in real time. Like I mean, I knew the reunion wasn't gonna give me enough because it was filmed before we got Fruity Pebbles, so I could give a shit after that. That's all I care about is what is going on with that cereal? And so when I sat down and watched it and saw that we were in the spending almost just the same amount of time in the back room with the men, it was probably the most entertaining those men had been for this season for me. But I was not entertained by them being there because I could give a shit.
Speaker 2: I'm want to y'all talking, And if I wanted to see y'all do tiktoks and talk to each other and fight, I would watch Dad Top because y'all apparently try it, and you are not nearly as successful, even though it's so easy and anyone can do a silly little TikTok dance. But I mean, that's why those women make a ton of money and a billillion likes and you don't, and you have to hijack their show for anyone to give a shit about you, And the resounding response from people, because again, this is what I'm talking about in their little Utah bubble.
Speaker 2: Though those Mormon wives believe that their husbands are the most interesting things about them. They believe that them being married is a part of what makes them interesting, like them being good family women, good wives, all of that. Whereas we're like, oh my god, you have an identity outside of your husband, They're like, no, no, no, we don't want to separate the two because I do. Unfortunately that I've said before, my algorithms think I'm a bunch of different people shout out to Lady AHD. My Facebook thinks that I'm a homestead tradwife, like a white woman from Utah.
Speaker 2: Absolutely don't know where it God is from, but that's what it thinks. My TikTok thinks that I wear like twenty two inch bus downs and am not evold from all the best parts. We know, all the good hole in the wall spots to get all the best maci and cheese. My Instagram thinks that I'm like a very nice little teacher who occasionally likes to smoke way too much marijuana. All legal where I am, like, so it's all different places. But Facebook, there's a bunch of those girlies like Mormon wives who have bigger fan bases even then the ones we're seeing, they are really important, and they still spend a lot of time incorporating their husbands as like equal parts, like he and me, he and me, he lets me this, and he loves me even though and here are all am I getting the girl that house looks phenomenal, and we are following you because you did that, not because that man did anything.
Speaker 2: So them talking to each other even I'm like, I'm not here for this. This is not why I'm here. I didn't even understand why we had so much of them this season. I am not This is not New Jersey. And my hot take is I never liked Jersey for the fact that the husbands are like equally involved in housewives business, like married to medicine, because both of them are casted in that way. They're casted as couples. But when I'm watching a why a girly show, I.
Speaker 1: Don't want to see. Yeah, that's not what I want.
Speaker 2: And I was not here for Dug Kota. I said, oh, stops, you don't let me down.
Speaker 1: They did Taylor dirty. Do you feel like she even knew he was gonna be there. It seemed like we took a break, had them come off, and then was like, Okay, Dakota is here. But the only way they did that was I think she was told it could be, but I don't think she was ever told or confirmed. And I think that they did do Taylor dirty, which is kind of crazy to me, because if you're gonna do that kind of production shit.
Speaker 2: Make it good, do it for everybody. Don't have Duncan sponsored Chase and his brother come out. I would have liked to spend more time. And we were gonna talk to any man Chase and Taylor on a date, and we slid past it in three minutes. I was like, oh no, let's talk more about how this you okay? Because the history people forget Brent and Demi for a second. Taylor, Frankie, Paul, and Miranda best friends, both husbands. One unvideoed unpictured. We've never seen him on the show. He doesn't want anything to do with this anymore.
Speaker 2: The other Chase, they used to swing together. They have famous videos of each other being with the other husband and then flipping each other's hair and going to the other one constantly like being like, oh, people think we're swingers. Ha ha, just the four of them? You mean to tell me? Then they lose their relationship, her friendship, Miranda stops talking to her. They don't talk at all because her and Chase start talking, talking, going to the gym, He say he love her, all of these things, and now they're going a date on a show after her and Miranda have reconcile, and we're just supposed to move past it, right, Well, I didn't know it was a date, man, I didn't know it was a date either.
Speaker 2: Oh whoa hold the phone? Because I heard him say date like three times. He wanted it to be a date. What's going on there, Taylor? What do you want? I don't know?
Speaker 1: No? Yes? And then also, how do we move so quickly past Layla dating both brothers or switching? I was say, That's why I had to watch it the third So I'm like, am I the only one that I think?
Speaker 2: Like?
Speaker 1: This isn't normally where I'm from? You know all people names that do stuff like that where I'm from?
Speaker 2: Oh? Okay, just like, yes, who's the better kisser? Gas? Can we spend some time in here? Can we pull the car over chasing been with how many women on that couch? Yes, the pure mornings, I'm sorry, that decide whether or not the children get blessed, and chase some men.
Speaker 1: With how many women on that couch and just acting like it's cool. I find it really zoety, Andy, honey, because okay, Andrew.
Speaker 2: Would have you know, y'all know his face. He would have heard like, well tbd, huh. You know, he'd be looking up to the sky just pause there, like, I don't know, I just think they maybe y'all at this point, give me Savannah Pump to the hosted she at least would have been shadier, snarkier, just not stossy. Something about the way that she was even talking to the screen really stressed me out. It was a little too much.
Speaker 1: And then you know what else I have to talk about. I had to call out with Sassy when jin was breaking down about her postpartum journey. Yeah, crying, and then you as the host all she said after all of that that, Gin said, she was like, okay, and move.
Speaker 2: Our kids always make us better. Girl. What let's dig into it, because one thing about these Mormon wives is they know how to produce content. We have yet to find a ringleader to help produce them producing, like they know what they should be putting on a TV show. They know when to be vulnerable, like they know when to talk. They know what they're there for, but they don't have the right person to like usher them into where that stuff is clickable, where we get moments, you know, like some of my favorite moments in life have come from reunions of all kinds of Atlanta of oc.
Speaker 2: I mean, I shout that's my opinion to my students all the time. They have no idea what I'm talking about, but it lives in my head rent free, because there are times, there are places there is a person that can bring beautiful self absorbed souls together where they can hash out all their things and produced. And it seems like the Mormon wives are ready to produce. They're always TTG, like they're always on the Jen can pull her and Whitney are actually both producers. That's why I think they did well on Dancing with the Stars.
Speaker 2: But like they're pretty much the same. They just have a different approach to how they like show up to people and how they administer it, but they're pretty the same. So like, but they're ready to do it, Laila, how do I not think that of you? I know what that is. And I'm still like, oh, which brother does you pick? Ooh? Yeah? And Duncan, what are you doing here? I don't like sponsors on my reunions. That lets me know we're not gonna do enough or not because they don't want people throwing drinks on each other.
Speaker 2: So that means that the potential to throw drinks is never gonna happen.
Speaker 1: And then why Duncan when all y'all drink is dirty sodas anyway? I don't even understand Duncan.
Speaker 2: Also, Duncan is a coffee place, right.
Speaker 1: Like all y'all drink is dirty sodas? From the swerve what is it called? Twig? I said, swerve sweat? So why is Duncan here anyway?
Speaker 2: Not to mention get drink coffee exactly, So what are we doing here?
Speaker 1: I know Jen, you know a flag she had her little commercial with him. But yeah, it's okay, I guess. And if we were gonna give these are my last two thoughts on it. If we were going to give the code of a segment, Marciano should have had some type of segment, whether he again had a separate interview like they you know did with Raquel Rachel on band punt rules or something that should have been something separate from Marciano to speak his piece, because that's part of why he's suing. That's part of his defamation.
Speaker 1: He's suing not only Demmy, but the producers as well, because he felt like they allowed this to air, you know, defaming his character and also didn't spotlight to confirm you know, I mean, to a spotlight to speak up for hisself. So he's suing the producer of Mormon Wives as well. Demi Good.
Speaker 2: I think that's fair. I mean, we can't just be talking. I mean in a world of diddies, we can't just be a sign and that kind of you know, label on any on everybody, just because and especially what her reasoning for us was, you should believe me. I just felt like in this time as women like believing women, and then looking at Macy and you've been molested and raped and abused, you should understand. If I was Macy, I would have absolutely laughed my ass off and gotten up and walked away because it would have been that or I'm gonna toss something on top.
Speaker 1: Of your head, because what do you mean right, like.
Speaker 2: Ass grabs allegedly right, certainly I should believe you blindly.
Speaker 1: It's given apples to oranges. And then the fact that everybody else was telling their story there crying, and then all of a sudden she choosed her crying. I was like, look at this girl over here.
Speaker 2: Like exactly everybody who had a real reason to crush she was so mad just started crying. First I saw it, just started crying because she also is still very POSTPARTU. I loved there were so many mama's breastfeeding babies while getting I love that. I was like, this is so I loved him. You're like, we're still moms, but moms get it done then. But that's also ladies, why we're here. Give me more of that. If you had less of the men, I don't care about them. Their only only contribution was to pump it and move on.
Speaker 2: And I.
Speaker 1: Else, having tail his parents up there, I didn't feel it was necessary either.
Speaker 2: Not no, because y'all flip floppy, Because just last season, y'all was saying it was all her fault that Dakota, even if you wasn't at home, What do you think that says about you. I said, oh, no, we're confused. But this season, Oh he's a Nurcissis girl.
Speaker 1: I mean dad. Yeah.
Speaker 2: Anyways, speaking of ensemble shows where there are so little to no men, and I think that that might be the biggest like of this new show or new season of this very fame lovely show. It's The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season fifteen premiere. Okay, And it just hit me as we were talking about the disday and of all these men and me going ill on the screen on Mormon wise, that I realized Beverly Hills. To me. When the credits rolled up, I was a little disappointed. I was like, wait, what are all these captions happening?
Speaker 2: Were done? Oh? Man, damn wait roll look at And it was because.
Speaker 1: It was episode, wasn't it wasn't it like an hour fifteen minutes?
Speaker 2: It wasn't it. And that's when I tell you I moved that. I moved through that bitch like it was nothing. I did not look away. I had to watch it immediately again because I kept rewinding because I wouldn't take notes. I was like, oh, shoot, I should break that down, but I kept getting caught up like a view were all over again, starting with the hokey ass like intro shots where every girl gets to shoot an intro like okay.
Speaker 1: The Rappers music video.
Speaker 2: Who come on, Erica and your sneaker heels. It was so two thousand and two, like a chiny video or something. It really felt like do youa chang hang Loo. She was in her tiny little you know, washing a car that was very nice, and I'm thinking to myself, you probably should not be washing it yourself. It just seems like that paint might be Leave it to the professionals. If it's yours, maybe wash it. But if it's not, maybe take it and let them wash it. Girl, just say it. And I'm just saying, you know, everybody has their thing, but if it's yours and it's no leaser, pay me go off.
Speaker 2: Throw those SuDS at the interior. But if not for the sake of an intro, maybe wash something else. But love the commitment. Love that she was also the only one like doing labor. She was like, I'm washing may Porsche and looking hot and I'll give you that body was Sea Erica mon genre and all body was tee give the hand on that. I said, do you play soccer? And what is these legs? These legs are legging? Like love that for her, but everybody else. Duri is like, I am cool, I'm walking out of her mez And I was like, how can she afford?
Speaker 1: Oh? Well, maybe think she's several times with PK. Her money is protected because.
Speaker 2: I think.
Speaker 1: Is switching it over and now you and her meds with multiple boxes and giving bowls a two thousand dollars blanket.
Speaker 2: Oh but I love that. She was like, though I've seen you so many times, I hear you go Kelly.
Speaker 1: I think she had to wait for her on camera?
Speaker 2: Okay, okay, okay, I wrote that down to I literally was like on camera because I thought to myself, as if you were wait a minute, it's the first time you don't seen her, you don't seen her all them times and you couldn't give her her birthday gift and tell yes, oh right, you're doing a show. So do I let me write that down? Okay? On camera, Duri says, we're friends. I give you are mad. I think she had to wait for her refund check to drip. Uh. I like the girlies in college and the girlies with the tax refunds.
Speaker 2: She had to wait for her stipend and Bravo said, not until we pick up cameras. Do you get your first sign.
Speaker 1: On bonus because her daughter like, oh, that's anti, that's anti. The rets don't touch the little dessert trade we have Because I say.
Speaker 2: I know I love it. She was like, I'm telling this friendship is going good? What do you mean to read that's not good? You gotta you got a season tracker on your friendships, because you're right, you not. I don't know who you talk bros is the newest and only person you talk to of all the years you've been on this show, and now you don't talk to any of them. But I liked all the girlies little intros. I thought that Erica's was the funniest and like the most important to me. Sutton was in a helmet, and that's what I wrote, Oh, Sutton's in a helmet.
Speaker 2: I thought, I'm gonna have it out for Sudden this season. And I'm okay with you.
Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm quite sitting already why she returned, especially if you're not going to give us the details on why you and Ivy are no longer friends and if you're going to continue to play delusional on why Garcel is no longer speaking to you, Why to.
Speaker 2: Play delusional because I don't understand why you even have questions and why they're making it Sutton's fault, like it's only Sutton's fault, as if because Garcel was only let us know that Garcel was only Sutton's friend and y'all were never friends with her by without letting me know, by only asking Sutton. So what do you think happened there? When she was on ensemble cast with all of y'all. Y'all were there.
Speaker 1: You were all there, and it's not like.
Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, she followed, yeah, you all got them followed and blocked immediately, So she was like, I am she hadn't followed me, and then I followed her. No baby, when she blocked you, you and followed her.
Speaker 1: But catch tea money. Garcel still follows a vy.
Speaker 2: Because Garcela and Abby have even hung out a couple of times. The separation of both of them, they have joined forces. I think he came and saw her whatever premiere. You know, Garcela stayed working and let him know before I was born, like literally, and she she did a premiere for one of her movies, I think Lifetime or something, and he was there, Yes, So they had to address the first and foremost in this premiere episode. Boz is gonna hold it down for the girliest this season. And while I'm happy to have some kind of representation on there, y'all, did my girl Garcil's so dirty and that's why she left Erica throwing her book in the trash and then acting like you don't know why she don't fuck with any of y'all and why she an't followed you, like you just so noble.
Speaker 2: Oh, well, she didn't followed me, so I followed her. Yeah, because you were a bully. You also talked ill about her son. You also tried to low key hit on her son in a very fetishizing, inappropriate way at her own party. So lucky you didn't slap you across the face. Those were her children. Are you crazy?
Speaker 1: Yeah? And then Jesus like she's so aggressive and she had to work through that, And then like, let's just be honest, Sudden, you weren't a real friend to ourselves because I always say, like, hangs out with Cynthia Bailey more off camera than she ever did with ourselves so I don't understand why she's making like, oh, there's such and we were such good friends and best friends, like she hangs with Cynthia Bailey more like you used her to be your muscle on this show, but you now have her that and then when you saw an opportunity for you to get cool with the girls that you've been beefing with, you took that opportunity and left us to the side after she had been riding hard for you.
Speaker 1: That is the issue and you know that.
Speaker 2: Yeah, And then you're like, do you think that she was just using you as an ally a other way around?
Speaker 1: Right?
Speaker 2: Because Barcels was also on that show before Sudden So how was.
Speaker 1: She both asked something to and she cut her off right like Bose asked her like, do you have anything to do with your other friendships in the group or something like that. She's like, well, we could speculate all day. No, it's not speculation. It is what it is. Boo.
Speaker 2: She asked the right question, and I would like to answer. Hello, inquiring minds. One thing I do like about bos is that she do inquire. She's a mind that wants to know, and that's what made her so successful. And they cannot argue her success, and that's why they let her get away with saying things and asking her more questions because one thing I do like about this group is that they are so shallow, so whenever someone is like literally above them, like when you know when that happens. Because Erica also like self destructs.
Speaker 2: She starts to implode when people with like real money and styling class are around her. That we can see her as like not that calm, confident Erica, that she's like what did she call? She was like so nervous around Rachel Zoe, which we'll get to in a second, but like she like could not get herself together. But like bows on her show right now with one of the Jimmies, huge hit and success, and I think that was like getting a show outside of Housewives, but not from or because of Housewives, and it being on such a big platform, a bigger one than anything Bravo related.
Speaker 2: I think really solidified to the girlies and too Derry likes like I did a good job. Yay, I'm sitting right. I don't need Kyle ha, which good. I've been hoping that you would understand that, y'all go you don't like you. No, I don't.
Speaker 1: Like she, don't like her. They can't ever stay together. And then I felt like initially Kyle was pushing Derry out because Dury with her was so close that darit was so in her business. I mean, Bose told that she sent seventeen minute voice notes like she's She's an intense friend. So when you trying to do your little thing on the side with a country singer, having somebody that intense as a friend, you're gonna have to pull back from him. That's what I never believed. It had anything to do with what was said at Bravo kN or anything like that.
Speaker 1: Kyle pulled back because she was trying to get close to the Morgan. That's that's what I always believed. And then on top of that, y'all don't really get along like that.
Speaker 2: I don't think that's a good friend period. Like that. That's the whole, that's the long and short of it. But I don't necessarily think it's much Deriy. I think it's a character flaw of Kyle's. I don't think she's capable of being that deep. I think she is a shallow person. The depth of her was probably gotten by Morgan. I think that's why she realized that she could go brader and Angelina, because she unlocked a version of herself, a deeper connection and relationship with someone outside of that.
Speaker 2: She's Hollywood Beverly Hill's life that she was born in, raised in, it's made friends in, is related to aired in. But every part of her life has been like a show, and she's been like living deeply or what she thought was deeply in shallow shit. You know what I'm saying, Like Haramo has such a great relationship. Sure, I'm sure, but I do think that she probably found something more intense or bigger, or more or the same which scared her a short amount of time with someone that isn't aesthetically what you would think for her, what she would think for herself.
Speaker 2: And that is another reason, because de rey don't bring depth, no shape, but dey don't bring no depth to someone who's getting to know themselves are deeper. And maybe also if Kyle did know that about herself, if she was trying to get closer to Morgan at the same time, she probably didn't think, dere you know that's something that for her, you wanted to keep something for her and dere is not the friend that would understand something like that with Okay, she's not because she's a friend of things that you get p Erica is not the friend you share anything with, not a bank card, not a receipt.
Speaker 1: Understanding about it, supportive of it, you know, keep it locked down. I think she would have talked to Erica about it before.
Speaker 2: I think Erica is so she plays up. She does the sex vixing things so much that I think she would have only sexualized it and been like, do that whoever's patent that puss girl?
Speaker 1: Like as long as.
Speaker 2: Someone's pat net, like that's that's gonna response, like through and through. But I don't think she would have been like wow, or do you feel like it's a soul connection? Honestly, I don't fel like any of them because they're not deep. None of these girls are really friends. I feel like it's very apparent because I do think Derek and Bose have seen each other outside of the show. I don't think that she is spending lavish gifts on her because I don't think they have the same kind of shallow friendship that her and Kyle did, where like that kind of scorekeeping one up and looking nice all the things.
Speaker 2: I feel like Bose has like been like I've answered the door with you with my bonnet before, and yet here you are with the Earth's.
Speaker 1: Man bag and like why are you bringing this? And then she opened up.
Speaker 2: Like oh this is what we don't we? Yeah, I like when the cara's come around. But like as if bo'se needed an her mess blanket that probably goes on her dog's bed, I ain't gonna holdet the best she could. But I'm like, also didn't need to do that at all. It would have been enough for us to just know y'all still friends. That would have been funny to me if Dey always get in her car, always going to hang out with Kyle or Erica and them in the car, she likes her cigarette, but she's pulling up to somebody else's house that's not Kyle, that's Tea first season since she been on the show.
Speaker 2: Well that would have been the case. Come on, now, like, let's think about it. My next thing that I really wanted to that I thought was interesting is that that made Kathy do work for a non housewife. She's introducing us to Rachel Zoe Yes said Kathie, Kathy. I wrote down all cats Kathy, Kathy is ushering Rachel Zoe to us, and I'm trying to ask out, like you started out friends with Kathy's daughter and you then you fell in love with her.
Speaker 1: Okay, we'll go with that to bring you into it.
Speaker 2: Cool. I guess they were like, there's nobody on Rachel Zoe's caliber to usher her in.
Speaker 1: Other than that, I was surprised it wasn't through Kyle. I would think that, you know, you know, well, Kyle used to be stylish. To me, she's she's getting back to it. But when she went through her Morgan stage, you know, it seemed like she was changing the way she dressed, kind of like her Porsche is doing now and she's like dressing down a little bit more. But
Speaker 1: okay with me, Yeah, I really thought it would be Kyle that was gonna bring her in, So I was surprised that it was Kathy. I also was surprised at first. I was like, I don't know how Rach's gonna do on this show, but I'm here to tell you how.
Speaker 2: And a new housewif this hard, This lady is ready, she wants to be here. She wants to be on TV. She doesn't even necessarily care if it's ensemble or not, because she's gonna beat her regardless. I'm following that cat I at nine pm no matter what.
Speaker 1: Like she feels like she needs us as a sounding board to get out her frustrations with her current marriage split. I think she needed a I'm happy for her.
Speaker 2: I used to watch Project Did.
Speaker 1: You Too did as well, So that's why.
Speaker 2: Rachel Zoe and I think that's all the other reason why Kathy did have to usher her in, because again, Rachel Zoel styles some big caliber people. We're far as Kyle was like a child star who is the queen of rh Obh. But like Kathy is at least someone she's connected globally, like they hit for moneysakes, right, And I think Rachel used to style Paris and that's the big get and Paris won't be here, but Kathy will be here. And Kathy's a bigger star than Kyle, which is why Kyle can't stand having her sisters on the show.
Speaker 2: Yeah, I would agree with that presentment because she hated Kim because she thought Kim was going to be beneath her on the show. Because when we started. I rewatched season one Into a Beverly Hill so many times and I've like dissected this like to the ends of the earth. But you can see when they're feeling cleaning out the storage units like of her old house. Kim was so downtrodden that Kyle thought that it would make her look great when she put her on that show. But the girl fell in love with every sister but Kyle.
Speaker 2: Every time there is someone on that sholf and when that happens, she fights with them. She cannot stand people not loving her. But Kyle, you're not interesting. Bring me a woman and I will find you more interesting. And lesbian is interesting. I just find Kyle disinterested, like uninteresting.
Speaker 1: And I feel like Kyle thinks that she's doing us a favor by now sitting down with her daughters and trash talking Mo. And that's like, that's not what we're looking for. We are looking setting him out there with the women's legs wrapped around his waistis we've been We was having by that before y'all even started to go to Splitsfield.
Speaker 2: Hello, I'm still like Yuri and Mauricio fanfit conspiracy. I'm never letting that die.
Speaker 1: I don't know if she thinks that's what we're looking for, but it's not like, who are you sleeping with her?
Speaker 2: But also, girl, we don't care about, like we don't want every housewifefe to unfortunately have a terrible narcissistic asshole ad so we get to all shit on. I don't want to. I don't want that. In fact, I would hope that's not the case and that we wouldn't need to shit on this man. That thought was at least a good dad and y'all just are not together anymore and grew apart for many reasons, and that's okay, But that also was like par for the core, like I think that he is in his whole face, like his daughter said, which is true.
Speaker 1: You haven't been in twenty something years, like Mary Young, like, I'm more interested in y'all really having a hot girl summer. I really want you all to look up the definition of a hot girl summer and let's do this.
Speaker 2: I love it. Seem like Rachel was like, no, you don't understand. We're living two different like separation lives. I was like, I am just at home making homemade tortillas for my daughters. I know planning their wedding and Rachel's like, okay, so the hookah bar and there's a breakplace with these appetizers and the cocktails are to die and you need to go out, so three times a week And Kyle was like three to be honest me, the tourus was like three. You don't like, but I get it. When you're trying to shed something, she's shedding that persona.
Speaker 2: She's rediscovering you know who she is. And that happens by having new experiences by yourself and without that person, you can't have new experiences from inside the house.
Speaker 1: Yeah, and I'm so freeing just listening to them talk. They were supportive of each other, like it made me feel good. Like I was at the table, like we're all gone through stuff. It's not about just going out, but you need that type of environment, you conversation when you're going through stuff like that. Lets let's get the hot girl summer and summer.
Speaker 2: I like that. Rachel even like like suggested that right away. She was like, we need to go out. We need to be going out, like I'm in this, you're in this, she's in and that's see unlike Angel Home Potomac Rachel didn't have to tell us that she is a girl's girl for me to be like, I feeling that you're more of a girl's girl, because even in the trailer seeing her lay down and be like, this is not the hot girl summer I wanted you. We wanted to dance on top of tables, drink and I want to lay it up, like whoop it up real?
Speaker 2: Vicky Style and y'all are over here arguing and talking about each other's husbands and money, and She's like, husbands and money. I just did that for thirty years. I don't want to do that anymore. I want to just dance and be cute.
Speaker 1: I was really concerned at first. I was like, how is she fit in? But she was very straightforward. She's a different person than when we saw her before on the show with her husband. I was like, oh, yeah, she's a great addition. I was.
Speaker 2: I like, this opportunity that we get to see revisit somebody without their spouse or the way that we met them. I love that opportunity. I even liked it when we got a hint of it with Monique being back on Potomac because her being so unfazed by everybody trying to out Stacy for talking to Chris. She's like, girl, that's two years ago, me problem, that's not my problem today.
Speaker 1: That ain't my man.
Speaker 2: Hope he's yours. Make sure he plays the chance port on time.
Speaker 1: I'm not.
Speaker 2: This, like, hey, the same thing. I'll throw it out like Chris, No, I don't want to talk about men.
Speaker 1: He's my ex for a reason. Booboo. Don't talk to me about anybody you don't see me with. Okay, Okay, the new.
Speaker 2: Lots listen, monkey, I love when they get new hair. When they blue locks, money looked good. I said, you go, Chris, Okay. I love that for them. So I'm excited about Beverly Hills for that part alone, because when I saw Kathy sitting with Rachel, so I was like, no, this is something else. And Rachel was trying so hard not to judge that lady, but she was like, how am I fully dressed ready to go coming to your house and you're wearing like gold ipadges and then pulling jeans out of her barking how world?
Speaker 1: She was a world napologetic girls always so obsessed with looking like they're so basic and like poor, like sitting on the floor and on pillows for what.
Speaker 2: Let me tell you something. Let me have three percent of the budget they have for a party.
Speaker 1: If no one is there's gonna be somebody standing there fanning me.
Speaker 2: Hello, bitch, Like, what are you talking about? I'm sitting down with making my own flower crown girl whats and crabs on the ground. Is this a pre k mixer? You tell some champagne little like you know, like we're the But also here in DC, there's this fabulous place called Lobby Bar DC. This is not an ad where like all the rage in the city now is girl dinners where we all these different places have girl dinner that consists of various things like bechamel dipping saucy is with golden chicken nuggets and Caesar salads and like shareable caesar salad giants, suar salad with all the parmesan Chris chicken nuggets with like a caviard topping and dipping sauce yea, and martinis here like you and your girlies to come over and like, because what do we see whenever we watch the housewives meet up for lunch and discuss us saying I don't just have the salad.
Speaker 2: Oh yeah, can we just like get truffle fried. Denise Richards used to always get trumble fries to share, and that is what the girly dinners are here in the city. So when you come on down to DC, y'all see, I'm bringing Vanessa to DC one day. Yeah, we're gonna go to lobby bar or something. We're gonna go blah blah blah reach out. We're gonna go over there and get some It's like a giant it's like twenty five or thirty like chicken nuggets, perfectly golden fried, the crunchiest, crispiest best chicken nuggets, like if McDonald's was real food but still tasted that good.
Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying. That's what it is. The dipping sauces out of control. This quiet yard. There's trouffle fries, there's caesar salad, and it's like not even bad. It's like seventy five to one hundred. But and Martini's and I love me a cold. Children, we're gonna.
Speaker 1: Have a birthday party. This should have been my birthday party. Where you're gonna make me come down there. We're gonna have to bring oh, We're gonna have to get ya go a podcast together.
Speaker 2: I'm on through. Yeah, I gotta tell Terrea to stop on by this side because she keeps driving all the county to go sit in the courthouses. Now listen today, even this is a work for real, she depressed, like, this is a quick sidebar. My wife is a chiropractice. She went to. We went to someone's house today because I wanted her. She was helping a friend who was in an accident, like, you know, get herself back to get a checking around, making sure she's okay. We were pulling up. We were in Rockfield and I missed the turn, so I went to a different side and I said, this street, What street is this?
Speaker 2: Why do I know this street?
Speaker 1: Am I?
Speaker 2: I was like, oh, this to jail. This is the prince where the jail is. I was at Karen's jail, soon to be Wendy's.
Speaker 1: Tell my gmy county, honey.
Speaker 2: I was it. But also as a housewids people, of course, I'm like, I can't remember how to get home all the time. I don't know anything. I don't even live over there, but I know the jail street because the housewives. I know where the girlies are women's correctional. I know where I need, I know what I need to know. I know what I need to know, and I.
Speaker 1: Landmark, Honey, help you get home.
Speaker 2: And when I saw the sign one light up, it was like, oh yeah, correctional facility parking there. I said, Oh my god, I'm so glad my girls hout of their tea.
Speaker 1: Welcome home, Karen would.
Speaker 2: Have been made free my dirt every time every time I did drive past it, and I used to yell free card this backwards. Every time I would leave found in Farmers I would be lay freaking and that it would like roll the window up real quick because I don't play about Montgomery County cops. One thing I don't due as we shouldn't, cause apparently they're like locking girlies up over here.
Speaker 1: I don't know if you're smart or not. You're going to jail.
Speaker 2: Really don't give a fuck, they said, girl, what jail got enough room for you? Anyways, back to the Beverly Hills, good listen. That just goes to show Potoma is the girlies on the East Coast are always going to have my attention fully like they carry even in their lowest seasons we've had no real scandal over in Potomac, and they still make its way on over to a premiere of a whole different city because okay, anyways, Erica. I saw a lot of people online saying that Erica looked rich again, but like in a less harmful way, I imagine, because on her clothes, we look like she's dressing dressing when she's got a stylist again.
Speaker 2: But we're not watching her and Mikey mindon spend some harder Nana's money, you know what I'm saying.
Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean Andy already told us that she makes a good check. He said, like, he said, I've seen your paycheck. You're not starving. I able one hundred. Yeah
Speaker 1: this point, Yeah, she's at this point. She's just able to live more freely with her fashions and her money because he's husband and got sentenced to jail. So it's kind of like, even though she still got some lingering legal issues, it's kind of like, I'm not as heavily judged as I first was about giving my diamond ear rings back and all this stuff. Like I think she's more settled in to you know, wash her Porsche and her Balenciaga sneaking honey.
Speaker 2: Okay, that's what it's given for all that, but not a car detailer. But five minutes before she went on stage to what sold out crowd, which I don't know how it sold out now, and it wasn't at the height of your career because I know plenty of gays who are Bundy y'all shows and been like, oh, that picture she posted was the first three rows, the rest were empty.
Speaker 1: I said, oh, this was on groupon for like eight dollars or something.
Speaker 2: It was her and the baby both. So she was like five minutes before I found out he went to jail, and I'm like, oh, so you feel free. So I'm like, okay, so that makes sense. Now she's looking out cute. Now she's wearing her outfitsh and she's letting y'all know she got money. She keep up.
Speaker 1: Because that's one enclosure, like trying to go to jail and talk to him. Stop it, girl, you don't you.
Speaker 2: Could give a shit. You've already moved on. You already told us you should be interested in what happened to me last night because she's still trying to do you think something happened.
Speaker 1: You can never tell with Erica you really care. It says a lot of stuff for just for for Paul's to kind of calls that clutch pro moment. So I don't know, I don't think so.
Speaker 2: I also think that it's not the right time for her to be bowed up. We don't care about that right now. We don't want to know about that right now. I don't even really want to see her being a he I kind of would like to see her and Rachel Zoe be hot girl summering it up. That would be an Eraca that I would want to see, right I want to watch her living her best with these other divorced girlies, because for the first time in history, all the real housewives of Beverly Hills are divorced, except for this new one that's coming in right we haven't even met her yet.
Speaker 1: Looks like she's gonna come in hot too. I don't know if we.
Speaker 2: All like her, they don't like her, she don't like them. I don't know.
Speaker 1: I know, except for Bose, who's not married but in a relationship. I was like, why did he have to come? Why do you drag him there just so he can get some camera and.
Speaker 2: The children yeah, did all of them. I feel like so if she wanted to leave, she could have it easier out.
Speaker 1: Wow, she didn't even need that. But I was like, why you got him there making flower crowns, Like why is he doing this? It was cute of him to play along, but it was like.
Speaker 2: Good man, But again, please stop bringing men to women functions. I don't want to see it all twenty twenty six. I don't want to see. Let this be a lesson to you Mormon wives and all of you girlies. Put the husbands in the broom room unless they are Eddiocepho coming out with hot me. I want real piping hot, and I want a woman to deliver it. First. When Wendy looks, they see in the eye and said she found some things out. Honey, it's not good. Then we bring Eddie out. Let me decide. Let us call for you.
Speaker 2: These men don't need them, and bose your husband or a boyfriend or whatever is sweet. But this was literally a girly party. I don't need him there. I don't need any other men there. I didn't need all Hevy. I don't even need the gay ones, especially in Beverly Hills. We can do drippage of diamonds. We can do all that without these men. Y'all all got settlements make.
Speaker 1: It work, and it don't even ever work out when they have like the gay men around and always backfires, they always firing them like we sold that would least a Van der Pump with her assistant and all of that. And even with here like it doesn't. Your friendships never work out. They always end up turning on y'all. So it's just like we just stick to the casts were good. I think they have a great ensemble on their own. They don't need any supporting cast.
Speaker 2: No. I think that for the first time, this Beverly Hills season feels promising. I have been burned by Beverly Hills before every season for the last eight to ten seasons, one because the show is too long for how little they produce, and by little they produce, I mean how much they harp on small things that are produced, so we don't move the plot enough for us to need eighteen episodes. But yet y'all are going to do that, in which case this feeling of infiguration that we have now might subside and fade pretty quickly when it feels like we're not doing much of anything anymore, but as we we are right now.
Speaker 2: Strong premiere intros were very like old school Beverly Hills. She she Adrian Malouf and a limo driving two houses down to Lisa vander Pump's house. That's what I want to see, though, I do want.
Speaker 1: To see the links.
Speaker 2: I wanted to not make sense. Why are you in balenci Yaga Hills and hand washing your own Porsche?
Speaker 1: Yes, opulence and.
Speaker 2: Give it to me. I want to see little Gold telling your daughter she can't eat the dessert. Come and see it first and be like in a queue. It's got gold fighting. I like it. This is what I'm here for because I can't be I can't afford to be this vain in my life. So I want to watch girly.
Speaker 1: Yeah, it's fun.
Speaker 2: Listen, Rachel. Oh, My last thing I wanted to ask you about before we get out of here is your thoughts on Rachel being almost set up with Mo and Aspen because you know they're friendly, they're familiar. And her response was that's Kyle's husband. I can't do that.
Speaker 1: Yeah, and then she then back to the I laughed when she said, you know, I think it was more like a oh you're famous, I'm famous. You guys know each other, make it happen. It was like mo is my famous soney. But if I was put like, he is not on your level six, But I just was more so interested in who the hell tried to do that? Like, Wow, who tried to hook that up? Ye? Just to be messy?
Speaker 2: Why did you? Yeah, just to be messy about Kyle, because if you know Mo at all enough to be able to set him up with someone, even know the Rachel's probably out of his age bracket, everybody and nationality bracket. He's been like nothing but hot models who are not just white wherever Rachel from. She's too old, too white, and too regular. He's like, I literally just did that exactly. But I just had a bunch of kids in twenty plus years of marriage with my age and white and wood models.
Speaker 1: And young as and even if somebody had did that, it wouldn't have went anywhere. And I don't think that it's something that should continue to be a storyline or that it should interfere with her getting to know Kyle. And I was like, okay it out loud. Yeah, it was like okay, cool, you mentioned it. I guess you know, that's part of being the girls girl. Let me tell you what this did. But ain't nothing come of it?
Speaker 2: Cool?
Speaker 1: But that's the move on. I hope that doesn't. I hope it doesn't grow legs, is what I'm saying. Like, and I'm glad that she did it.
Speaker 2: I mean, far different than Klarna over there being like, oh, ain't you the monique? Did Stacey used to did you?
Speaker 1: So?
Speaker 2: It's your husband, right, and so Rachel, anybody ever brings it to you, Yes, Clarna before anybody brings it to you, you know, Aspen because you know that's where we see but because they do see each other there, I thought that was like a really nice, upstanding thing to do. So I'm actually liking Rachel here. I think she's a breath of fresh but in the direction that we would want to go on Beverly Hills, like she's fresh air. But she fits in with the way this kookie opulent behavior goes.
Speaker 1: And so I'm like, oh, I think that Rachel and
Speaker 1: her name and slipping me Simpsons Jennifer Jennifer Taylor. Yeah, I feel like they deserve to see at the table more than Sutton again, Sutton is trying to just figure out friendships now for the sake of being on the outs, and she wanted to be in and wanting to continue to be a part of the group. I don't think it's genuine and actually wanting to This.
Speaker 2: Is a courtesy season for Sudden. I think they didn't want to take it away from her the same time that once she had a tough reunion and everybody, you know what I mean. But it's very clear that she doesn't really have any place if she is kind of figuring herself out here. But I think that they were like, yeah, we just won't have to let you flya in, you know. But then there's a better reason if this doesn't go well this season, is an easier reason to lay let her go next season.
Speaker 1: Yeah, because telling us that your ex husband knowed you from the Roman Catholic church. Y'all ain't been married in years. Why are we talking about that? Like why are you married again?
Speaker 2: That your kids are still legitimate? Okay, so he know people biggerting you and he wants you erased.
Speaker 1: I'm sorry, join another church. I don't know. I didn't I didn't get the I didn't understand why that, Like, I don't want to talk about that. I want to talk about where the hell is Oby? That's what I want to talk Yeah, I don't want.
Speaker 2: My son leaving me for college? Is he doing that? I don't like toxic boy moms. No, they make me, They make me itchy. So I have like a weird I'm like when I can sense it, I'm like, oh, I don't know because language like that, like he's leaving me for college? Is he? Or is he going to college?
Speaker 1: Like?
Speaker 2: But it's just similar to bronwin over there being like trying to leave. I moved a boyfriend to the house.
Speaker 2: Do you want a charity or pick up a pottery or something? Certain's in a hailmet and that a hobby. Whatever she's doing with that halmet, go do more of that.
Speaker 1: You know, that's not a storyline for me. So I'm just I'm curious what she's going to bring to the table. But right it must be a courte to see season and right that that I don't see her continuing if this doesn't go out for him.
Speaker 2: Yeah, and they need somebody else to and dig into because Dewy and Kyle they're gonna be that's gonna be its own whole thing for the rest of, you know, the season. I even like that Dery is putting it on MO. The PK is acting an asshole. I'm like, girl, Uh, p K was the asshole. I think they introduced moa asshole. Behaves to be Mos closing deals and being a dad for all these years that now he's acting like this because Mo. I think PK took him out in London Hello a couple too many times and now he can't get enough.
Speaker 2: But Peter K, I don't know, boy, George's oh man, it's giving. His life has been in the the streets and that's probably.
Speaker 1: Erica said, like, yo, he's p The big leagues of this, like Mo is.
Speaker 2: A realtor, a cute one with an accent, but a realtor. Everybody calmed down like he's learning, he's dipping his toe out. So but for Dere, I said, oh, you really hate Kyle. Oh, or he's mad.
Speaker 1: My husband's acting like this, Yeah right.
Speaker 2: Yeah, we see him filming with each other later dere and Mauricio, Okay, do you believe that Kyle really cut off conversations with PK.
Speaker 1: She looks very guilty in that conversation.
Speaker 2: You know, I don't think so at all.
Speaker 1: How did you know that he didn't know he was being photographed in that picture? And then right after that, you're gonna say you're not talking to PK And was.
Speaker 2: Like, oh my god, this is gonna really upset the reach. She probably thought she was doing the right thing, but it's a lie.
Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't believe she's seven times in him at all.
Speaker 2: I don't, and I don't think dere does eithern I think that's why she sits down with Mo at some point and they're filming together, Durreet and Mauricio. That is not doing jackshit for them. Rumors and them conspiracies that we had once upon a time, But it is aiding in my oh derimad at Kyle and I do like to work again. I love to watch the ladies fight. This is my favorite part. This is exactly what I'm here for. This was all the best of New York. I love it when the friendships get a little testy. And for the longest time on Beverly Hills, it's been a so alliance heavy.
Speaker 2: I needed this. If we needed to remove the black person so that the racist could all feel look a little bit more comfortable, like to be around each other and not have to be an alliance. And now they can turn on each other. I'll take it. Protect the minorities and let the white ladies just fight each other. I'm just I'm more entertained by that so than being triggered by watching garsell Be have a terrible, miserable time. I don't want to see that. I do want to see dere sit down when her ex best friend's ex husband.
Speaker 2: I do because her ex best friend been texting her ex husband. I do. So I'm excited. I can't wait. I think this season is gonna be it's looking a little promises. It's looking a little promise from our mouths to Bravo and them's ears. Please don't push nothing for too long and ask something more a questions. Don't let nobody. I like that we have bows though, that helps. I think Bose is gonna ask some tough questions because both of the one that gets called and admit that she's yeah, so what am I saying?
Speaker 2: Okay? Love that? So I'm here for it. I'm here for bos, I'm here for the girlies. I can't believe y'all letting Kathy Hilton really parably gonna double down on this. I don't like I don't. If you want talk about somebody who fits with the cast, I don't think it's Kathy Hilton. I don't care that she has money. I don't care. I don't like it. I don't think she's great. If anything, y'all better go ask Faye to do full time or even Chris if she want to come join the girlies instead of her kids. Like not Kathy, I'm sorry, Jeans and all.
Speaker 1: Kathy's just boy. She has her own personality and persona that people love outside of her friendship with this group. And I think she's just there for her silly comments of like.
Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, her lamp shade had when she was at Paris Hilton show did make me giggle in real time. I get going about that. For like days, I kept going back to that popping like.
Speaker 1: K they like in fashion show, like that's why Kathy is here. He's not the glue of Atlanta. Hello, But she's definitely she's cool. I think she's just there for those She's comedy. She's comic relief at this point, Yeah, she is.
Speaker 2: She is the comic relief that we do need. It's going to be trying, So having Kathy around is gonna be helpful. Because she thought Garcelle was Kyle. She they thinking that Dared was whoever. That other lady was like, Kathy's just here and okay, sure, I'll let you all convince me that she's But when she put that limit on top of that pack of napkins in Colorado years ago, I said, you mean to tell me that the billionaires lady who has been married to Richard D. Hilton all of these years, don't know how to set a proper table, really, somebody setting it for him?
Speaker 2: I mean a limit on top of stale brand. I don't believe it. I know you're running a home tighter than that cast. I know it. But listen, I'm happy that you know she's here and she's leaning in. She's not asking. She's too good to be on the show, at least anymore. She's fully like, get it.
Speaker 1: She's committed for her sister, and he isn't a good place. It's not a tense situation. They're in a good place. She's enjoying it. I mean, hell, I even enjoyed Soton's mama saying that PK is unattractive and she don't ever want to kiss him. I was like, here, Mama, I'd rather sad Mama than sodding Well.
Speaker 2: Okay, listen, listen, But that's said. RepA could stick around, but nothing about.
Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, never had a story got better. Yeah, their relationships seem like I got better from the first time we saw a Riba And I think because we've seen Brohmin's mom. Now we're like Reba's child's play, come Fan, come to brains Bomb, so I enjoy her coming out there.
Speaker 2: Maybe this is why you don't realize that your husband doesn't Cold is your language of love? You like your love language cold iced, chilled?
Speaker 1: Yes? Like with it?
Speaker 2: Okay, okay, Well, I am here to watch Judge and observe how positive I feel about it right now. Will likely change within one to two episodes, maybe even midway through the nets, but I the that where we can go, and I am gonna probably stick around the entire time because unless I want to pull a lucy Lucy apple juice again, I like to watch with these girls where when they're doing ridiculous things, I really do. I love to watch their fashion senses changing youth all over the years and to see how much money they will but put Steak into a scene to be on TV.
Speaker 2: But I want you be all in on that. I need you to be all in on that. I need it to be more important that you do this than pay your rent bills. Pushe whatever did you wear a Chanel gloves?
Speaker 1: Do that clock in?
Speaker 2: Clock in? That's okay, listen, Taylor Armstrong walked so dark could run. Okay, Vanessa, I'm so glad that we had something else to talk about. I'm so glad you say yes, the sigilizing Momanwise. But I forgot Beverly Hill was even coming on this past week until I was midway through recording with Priscilla Cavanall shout out to its peacve, y'all go listen to that house last episode, and I was like, Beverly Hills comes on soon, said girl, let's tonight.
Speaker 1: We gotta go.
Speaker 2: It was like in an hour and a half we had to hop off, and I said, great, something else to talk about because the hello just call it let him and Bravo and Peacock and then please relinquish and freelanced that man.
Speaker 1: Yeah, because I'm not excited as I was for the next season. After that reunion, it was like, Oh, you're not gonna I'm gonna just start skipping the reuni.
Speaker 2: I am going to start skipping the reunion. I'm gonna let y'all tell me if they're good or not. But I'm not gonna we get more from the seasons and nothing from the reunion except for disdaining men. And I don't like that. I don't like that, but I do love you. And that's where can they find you?
