Speaker 1: Hello, Hello, Hello, beautiful wonderful mixologist. It's your girl Money
Speaker 1: and you are in the mix with Money and k
Speaker 1: I from from Beauty and Black from vo Wear Black.
Speaker 1: Oh my god, Hi, how are you doing? Hello?
Speaker 2: Glad to be back again. And guess what you guys,
Speaker 2: She's gonna be on my podcast too.
Speaker 1: So it's like, yep, yep, It's like, hey, let's see
Speaker 1: what can you can you do? Lady listen? Why if
Speaker 1: you doesn't if it's not broke, don't fix it. But
Speaker 1: I'm all for it too, for like a two for one,
Speaker 1: like a two birds one stone thing, like let me
Speaker 1: talk about the same shit pretty much. So we were
Speaker 1: gonna talk anyway, we might as well. You know what
Speaker 1: you want to you just okay, sign a bag. You
Speaker 1: can get a bag. We can have a key, key
Speaker 1: the people can have a nice time all well, all
Speaker 1: as well. And it just so happens that Beauty and
Speaker 1: Black is heavy on my mind because I fell asleep
Speaker 1: to it. Well I try to. I actually was just
Speaker 1: telling you, yeah, and get to my nap, because I
Speaker 1: put it on yeah to take my nap. And this
Speaker 1: is how I got sucked in the last time, the
Speaker 1: very first time. It doesn't work. I put it on
Speaker 1: the Beauty and Black Tyler periods Beauty and Black on Netflix.
Speaker 1: Part two just came out March sixth, and I watched
Speaker 1: the first part when it came out. I literally every
Speaker 1: day three o'clock, I put it on and I wait
Speaker 1: for doctor wife person to text me that she's done
Speaker 1: patients at five six something. So I put it on
Speaker 1: me and the dog he's sleep. I rolled over to
Speaker 1: be like, now what a listening to? That can't be
Speaker 1: the sentence that follow whatever she just said, and then
Speaker 1: never fell asleep during the show. Again. I don't know
Speaker 1: why I thought this time would be different, but I
Speaker 1: tried and I did it. It didn't work, so my gnat
Speaker 1: was skipped, but the girls have caught up. The dogs
Speaker 1: looked at me with judgment at some point, like I
Speaker 1: know we're not watching this now, hanh. They're like, well,
Speaker 1: we cut off Bluey for this. Mom come on, this
Speaker 1: is wild. This is wild. We know we're Negro dogs, but.
Speaker 2: Come on, like this is a little bit too African American.
Speaker 1: This is a little bit Can we please you hit
Speaker 1: the Australians up for a little bit or something? But
Speaker 1: more on that on OK Show because we it's like
Speaker 1: we're all trying to pacify the time where we're not like,
Speaker 1: if you're not constantly refreshing the news and seeing what's
Speaker 1: going on, you're constantly trying to avoid it so that
Speaker 1: you can have mental peace, which means that you go
Speaker 1: to fill your time up and entertain yourself with other things.
Speaker 1: And those other things right now have ranged between like
Speaker 1: Facebook posts that I don't know, a realer fake sometimes
Speaker 1: AI created Crew Trunk true crime stories, and a lot
Speaker 1: of bad TV on Netflix, the scripted shows, and then
Speaker 1: a lot of you know, the typical Bravo bullshit and
Speaker 1: but not even bullshit, really good shit. Atlanta good shit,
Speaker 1: Oh my god. So I'm obviously this is gonna be
Speaker 1: a trick question, but did you see the premiere of Atlanta? Again? Boy?
Speaker 2: Did I on time?
Speaker 1: Okay?
Speaker 2: And everything okay, okay, one thing about Atlanta. You'll never
Speaker 2: be able to get me to not watch these women,
Speaker 2: and that premiere gave new old and everything in between.
Speaker 2: And I just want to first start off by apologizing
Speaker 2: to Shemia because I'm sorry. She's exactly who she thinks
Speaker 2: she is, and I didn't think that she was who
Speaker 2: she thought she was like the way that she showed
Speaker 2: out bae bae, but obviously we're gonna get to it.
Speaker 1: But yes, no, no, like for real, why to be honest,
Speaker 1: I didn't know we were gonna build a whole show
Speaker 1: around Shemia. I didn't know that until watching it. And
Speaker 1: I will say, as much as we're like all we're
Speaker 1: you know, depending on where you are on the spectrum,
Speaker 1: we're all pretty dialed in with knowing what's going on
Speaker 1: before we watch, you know, sixteen seasons. We know what's
Speaker 1: happening before. We're not like a brand new it's hard
Speaker 1: for them to get something past us. But I felt
Speaker 1: like even though we knew a lot of stuff, I
Speaker 1: was still surprised by some things. Like I knew Shemia
Speaker 1: had money, but I didn't know it was this much money,
Speaker 1: And so we got all like lone one. Like I
Speaker 1: knew she had a personality beyond Porsche, but I didn't
Speaker 1: know it was like this, like she was actually funny
Speaker 1: and like that. That makes sense as to how they
Speaker 1: even became friends. Like I knew, you know, that we
Speaker 1: would have new girls, but I didn't know they'd be,
Speaker 1: you know, all built around Shemiah. But I did always
Speaker 1: think that Shemia was rich enough to be on the show,
Speaker 1: but I always thought her husband wouldn't let her, Like
Speaker 1: I feel like that's what she let us know or
Speaker 1: let us think for a while. Is that like for
Speaker 1: like the last like ten years or whatever, he just
Speaker 1: wasn't comfortable with their whole life being on display like that,
Speaker 1: which I can understand, especially during the time that she
Speaker 1: was friends of if you think of that, the Nini years,
Speaker 1: the King, the Kenya, and the candy of it all,
Speaker 1: like in the Porsche, A lot of mess, a lot
Speaker 1: of collateral damage. You know, you saw what they were
Speaker 1: putting a girl, even ourselves through and things like that,
Speaker 1: even while pregnant. And I can understand that. But I
Speaker 1: could also I guess see because I was wondering what
Speaker 1: might have changed his mind. But I guess maybe the
Speaker 1: premise of you know, we will build it around you
Speaker 1: and your classy are friends. You know, quote unquote that
Speaker 1: we always start. We start that way with our friend group,
Speaker 1: come to a new housewife thinking that their friend group
Speaker 1: won't be that friend group, and then it becomes that
Speaker 1: friend group. So I'm thinking, like, maybe that's what happened,
Speaker 1: But I don't know what it took for us to
Speaker 1: get this long before we got shmia. But maybe it
Speaker 1: just happened that the stars aligned and this was her
Speaker 1: time to shine, because shine she did.
Speaker 2: And I'm just like looking for a local HVAC class
Speaker 2: at this point. But when when she was like like, Okay,
Speaker 2: I knew her husband was African, but I thought that
Speaker 2: his money came from being like like if that sounds
Speaker 2: so ignorant, but I thought, no, it's.
Speaker 1: Not your fault. It's it's it's watching Atlanta for years.
Speaker 1: African Prince, this missed the chocolate. That not Jerian prince,
Speaker 1: this doctor. That is not even our fault. We have
Speaker 1: been conditioned to believe by the Roa ladies that an
Speaker 1: African king is like run them up in Atlanta and
Speaker 1: at any point in time, one of these girls are
Speaker 1: gonna snatch one and we will hear about it on
Speaker 1: the next season. So I but I love that she
Speaker 1: played into that joke as well, and she was like, yeah,
Speaker 1: you know, he's an African king, just kidding girls. He
Speaker 1: does h VAC for airports, And I said, you know what,
Speaker 1: that's gotta be a hefty ass contract. Airports are that's
Speaker 1: all you have to say, airport, airport, anything airport? Does
Speaker 1: he feel the vendom machines at the airport. That's a
Speaker 1: lot of vendom machines. That's money airport Like hello, Like
Speaker 1: and I'm thinking.
Speaker 2: Age if he's doing I don't know, Like I'm not
Speaker 2: like I've recently become like a travel girl. He meaning
Speaker 2: like maybe I take like maybe one trip a year.
Speaker 2: I'm not like Kendrick who's always you.
Speaker 1: Know, Hendrick, I'm plane, he got an itinerary.
Speaker 2: But I've been to the Atlanta Hartsviold Airport.
Speaker 1: Yeah.
Speaker 2: Yeah, you got to take a tram to a train
Speaker 2: to a boat, like you gotta travel by bars.
Speaker 1: I hate the Atlanta Airport, my wife, you gotta Barfio Jackson,
Speaker 1: Atlanta shout out to the atl y'all airport sucks. And
Speaker 1: what's worse about it is that it's like half of
Speaker 1: the airport is Delta, who is like their biggest employer,
Speaker 1: and the other half is like all the other ghetto
Speaker 1: girls who we don't give a fuck about y'all and
Speaker 1: your other moneies. But you know, you got to take
Speaker 1: a train to get to any of your gates. My
Speaker 1: wife did her schooling in Atlanta for four and a
Speaker 1: half years, and I tell you every time I said, no,
Speaker 1: I don't like being here. We need to reconsider the
Speaker 1: terms of our relationship. She did. It's time we made it.
Speaker 1: We made it work. We got married. But and so
Speaker 1: did Shamia. She it feels like for how short they've
Speaker 1: been married ten years, I think I wasn't expecting it
Speaker 1: to be. Not saying that that's not that's any small
Speaker 1: eat good for her, you go off, But like also
Speaker 1: I thought it would be so much longer. It felt
Speaker 1: like it just gave like he loved him some heart,
Speaker 1: like you know what I'm saying. And it was just
Speaker 1: I wasn't expecting it to be. So what's what that good?
Speaker 1: Good in ten years?
Speaker 2: Huh?
Speaker 1: Because but the way she told that first day story,
Speaker 1: maybe it was true love at first sight.
Speaker 2: It ha, that's like I needed you to talk it
Speaker 2: out because it was just like what you did what
Speaker 2: on the first day?
Speaker 1: Girl? She went against Shemiah like pretty much debunked the
Speaker 1: cardinal rule of like being a whole outside you know,
Speaker 1: and trying to get you catch it the man like
Speaker 1: whole rule number one if you want to get like
Speaker 1: you know, wiped up if you listen to call her
Speaker 1: daddy early days. She gonna tell you act like you
Speaker 1: don't even have a butthole unless you want to do
Speaker 1: something with it. On date number ten and pays me
Speaker 1: extend like you never had one. You don't use your
Speaker 1: bib parts. What's a body part? You used the bathroom?
Speaker 1: What's the bathroom? But Shemia said bump that.
Speaker 2: Not only going to go number one.
Speaker 1: Girl took an advantage of this whole bathroom experience.
Speaker 2: Okay, like insane, insane. That also she told that story
Speaker 2: and then the end of the show he bought her
Speaker 2: Rose Royce. But it's a special kind of a rose
Speaker 2: I have even heard of.
Speaker 1: Yeah, and of course he obviously girl, you should it right.
Speaker 1: You did it right. Nail on the head.
Speaker 2: She was sitting on the castle of Atlanta.
Speaker 1: Okay, the fact that we opened with her, it also
Speaker 1: didn't just show me that she had money and what
Speaker 1: she was talking about. When the producers were like could
Speaker 1: you wrap it up? Which I thought was a little
Speaker 1: bit rude, I'm like, don't y'all got time? And that
Speaker 1: the whole point it is like you here like all day,
Speaker 1: like just edit it. Yeah, it's okay. Well she gotta
Speaker 1: wrap it up. That's the whole you got the bandpont
Speaker 1: Brules cast talk got goddamn long, you let go okay,
Speaker 1: and what she got to say, like, okay, y'all, let
Speaker 1: Erica Jane talk a lot of high shit about them
Speaker 1: people and them confessionals for two years. But Shmia can't
Speaker 1: have her moment. But I love that she also didn't
Speaker 1: care and she continued to speak until the whole story
Speaker 1: and was like yeah, yeah, give me five seconds, and
Speaker 1: it went on for like five more minutes to my
Speaker 1: story right, But also it ate the story was very cute.
Speaker 1: I kind of like it. I would want to know
Speaker 1: more when to watch what happens live exactly.
Speaker 2: And I think he's gonna Andy's always gonna ask about
Speaker 2: it because that's what we're talking about on the internet.
Speaker 2: People are themes about it. People are like just talking
Speaker 2: about that story. And then just the fact that she's
Speaker 2: like the anchor of Atlanta, so he's gonna come right around. Yeah.
Speaker 1: Absolutely. Now, since it's built around Shemiah mainly, that means
Speaker 1: that we have a couple of friendly, familiar faces that
Speaker 1: we know, Porsia being one of them. Is back. I
Speaker 1: thought it was a smart choice to show us Shemiah
Speaker 1: as our first person and then show us Porsche as
Speaker 1: our next person, because she's someone that we are familiar with,
Speaker 1: because the rest of the cast is pretty much either
Speaker 1: someone we don't know or we don't know where they
Speaker 1: stayed with Bravo at the time of the recording of
Speaker 1: this show. So because I'm like how many episodes, I
Speaker 1: really was curious to know how they were gonna treat Kenya,
Speaker 1: if we were gonna get anything, if added her out,
Speaker 1: because they do that. Bravo's real good at that. And
Speaker 1: apparently there was another housewife of Salt Lake City, which
Speaker 1: I remember reporting, and yet someone related that to me
Speaker 1: and I said that it was they would like me
Speaker 1: said that could not have been. I went back to
Speaker 1: the trailer and everything k and I said, oh my god,
Speaker 1: where did she go? That's what I thought they would
Speaker 1: do to Kenya, like we would just never see her.
Speaker 1: But here she is occasionally.
Speaker 2: And she, oh my god, like she is Like it
Speaker 2: makes I don't know, Okay, I want to know, would
Speaker 2: you rather have her in the capacity that we have
Speaker 2: her now where we're seeing her and of course she's
Speaker 2: being the king of that I know in love and
Speaker 2: you know, like she's can be more or would we
Speaker 2: rather have just had them edit her out because I
Speaker 2: feel like maybe, I guess you guys want to tell
Speaker 2: the story of like why she's not on there for
Speaker 2: the rest of the season, but it's like that's it
Speaker 2: just feels not fair to me.
Speaker 1: But it also I feel like we don't need them
Speaker 1: to tell us why she's not on in the rest
Speaker 1: of the season. If anything, you can just demote her
Speaker 1: like this. I feel like this is fine. We've seen
Speaker 1: this before. You can demote a you know, accountess Luyne
Speaker 1: and you know whatever. And Kenya is the kind of
Speaker 1: person even as a friend of she's gonna do what
Speaker 1: to do, She's gonna deliver because she's Kenya, not even
Speaker 1: trying to. She just can't help herself, like she can't
Speaker 1: not be so I mean like she's in the party
Speaker 1: and she's just like, so, wait, the ring is from
Speaker 1: this man or another man. I'm gonna say which man.
Speaker 1: It was given very much, so you don't have a
Speaker 1: home Giselle and Monique like she's just gonna do her
Speaker 1: It's gonna be Kinya. So like I'm fine with I'm like, oh,
Speaker 1: if this is how we get her. I'm okay with this.
Speaker 1: I'm fine with this. I don't really need to see
Speaker 1: the revenge form plot, especially if y'all like, we're gonna
Speaker 1: punish her for it, unless you're wanting to show it
Speaker 1: to me to show me why you punish her for it,
Speaker 1: which in which case I'm like, but if you're gonna
Speaker 1: show it, then why punish her for it? Because you're
Speaker 1: you're you're doing it.
Speaker 2: And I think what I don't like is that she
Speaker 2: was trending, and you know they did all this promo.
Speaker 2: She feels more than well, okay, she didn't film a lot.
Speaker 2: I think that they said this was a Kimpyrus said
Speaker 2: that the event happened only a few weeks into production.
Speaker 2: I believe, but I'm saying, like, okay, but Faeder only
Speaker 2: came in. What I hear is a few weeks with
Speaker 2: production left. So you have the ability to put Phaedra
Speaker 2: in all the promo and outsides one on one and
Speaker 2: put her in the rounds and everything making the big return,
Speaker 2: but you just completely cut Kenya out. But you're using
Speaker 2: Kenya and she's not at these things. She's not being
Speaker 2: advertised like this, She's not even being acknowledged in the
Speaker 2: way that she should be acknowledged. So I'm just like,
Speaker 2: I don't I just I feel like it's a little
Speaker 2: bit disrespectful. Like if you don't want her on the show,
Speaker 2: or you want her to take a break, then don't
Speaker 2: show her. But if you're going to show what happens
Speaker 2: between her and Britain, I feel like we already saw
Speaker 2: how it started in the first episode, then just let
Speaker 2: her be on there and also let her be like,
Speaker 2: you know, a part of the compon circumstance.
Speaker 1: That makes sense, I guess. I feel like if there
Speaker 1: if there's gonna be a repercussion, then it doesn't make
Speaker 1: sense to me for the bottom line, for them to
Speaker 1: cut her out of the show, because like money, you
Speaker 1: already filmed it, don't scrap it because it's not a
Speaker 1: morality thing. Otherwise you wouldn't be bringing Phaedra back for
Speaker 1: literally the same thing. Like's crime was indirect, but it
Speaker 1: would fall in the court of law, it would fall
Speaker 1: under the pretty much the same scope of like what
Speaker 1: was done like sexual harassment slash, like you know, assault
Speaker 1: type things like even alleging that. Like so for that
Speaker 1: to be what Fasier gets kicked out for and then breathe,
Speaker 1: we we bring her back to replace Kenya at some
Speaker 1: point and Kenya gets kicked out for it. I've often
Speaker 1: wondered what hard on like production has for King is
Speaker 1: specifically that like they've always respected what that the fans
Speaker 1: need her, but they've always been itching to like or
Speaker 1: humble her or get rid of. Yeah, it's the same
Speaker 1: thing with with the with the costume, Like I remember
Speaker 1: that being something that really confused me because you cut
Speaker 1: her face and body out of the scene the entire
Speaker 1: time of like her wearing a stereotypically you know, adjacent
Speaker 1: a Native American costume. But I had to watch Countess
Speaker 1: Luine and do black face as Diana Ross every time
Speaker 1: that it's out there and lives for the world to see.
Speaker 2: So I made a statement about it.
Speaker 1: Right, it made her apologized. So I'm just like, I
Speaker 1: just it just feels like we have a problem with
Speaker 1: Knya specifically. Sometimes Yes, I understand, not really because I'm like,
Speaker 1: y'all can't show favoritism of problematic housewives like that because
Speaker 1: it's housewives. They're all problematic. That's kind of how we
Speaker 1: get here, Like there should be some moral you know,
Speaker 1: high ground or something. There should be a line, sure,
Speaker 1: and I understand that what Kenya has done allegedly what
Speaker 1: crossed that line. I'm just like, but I don't think
Speaker 1: that you care about the line. If Fadre is who
Speaker 1: you bring bad like, it just it doesn't connect. The
Speaker 1: punishment doesn't fit the crime to me, because I'm like,
Speaker 1: if it's a free for all, then it's a free
Speaker 1: for all, and like we can't show the poster or whatever,
Speaker 1: and that's it.
Speaker 2: Especially when you're on the same franchise in the same season.
Speaker 1: Yep, yep. The fact that that that that's crazy. But
Speaker 1: if I mean as someone who I love my Kenya.
Speaker 1: She was very rude to me when I first met
Speaker 1: her in twenty sixteen. But it's fine. I love my
Speaker 1: ken Wait, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay. I have
Speaker 1: hot in Candy it was fine. Was that a hotel
Speaker 1: in Maryland? She? I'm like, do you not want to
Speaker 1: be greeted by fans? Because everything gives you love? Fans, right,
Speaker 1: and you love that we know who you are and
Speaker 1: this whole hell lobby and really it is just me
Speaker 1: and this other bro. There's like twenty five here who
Speaker 1: have no idea what the fuck is going on? But anyways,
Speaker 1: I digress. I love my ken yea. But like I'm
Speaker 1: Fader being back is I'm That's what I'm here for.
Speaker 1: I'm telling I love Padra.
Speaker 2: Okay, So how do you feel about Pedra shading the
Speaker 2: marriage's medicine cast every single chance she gets you?
Speaker 1: Oh?
Speaker 2: God, yeah, you guys.
Speaker 1: Because it's is like, I'm not above a check. She's
Speaker 1: a hustler, so she will work. But as soon as
Speaker 1: she gets that promotion from fried cook to franchisee owner,
Speaker 1: she's like, it's dust to all you bitches. I was
Speaker 1: never wearing a hairnet, never met him, I don't know,
Speaker 1: And I love that for me. I think that's fantastic.
Speaker 2: How did y'all know me?
Speaker 1: How did y'all meet Faedra? Apollo was a criminal? That's
Speaker 1: what Nini said the season as favorous opening scene where
Speaker 1: her and Apollo are sitting down and she has rhyme
Speaker 1: stoned islands in a furry lace road and says the
Speaker 1: bacon tastes much better from the farmer's market than it
Speaker 1: does from the grocery store while talking to a criminal
Speaker 1: who is her husband. I love the Lulufhedra who does
Speaker 1: not understand like that she when like to me and
Speaker 1: that's why I like her. And also as a fan
Speaker 1: of Traders. She brought Traders season two like the Trader.
Speaker 2: That I stayed with season three was because of what
Speaker 2: she did in season two exactly.
Speaker 1: She's the reason people watched season and they overloaded, they
Speaker 1: loaded up on Bravo and reality stars because they.
Speaker 2: And let them motherfucking get most of them off at
Speaker 2: the beginning of the season. But I will, I will
Speaker 2: just I will say Dolores being a win her Okay, Toche.
Speaker 1: Delorius is fine. I find it hilarious that like, because
Speaker 1: Delorius is like people not bright, like just period point blame, just.
Speaker 2: Like Loyalty, she was just like, which.
Speaker 1: Ain't hilarious because I was like, obviously, no one's watched Housewives,
Speaker 1: especially Tom Sanderval, because if you've ever watched a Jersey episode,
Speaker 1: Dolores cannot be framed or blamed as a as a trader.
Speaker 1: She will do not call her anything but a liar.
Speaker 2: Like I said, She's.
Speaker 1: An Italian woman who was a correctional officer in jail
Speaker 1: from Jersey, from Jersey and.
Speaker 2: Delorious, i'morn so loyalty is big, okay, based off like listen,
Speaker 2: I know that we're in this house, but as far
Speaker 2: as like me and you, we got this thing to
Speaker 2: the end. And if you're me, I'm gonna kill you
Speaker 2: yea suw or not? Like this is very real to me.
Speaker 1: Yes, she told I could have told Tom if you
Speaker 1: like accuse the Lords one time, she's gonna vote for
Speaker 1: you every time she gets.
Speaker 2: Because how dare you?
Speaker 1: How you call her a liar? When that lady stood
Speaker 1: up and shot it at Marche in her own living
Speaker 1: room and said, do not call me a liar? Oh boy,
Speaker 1: oh no, I said, now, how is she gonna do
Speaker 1: one of the Traders because they gonna call her a liar.
Speaker 2: A lot on the basis of the show, but.
Speaker 1: Delores on the Traders literally and her spoiler alert again
Speaker 1: like winning and lets me know, God blesses babies and fools.
Speaker 1: Because I was very worried about Dolores the entire time,
Speaker 1: because I was like, it's not bright and she has
Speaker 1: on blinders, like she gets one track minded very fast
Speaker 1: of like you're betraying me. I have to take you out.
Speaker 1: I'm like, this is not a hit. No, Laura is
Speaker 1: this is a game.
Speaker 2: That's exactly why I understood every If you're a Housewives fan,
Speaker 2: if you are a Mob Wives fan, if you are
Speaker 2: a fan of an Italian woman from an old school
Speaker 2: Italian from Jersey fan, you understand that loyalty to the
Speaker 2: very end is something that is important to them. It
Speaker 2: didn't matter what we were on. So when she was like, listen, Tom,
Speaker 2: I don't give a fuck. I'm voting again. I don't
Speaker 2: care if everyone in this house can say that Rob
Speaker 2: is a trader, Tom, fuck you, Like it doesn't matter.
Speaker 1: She's going to waste a vote for the rest of
Speaker 1: the season, I was.
Speaker 2: This, Oh, why bar fuck you don't give I don't
Speaker 2: care Like that was so funny to me because I
Speaker 2: understood it, like care what we're doing. There is no
Speaker 2: strategy at this point because y'all got all the rest
Speaker 2: of the housewives out of here, y'all got all the
Speaker 2: rabble people out of here. It's just me by myself.
Speaker 2: I was a target at the beginning of this, you
Speaker 2: know show. Now we're getting to the end. I've made
Speaker 2: a lot of friends. You told me you wasn't a trader,
Speaker 2: all right, cool? Even if you are, I got you
Speaker 2: fucked Tom cause you accuse me of being a trader
Speaker 2: and that's.
Speaker 1: It and I love that. And you know what, Dolora
Speaker 1: is her and Gabby has such a heart on for
Speaker 1: Tom all season that I was fine with it because
Speaker 1: I love you to come on the show, be embarrassed,
Speaker 1: get his ass handed to him, and then have to
Speaker 1: go home.
Speaker 2: And I think that's great but amazing. And then like
Speaker 2: I know, I was like when Chrishelle went home, I
Speaker 2: was like, ah, damn, you know, foots are going to
Speaker 2: be off his neck.
Speaker 1: But no, They're like, oh I got it. I got it,
Speaker 1: And I'm glad about it. I really am. I wonder
Speaker 1: who they will put on there for next season. I
Speaker 1: have some brainstorm thoughts that I'll come back to about that.
Speaker 1: But I wonder get your last thoughts about Atlanta these
Speaker 1: new girls before we move on, because I'm seeing a
Speaker 1: lot of controversy or a lot of back and forth
Speaker 1: about specially this girl Kelly, and whether or not the
Speaker 1: newsies are coming out coming in too strong? Do we
Speaker 1: like seeing the drama up front? Do we like seeing
Speaker 1: But I also don't feel like there's drama. I feel
Speaker 1: like these are opinionated girlies from a friend group, like
Speaker 1: from a little click, it gives something, gives like this
Speaker 1: is Shemia's like mommy and me click or whatever, or
Speaker 1: these are her girly friends and her and Portia have
Speaker 1: always been friends over here, and now the two worlds
Speaker 1: are meeting, and it's kind of like, like what we
Speaker 1: the playful shade of like friend group or friend area
Speaker 1: versus friend area that we wanted the Jacqueline me a
Speaker 1: thing to be except something, something nefarious is going on
Speaker 1: there and you didn't want to admit it. But like
Speaker 1: that kind of energy but not so sinister. It's very like,
Speaker 1: so I know that this is her show, but really
Speaker 1: this is your show now, right, and you're our good
Speaker 1: Judy too, right, Like it's like okay, but Porta's like,
Speaker 1: but I brought her on this show, so it's giving.
Speaker 1: And Shamia is like, I'm a bad bitch with a
Speaker 1: rolls truck. Can we all ye look at my truck?
Speaker 2: We're all friends here. I just did not know that
Speaker 2: Shami was going to be the anchor to the show.
Speaker 2: I didn't know she was going to be so relevant
Speaker 2: to the show. I understand that they gave her a
Speaker 2: full time position. I knew that she was rich. I
Speaker 2: had no doubt in my mind that she was rich.
Speaker 2: But having two elevators in.
Speaker 1: Your home too, living to your closet and two.
Speaker 2: Kitchen islands Rose Royce. The fact that she can also
Speaker 2: be funny, like take Porscha to the strip club. I
Speaker 2: love strip club, so like when she did, that's a
Speaker 2: good friend right there, you know, I mean.
Speaker 1: I love that also, like Porscha can't film anywhere, but
Speaker 1: like on the sidewalking industries, and Shamia was like, you
Speaker 1: know what, girl, let's go bout someone's And I did
Speaker 1: love that she tapped her chanelle like girl, I got
Speaker 1: you to the strip, or like it's in the bag.
Speaker 2: We didn't have real quick.
Speaker 1: We'll be back as a person when I go to
Speaker 1: the strip club. If I have anything to say to
Speaker 1: the ladies, especially a nice I love giving a compliment
Speaker 1: on makeup, especially I can guess I can wear that
Speaker 1: in my real life. That looks good. To give some coins,
Speaker 1: some dollars because I'm taking up their time and we're working, ladies,
Speaker 1: you're you're filming here, but give the girl lease some love,
Speaker 1: you know, proper strip club etiquette. I love Shemia for.
Speaker 2: That exactly, also low key.
Speaker 1: She's giving like the new candy mm hmm, yeah, because
Speaker 1: she's taking the tea to the you know, she's spilling
Speaker 1: the tea, not the champagne. She's spilling the tea. She's
Speaker 1: over here like okay, well, but then she's also being upfront.
Speaker 1: She's not even trying to be messy or a bone
Speaker 1: collector like Charae. She's being like, right, oh, you're gonna
Speaker 1: say wow, like yeah.
Speaker 2: But that's what I want because I said, yeah, she's
Speaker 2: not being like brown when either when she was okay,
Speaker 2: So what happened was Kelly said some things about Porsche.
Speaker 2: She was like, why did you take that?
Speaker 1: Lady?
Speaker 2: Husband. I didn't like that because Kelly, who are you?
Speaker 2: First of all, even though why did she but.
Speaker 1: The questions they need answers. He was right, she wasn't
Speaker 1: necessarily the messenger. I was hoping for the vehicle to
Speaker 1: get those answers. I wanted it too, but I said,
Speaker 1: oh and we know.
Speaker 2: That, like now we're not even gonna get like really
Speaker 2: what she was. But anyways, so I like that Shamia.
Speaker 2: Like Kelly said what she said, she told Porscha who
Speaker 2: we know to be her friend. And then before the party,
Speaker 2: she tells Kelly, Hey, I'm just gonna let you know
Speaker 2: that I told Porscha because you know, that was kind
Speaker 2: of out of pocket for you to do. And I
Speaker 2: think that when like, at first I thought that was
Speaker 2: who Brahmin was on Salt Lake City, but when I
Speaker 2: realized who Braun was, brom was doing it because she
Speaker 2: wanted to get ahead and with Lisa's ass and kind
Speaker 2: of like be the person who told you, but because
Speaker 2: she didn't want to get in trouble. Shamia is genuinely like,
Speaker 2: I'm friends with both you and I want to be transparent,
Speaker 2: and I did check her. So I liked that the
Speaker 2: New Girls Kelly already told you. I don't like how
Speaker 2: she just came in hot like that, but it did
Speaker 2: make for a good episode period. Okay, I did not
Speaker 2: think that I was gonna like Angela Oakley as much
Speaker 2: as I would. I thought she would be stuck up
Speaker 2: and because you know, like her husband, like I don't
Speaker 2: know sports, but her husband is a legend in sports.
Speaker 1: I don't either. But I did call Mayam and was like,
Speaker 1: oh my god, Charles Oakley. She was like yeah, I
Speaker 1: was like, he is on the TV. He is at
Speaker 1: the party, the basketball player has landed and then telling
Speaker 1: me stats and I kicked her out promptly, oh never mind,
Speaker 1: never mind, Yeah, this.
Speaker 2: Is I'm not going to do this on my podcast.
Speaker 2: He will tell me I'm getting messy. But I texted
Speaker 2: Kendrick and I was like, Charles Oakley, hmm he was
Speaker 2: on Space Jam, wasn't he? Because I'm like, hmmm, this
Speaker 2: is important basketball player. I know there was a Charles
Speaker 2: My only reference about face Jim tell me how, Kendrick says, yeah,
Speaker 2: I think so, Manu. Kendrick knows sports better than you
Speaker 2: know football, but he knows sports better than I do.
Speaker 1: I know, I look it up.
Speaker 2: It's so I'm like, listen, don't the Only.
Speaker 1: Reason I knew that to be true because when she
Speaker 1: said Charles Oakley on the show, I was like, is
Speaker 1: it that Charles Barkley or is he like the actual icon?
Speaker 1: And I'm like, no, he's an icon. I said, oh,
Speaker 1: then is it? And then I saw his face. I said,
Speaker 1: well that's not the ball headed man, right.
Speaker 2: That's smartly.
Speaker 1: Like or I'm like, dude, oh, Hendrick, like I'm not.
Speaker 2: He sassed me off so bad with that. But anyways,
Speaker 2: it was funny, but he's he's a legend. I thought
Speaker 2: that she would be stuck up because she truly is
Speaker 2: a basketball wife. I thought she would get not Jackie energy,
Speaker 2: because Jackie's not suck up, she's just not down. Yeah,
Speaker 2: but she was real. Her her wig lifted and I'm like, oh,
Speaker 2: a girl after my own.
Speaker 1: Yeah, and her husband was like, go fix that. That
Speaker 1: was so But I love it. Come on, love people
Speaker 1: like baby yeah, Edges, let's get him late, hold on,
Speaker 1: we're on TV exactly.
Speaker 2: I'm like, that is the kind of relationship that I need.
Speaker 1: Is giving love. It's giving love. He's a fan of
Speaker 1: his and I love that. But she was Charles, oh, Glee,
Speaker 1: thank you you don't know, you better know, I said,
Speaker 1: and I for your man. I understand it. Girl.
Speaker 2: I like her, Okay, okay, So Britt. I just had
Speaker 2: this predisposition that I don't like her because even though
Speaker 2: she's the victim, which is terrible, I don't like that
Speaker 2: she's the one who got Kenya like kicked off the show,
Speaker 2: and I don't like, what did you do?
Speaker 1: What did you do did you do to get her?
Speaker 1: So round? It's not a victim blame, but like Kenya,
Speaker 1: who to this, so like, and you know.
Speaker 2: What you're talking with? And when I saw her on
Speaker 2: the first episode, and I feel like the whole ring thing,
Speaker 2: Although it could be perceived as shady, I guess I didn't.
Speaker 2: It didn't come across as that because she had her
Speaker 2: ring on the wrong finger, she had her engagement ring on,
Speaker 2: she didn't have her wedding band on. So Kenya was
Speaker 2: genuinely just trying to figure out, Hey, so two rings
Speaker 2: or are you engaged?
Speaker 1: Oh?
Speaker 2: Is it your second husband? Like, what's the deal? And
Speaker 2: even if she was being shady, that wasn't like something
Speaker 2: to get like that.
Speaker 1: Yeah, I wonder how we escalate because I definitely felt
Speaker 1: like I wasn't. Oh, Kenya, you shady as hell. But
Speaker 1: again it felt like the being at the at the
Speaker 1: Willard with the girls and Monique. It was like, oh,
Speaker 1: I don't have a home. We're looking for a home
Speaker 1: of Potomac. Oh you don't have a home. Is it
Speaker 1: a real question? Yes? Is it a shady way of
Speaker 1: phrasing it?
Speaker 2: Also? Yes?
Speaker 1: But do we want to know? Yes? Are you being clear?
Speaker 2: No?
Speaker 1: So we have questions. So she was like, so is
Speaker 1: it a ring from a different man? And I was like, no,
Speaker 1: can't get wait, just let her tell it. You aren't
Speaker 1: explaining this well, so if you give Kenya an inch,
Speaker 1: she gonna take a yard of shade. Okay, but I
Speaker 1: wonder how we escalate to where she then wants to
Speaker 1: defame your character exposure.
Speaker 2: If I put aside my feelings about Kenya and what happens,
Speaker 2: I do think that I can like breat like I
Speaker 2: don't know, I.
Speaker 1: Like just I feel like at this point, this this
Speaker 1: is low key Bravo's fault because I'm like, you could
Speaker 1: just continue the show the way it is now. We're like,
Speaker 1: what was her name? Elise was supposed to be on
Speaker 1: New York. She was supposed to be a full time housewife.
Speaker 1: They filmed the whole thing, and we're like, she's not great,
Speaker 1: we'll make her And that was pretty much it. You
Speaker 1: have the power to actually wipe her as much as
Speaker 1: you want, but making a big like to do of
Speaker 1: like we're kicking you out and replacing you. It's weird.
Speaker 1: I just want to know, like, why then, why are
Speaker 1: we seeing her at all? If that's like, if it
Speaker 1: was that big of a deal that like we have
Speaker 1: to get rid of her, she can't be here when
Speaker 1: we've let Luanne come back and Karen I'm sure has
Speaker 1: a spot open for her. Like we've had a lot
Speaker 1: of like toxic and reckless behavior on you know, the shows,
Speaker 1: especially on Atlanta. So it's just like, I wonder what
Speaker 1: makes it be a fireable offense? How do we jump
Speaker 1: from the rings that don't mean a lot. I don't
Speaker 1: even remember them. I don't even remember this girl's name
Speaker 1: in here. She this og is gonna end up being
Speaker 1: like cap I think it.
Speaker 2: May be because it was. They would look terrible if
Speaker 2: we found out that Kenya did quote unquote revenge porn
Speaker 2: on this girl and then she was the one who
Speaker 2: ended up getting a race from the season.
Speaker 1: M No, I mean Kenya, let's just erase her from
Speaker 1: the scene.
Speaker 2: Oh yeah, okay, I thought you meant like no, yeah, no,
Speaker 2: I'm saying, like anything. Why did we see her in
Speaker 2: the first episode?
Speaker 1: Obviously she's useful enough because from where I'm sitting, Kenya
Speaker 1: didn't come in as a as a as a full
Speaker 1: time housewife. This first episode we didn't see you know,
Speaker 1: we don't we never get talented. But we didn't see
Speaker 1: like at home at home, and we didn't see any
Speaker 1: of that.
Speaker 2: So I'm like, yeah, you're right, that's what I'm saying.
Speaker 2: For us to sign, I was like, would you rather
Speaker 2: have her in this capacity or would you rather like
Speaker 2: not have her at all?
Speaker 1: Like I would loved. I think that this is fine.
Speaker 1: I think this is fine. I don't know what it
Speaker 1: looks like to edit it, edit her out completely at
Speaker 1: some point, because I'm like, you could have just done this.
Speaker 1: You actually could have just been like, we're not firing you.
Speaker 1: You're being demoted like you you're you fucked up, like
Speaker 1: on a thing. James Kennedy was allowed to apparently film
Speaker 1: like seven years and they knew that he was slapping
Speaker 1: girlies around and they were just like, hey, stop that,
Speaker 1: we're filming. And then it was like, where's the line.
Speaker 1: It can't be a poster is worse than Ali getting slapped.
Speaker 1: She's a human being.
Speaker 2: And Christy got her asked me too.
Speaker 1: Oh okay, so what is it? I have questions, So
Speaker 1: I don't know. These nebies came in a little bit hot.
Speaker 1: I don't know how I feel about the new person
Speaker 1: being the vehicle, you know, to stir stuff up or portia,
Speaker 1: because I actually feel like we're not going to get
Speaker 1: answers from it. Now, That's what I was genially feel like,
Speaker 1: if we knew it was a safe space, her and
Speaker 1: Shamia episode three or four probably would have had a
Speaker 1: nice little, you know, situation on the couch of like,
Speaker 1: who the F did I marry? Here's why that DAP
Speaker 1: that I gave him at Fallon's house was so fake?
Speaker 1: You know a lot of things. I just have a
Speaker 1: lot of questions, like and I think that now because
Speaker 1: a stranger is doing this, and Shemiah, her good Judy,
Speaker 1: is like, hey, I know we felt we had time,
Speaker 1: but we don't. She mentioned it already, and Porcha's like,
Speaker 1: ain't this filming for episode yes? And like, uh huh,
Speaker 1: so we already talked this morning at eleven it's three
Speaker 1: bring up your husband and the things. And so now
Speaker 1: Porsia got like she she you know, she hung her
Speaker 1: down and put them wall emotional walls up, you.
Speaker 2: Know, yes, And I think that that's why I'm not
Speaker 2: feeling Kelly, because I'm like, you really like Porch. It's
Speaker 2: also just like, okay, Portia, you didn't explain to us
Speaker 2: when you had your own spin off. Then you got
Speaker 2: mad at Brable because your family was acting.
Speaker 1: Why are you mad at Brava, be mad at your family.
Speaker 1: I saw that show. It was awful, Kendrick, have me
Speaker 1: watching ever? Said Kendrick, this is and I was one.
Speaker 1: I grew up on VH one and that ship was
Speaker 1: wild good.
Speaker 2: It was so good. And then she like stopped on.
Speaker 2: She talked family, not to talk about whatever happened last night,
Speaker 2: like it was just so much that happened. Like and
Speaker 2: I would say that if you have a controlled environment
Speaker 2: into where you could explain to the world how you
Speaker 2: and Simon got together, why wouldn't you do it there?
Speaker 2: Because if we if you watch Portia's family matters, she
Speaker 2: talks about how the other together, but she doesn't address
Speaker 2: their elephant in the room. And I feel like you
Speaker 2: should have did that there, Porsche. But now you on
Speaker 2: Atlanta and these girls are out for blood. They're trying
Speaker 2: to make their mark, and hey.
Speaker 1: You should have known. Now at some point, I'm like Portia,
Speaker 1: you know the game.
Speaker 2: Say ready, so you don't have to get rid.
Speaker 1: Even if production was gonna be kind to you. These
Speaker 1: girls have jobs to secure and in their mind your
Speaker 1: half been this is their time. Now you shouldn't. Even
Speaker 1: everyone wants.
Speaker 2: To know the same thing. And also, to be fair
Speaker 2: to Kelly, She's like, well, infidelity was involved in my divorce,
Speaker 2: so I understand.
Speaker 1: So I can understand her instantly being like, I don't
Speaker 1: know about this woman. I don't know about this woman.
Speaker 1: I did like seeing seventeen bags being given to a
Speaker 1: seventeen year old. I find nothing love it. This is
Speaker 1: exactly what When I was seventeen, I too, asked for
Speaker 1: nothing but bags and purses all the time from fifth grade. Honestly,
Speaker 1: my first bag was a coach purse. It was black
Speaker 1: and yes, in the fifth grade, when I turned eleven,
Speaker 1: I wanted a purse. My nan is a disposable camera
Speaker 1: picture before she mailed it to me, Like is this
Speaker 1: the one? I said, yes, and I walked around my
Speaker 1: Texas private school with my little purse, put it in
Speaker 1: my locker. It literally was from door to locker, door
Speaker 1: to but I added, so said then I built a
Speaker 1: strong collection of all the girls, especially during the ten
Speaker 1: the twenty whatever the fucks, the junie and birds, and
Speaker 1: the guccies and the coaches and the juice. It could
Speaker 1: tour many on that. So when I saw this baby
Speaker 1: girl getting all the good stuff, I said absolutely. This
Speaker 1: is the kind of mom I'd want to have and
Speaker 1: want to.
Speaker 2: Be absolutely because that is the right age, especially we
Speaker 2: in social media like I'm sorry, Like if I had
Speaker 2: a kid, yeah, it's gonna be like you're gonna be like, oh,
Speaker 2: they're too spoiled. Just know they do get their ass
Speaker 2: when they need to be and that they're great where
Speaker 2: they need to be, So I don't spoil that happening.
Speaker 2: They're gonna be spoiled and they're gonna be stunning on
Speaker 2: you holes.
Speaker 1: Also, here's my thing is a woman who listens to
Speaker 1: a lot of true crime, and I just want to say,
Speaker 1: you know, this is a safe space race wise for everyone,
Speaker 1: but we know we keep it real hair at the
Speaker 1: mix with money. I just want to remind everyone when
Speaker 1: you say things like spoiled, spoiled is such a concept
Speaker 1: that only exists as a plague in the black community
Speaker 1: because for whatever reason, we are afraid of being like
Speaker 1: labeled in proximity to white kids who don't act well
Speaker 1: and thinking that that's because they're spoiled. It's parenting is
Speaker 1: the choice that you make, and how you parent is
Speaker 1: what makes your kids act like a badass or not.
Speaker 1: But a kid being well loved don't do don't mean shit.
Speaker 1: A kid having a lot of shit doesn't mean shit.
Speaker 1: I listen to a lot of true crime, and I
Speaker 1: hear a lot of these kids, a lot of them white,
Speaker 1: make a lot of mistakes. And it never sounds like
Speaker 1: from the it varies from the kid who had nothing
Speaker 1: to the kid who had everything, because it comes down
Speaker 1: is the paring ting. And it didn't sound like Kelly
Speaker 1: is a bad parent. It's sounded like her daughter's interest
Speaker 1: right now are in fashion, and she's like, I can
Speaker 1: invest in that interest, and that seems like a safe
Speaker 1: interest for a seventeen year old girl. Now. When I
Speaker 1: was seventeen, my interest was fashion, but a lot of
Speaker 1: people around these interests were not fashion. Yeah, were different,
Speaker 1: and their parents were spending money on bail and paying
Speaker 1: off crops and lawyers and things because they got this
Speaker 1: house party got busted, and that party got busted. In
Speaker 1: Senior Beach Week, I had all the drugs and stuff.
Speaker 1: This baby, we don't know enough yet, but it seemed
Speaker 1: like this baby got good grades, just wants to get
Speaker 1: her nails done every couple weeks and had a tea
Speaker 1: party with her mama and wants to be on TV.
Speaker 1: It's given good seventeen year old to me. I would
Speaker 1: love to do that for my child, and I love
Speaker 1: that she is prepared to do it for her other
Speaker 1: kids too. There's no favoritism she. It's like kind of
Speaker 1: like Candy, but Ken is actually really responsible with money.
Speaker 1: But she's also a tourist, so she believes in luxury.
Speaker 1: So if Kenny showed her true self, then I bet
Speaker 1: you she would be on the same page as this.
Speaker 1: It wouldn't be her, but she would understand it. I
Speaker 1: think it's it's fine. I like that lady a lot.
Speaker 1: I have I reserve space for the newbies to be
Speaker 1: good to me, even when they're being bad to my og.
Speaker 2: Yeah. Like, I just want to say that she saw you,
Speaker 2: Sma saw you wholes say love and hip hop, and
Speaker 2: she wasn't worried about it because she was like lovely hip.
Speaker 1: Hop where where there were casual Gucci shopping bags on
Speaker 1: the I want to say.
Speaker 2: Because I'm going to make this a point because you
Speaker 2: know I like to start itself mainly on Instagram. Yes,
Speaker 2: follow me at blah blah blah blah. You know I
Speaker 2: show my black ass one too.
Speaker 1: They're so funny over there, so funny.
Speaker 2: I would like to say that y'all want to say
Speaker 2: love and hip hop with real house eves of Atlanta.
Speaker 2: But I just saw a preview for a show called
Speaker 2: The Valley season two, and apparently they selling.
Speaker 1: The Valley is like could be on MTV. And that's
Speaker 1: all I'm gonna say about it. So come on after
Speaker 1: teen Mom too. I just think we need to let
Speaker 1: that know, let that be known. And that's fine. If
Speaker 1: you watched Team Mom two go off, well, I be
Speaker 1: watching The Valley absolutely, But has Vanna prompt Rules and
Speaker 1: the other ensemble cast shows of Bravo been We need
Speaker 1: to stop calling it reserving the ghetto comments for Atlanta
Speaker 1: because it's been trailer park on the other side of
Speaker 1: the country for a long time.
Speaker 2: Oh yeah, looking at you, gass, gutar butts, ghetto. Okay,
Speaker 2: all all the good things. So y'all got onto.
Speaker 1: Your daddy's girls, it's scratching. I'm just saying we've had
Speaker 1: a long history on the West Coast of having some
Speaker 1: things be unsavory, a little problematic, a little hood lummy
Speaker 1: and not up to class, not very up to snuff.
Speaker 1: It's been a little trash a. So let's Shamia said,
Speaker 1: I'm not bothered because she had nothing to be bothered about.
Speaker 2: Yeah, she's like, oh, you'll see.
Speaker 1: Like before she even knew that she was going to
Speaker 1: be the center of this, she was like, lol is elevator.
Speaker 1: I can't hear you as I'm going down to my
Speaker 1: closet in the morning. I'm Every time they showed a
Speaker 1: part of her house, I said, now that makes sense, yup, yup.
Speaker 1: I want that.
Speaker 2: It doesn't even have an address, like.
Speaker 1: No, they just put the title on it. And I
Speaker 1: do private tutoring for, you know, rich families in the
Speaker 1: DMV area. And I do love specifically, like when the
Speaker 1: house manager emails me a block of not instead of
Speaker 1: just like the house numbers, like the thirty first hundred
Speaker 1: block of I'm like, what does that mean? And occasionally
Speaker 1: it means yes, please give me the specific number upon arrival,
Speaker 1: you know, and then sometimes it means no, bitch, they
Speaker 1: owned the whole block. So I love going in there
Speaker 1: and going yes, okay, sure, yes, you know it's a
Speaker 1: good house. When Kenya v More and Cynthia go no,
Speaker 1: this is a beautiful house and just love it.
Speaker 2: Oh oh my god, someone had a Lake Lake Bailey,
Speaker 2: woth are like, wait, this is different.
Speaker 1: Can you give a woman a couple on or her mansion?
Speaker 1: Oh my god? Wait what world are we in? And
Speaker 1: her house being nine million dollars? I mean even me
Speaker 1: in the DNV, I'm like, that's not a lot of money.
Speaker 1: But as someone who used to live in Georgia for
Speaker 1: a brief amount of time, I know it also didn't
Speaker 1: need to be that much money, which is kind of crazy,
Speaker 1: like it never needs to be that expensive of a home.
Speaker 1: It was, and beyond that, she was like it was
Speaker 1: the most expensive house or the second most expensive sale
Speaker 1: of that year. So regardless of what I think about it,
Speaker 1: I'm like, my god, this woman's making history. Is black
Speaker 1: people owning, you know, property that has tied.
Speaker 2: Talking about like like like we said this on Raven's podcast,
Speaker 2: which is better. This was not just on Atlanta. This
Speaker 2: rivals Lisa Vanda Pump. This is the only thing that
Speaker 2: I've seen that.
Speaker 1: Because she's not renting it like the other half of
Speaker 1: the West Coast if they even have a home. This
Speaker 1: is this is the early days of Beverly Hills. Like
Speaker 1: Adrian Maloof and Vander Pump's houses, taking a limo from
Speaker 1: one house at the front of the block to the
Speaker 1: other house at the end of the block. That's something
Speaker 1: that Smia would do, and I would understand a golf
Speaker 1: park girly like she'd be like going to the compound,
Speaker 1: like I'm going on the side of the compound. I
Speaker 1: love it.
Speaker 2: I'm all in, all in and what it's all in
Speaker 2: and I can't wait to talk about it with you,
Speaker 2: talk about it with Kendrick, talk about it with Raven.
Speaker 2: Have you know when Aaron comes back talking like we
Speaker 2: are going to have us some good old black, old time, babe.
Speaker 1: This is about to be the best season. Because I
Speaker 1: was really worried when Potomac ended, Like I wasn't worried
Speaker 1: about Atlanta, wouldn't gonna keep me entertaining because I was
Speaker 1: gonna be there, regardless of television for the rest of
Speaker 1: my life. But when Potomac ended, I was like, my god,
Speaker 1: that was a strong reunion. I feel like I just
Speaker 1: had a good buzz. And I wake up the next
Speaker 1: day going, so what we're gonna get into and Rob baby,
Speaker 1: this sit on down and I'm glad. I'm sad. Season
Speaker 1: sixteen is off to the races, and it's a very
Speaker 1: good start. I'm very pleased and very happy with what
Speaker 1: I experienced. I stood up and clapped three separate times,
Speaker 1: like I said, ab yes, ma'am, yes to me, and
Speaker 1: give me that. Yes women, women, women, I mean, I
Speaker 1: love these ladies. I'm so glad. Atlanta is bad. I
Speaker 1: don't even know these ladies, and I'm like, I love
Speaker 1: these ladies. I just love Atlanta. I like the new
Speaker 1: fresh graphics. I think we're off to a really good start.
Speaker 1: It feels new, it feels fresh, but it also feels yeah, yes,
Speaker 1: and it feels intentional, like someone is taking the page.
Speaker 1: I had to like the chanel Ion Book of Confessionals.
Speaker 1: See the whole body. I want to see the feet.
Speaker 1: I want to see the cut of the gown. I
Speaker 1: want to see the whole thing. Give me the ruffles.
Speaker 1: I want it all, and she got it all to
Speaker 1: give me, so I'm very ready. I love it. I'm
Speaker 1: so happy. Hearing Porsche talk to me is just like
Speaker 1: music to my ears. Shout out to Randy, her lawyer.
Speaker 1: I'm so happy to see him in business. Still my girl,
Speaker 1: get her out of this. I'm so upset, so I'm excited.
Speaker 1: For the season. I'm here to I'm excited to learn more,
Speaker 1: and just it's free Porsche. That man is terrible. I
Speaker 1: hate narcissistic, terrible men. And while we're freeing Porsche, let's
Speaker 1: free my girl. When d Williams as well, that's where
Speaker 1: I note I really yeah, no, but for real, Look,
Speaker 1: I've been on this ride that I've been watching Winni
Speaker 1: william since I was in middle school. Every day would
Speaker 1: come home from the bus and turn that lady on
Speaker 1: and she would tell me about the hot topics of
Speaker 1: the day at four pm. Was it a rerun? Yes?
Speaker 1: Did I watch it extensively every single day? Yeah? Okay.
Speaker 1: So when this show ended and Sherry Shepherd took it over,
Speaker 1: I said, oh, no, betrayal. I didn't like it. Haven't
Speaker 1: watched since. Okay, okay, but this I don't know. I
Speaker 1: think I'm positively looking forward to her interview with the
Speaker 1: View and free my girl, Wendy Man. That's that's it.
Speaker 1: And yeah, whatever Andy's announcement is. Did you hear that
Speaker 1: Andy Cumen was making an announcement in April?
Speaker 2: In April they suspect that Andy specifically was making one,
Speaker 2: But I have heard gossip that there are a lot
Speaker 2: of the There are specifically five names I forgot the
Speaker 2: rest of them, five names of people that they are
Speaker 2: trying to or specifically allegedly bringing back to Bravo in
Speaker 2: a capacity. One of the names, Arnie Mee, leaks allegedly.
Speaker 2: I'm not saying this is from a good source. I'm
Speaker 2: just saying what I heard. And the other name Bethany
Speaker 2: Frinkle in an Ultimate Girls trip of capacity apparently. I
Speaker 2: don't know if I believe it or not.
Speaker 1: I don't know. I also heard a rumor that any
Speaker 1: might be allegedly like stepping down or something in some
Speaker 1: capacity to hope I know.
Speaker 2: That I'm the only person left on the planet. That's like, No,
Speaker 2: I don't want him to stay.
Speaker 1: I can see what we're what we're looking at. I
Speaker 1: don't know what that would look like. I'm not excited
Speaker 1: for him to leave. I'm not excited for him to
Speaker 1: say it to like, I don't know what that would
Speaker 1: look like because he's always just been there. But I
Speaker 1: also don't watch watch it that is live every day,
Speaker 1: and I'm like, I'm pretty sure he would still be
Speaker 1: the only person who hosts the reunions. I don't know
Speaker 1: what's stepping down? Would even I can.
Speaker 2: See that because he is a father of too.
Speaker 1: So yeah, so you know it is what it is.
Speaker 1: I much like the first rumor better. I would like
Speaker 1: anything Ninny leaks. She has been playing very nicely on
Speaker 1: the internet, so I'm hopeful for that. But yeah, we'll
Speaker 1: see in the meantime, y'all can find me. You know,
Speaker 1: see it on my couch watching Atlanta every week and
Speaker 1: you know, tuned into what the Caucasians are doing as well,
Speaker 1: because I like to see them mess up, y'all. I'm
Speaker 1: on Southern hospitality. That's a different conversation. Will have a
Speaker 1: different day when I don't have to pick up my wife.
Speaker 1: But let me tell you them duh duh wow ah boy,
Speaker 1: oh boy, it's Southern hospitality. I I should have listened earlier,
Speaker 1: but I got ADHD real bad.
Speaker 2: So but that just made it all all much better, because.
Speaker 1: Holy shit, I'm already halfway like through season two. It's
Speaker 1: fantastic television. I'm going to get that.
Speaker 2: Oh wait until you get season three. Baby.
Speaker 1: Oh. I heard people are like praying on their downfall.
Speaker 1: They're like, I hope these kids never make money. They
Speaker 1: still like this forever and I'm like, well.
Speaker 2: What's going on? This is we don't have Vingo pump
Speaker 2: pools anymore. And even when we did have Vno pumpoules,
Speaker 2: we didn't have them working at the at the you know,
Speaker 2: at the restaurant anymore. We had them grown up. We
Speaker 2: have a pump rules and we have people crashing out, cheating.
Speaker 1: All this. It's great and polyester in Charleston. I'm like,
Speaker 1: y'all are hot, right, Like this is amazing. I'm very
Speaker 1: excited about my TV watching right now. I'm so excited. Yeah,
Speaker 1: I'm sad. That's where y'all can find me kind of
Speaker 1: where they can they find.
