2:56 Speaker 1: It's good to see you all together, and now here

2:59 Speaker 1: we are we find out Kenya gets kicked off at

4:10 Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, I'm enjoying this season. I'm enjoying the ride.

4:24 Speaker 3: I was concerned with Kenya Levin just because I felt

4:28 Speaker 3: like majority of the cast we did not know well

4:31 Speaker 3: enough to know if they could carry on their own.

4:38 Speaker 3: In my opinion, I'm, you know, not because of Kenya anyway,

4:49 Speaker 3: the sisters, the beef between the sisters and the husband.

4:53 Speaker 3: I'm not really interested in any of that at all.

5:35 Speaker 1: didn't know where she would fit anyway with these new girls.

5:38 Speaker 1: It felt like it still might be two separate shows

5:41 Speaker 1: and the worlds would merge in like a between Porsche

5:46 Speaker 1: and Kenya.

5:47 Speaker 2: Way like Kingya and Porsche are old school.

5:49 Speaker 1: Porsche's friends with Shamiya, Shamia is friends with these other girls,

5:54 Speaker 1: you know, and so on. The circle continues. But instead

5:57 Speaker 1: it kind of felt like, you know, things pivoted very

6:01 Speaker 1: quickly where I thought that the Kingya storyline would be

6:05 Speaker 1: like not necessarily like a Beverly Hills long out drawn.

6:08 Speaker 1: You know, she's not coming back, but she really did

6:10 Speaker 1: get kicked off in like episode.

6:12 Speaker 2: Three or four.

6:12 Speaker 1: By four, We're pretty much done with Kenya, and that's

6:14 Speaker 1: pretty early on for a season of Atlanta. So that

6:17 Speaker 1: felt like, I don't know what the turning point is

6:20 Speaker 1: if it wasn't that, And it turns out we got

6:24 Speaker 1: a lot of places.

6:24 Speaker 2: That we can go. We're we're traveling all day long.

7:37 Speaker 1: clean season for Miss Portsche. I don't think it should

7:46 Speaker 1: when she slept with that man's husband. That girl's husband

7:49 Speaker 1: did she want the show and gave him a pound,

7:51 Speaker 1: and now you're divorcing him and it's really been three years.

7:55 Speaker 1: I'm upset about that, So I think you should It's

7:58 Speaker 1: okay for her to have a little turn in the

8:00 Speaker 1: hot seat, but I'm also finding it hilarious while she's there.

8:07 Speaker 3: of my recaps, I'm truly disappointed in her return. I

8:11 Speaker 3: think that she she thought she was returning as Miss

8:14 Speaker 3: Scubadia right, and that did not happen for her.

8:59 Speaker 3: kind of just taking deep breaths and yawn and like

9:46 Speaker 1: So I get, like, I try to he's getting deported.

9:49 Speaker 2: Like she's going through. There's a lot of stuff right now.

9:52 Speaker 3: Yeah, so I try to think because that's what I

9:54 Speaker 3: see from her. Honestly, that's the body language that I read, like,

9:58 Speaker 3: I'm already going through enough. I don't have capacity for this,

10:05 Speaker 3: a little bit disappointed in the return. I expect it more.

10:31 Speaker 1: topic of pretty much everybody's conversations right now surrounding Atlanta,

10:35 Speaker 1: is you know, Portia and Shamia's relationship and people feeling

10:40 Speaker 1: a type of way and of whether or not Portia

10:43 Speaker 1: did not recommend Shmia.

10:46 Speaker 2: For the show.

10:47 Speaker 1: And I think I have a really a hot take

10:50 Speaker 1: on that because we have seen this show or this

10:53 Speaker 1: franchise Bravo in general, but definitely disfranchise tear any kind

10:59 Speaker 1: of relationship apart mother daughter, father son, mother father like son,

11:04 Speaker 1: siblings like parent to children, husband to wife, and best friends,

11:11 Speaker 1: friend groups. You know, we've seen like the worst of

11:13 Speaker 1: the worst of it. And I think that Porscha really

11:18 Speaker 1: valued her friendship with Samiah, and I think that she

11:23 Speaker 1: knew what this show could do to their friendships, to

11:27 Speaker 1: their actual friendship. And while I think she went about

11:31 Speaker 1: it the wrong way because I think that she was insecure,

11:34 Speaker 1: she wanted she in a lot of ways the things

11:36 Speaker 1: She's definitely jealous of Shemia, and it would it would

11:38 Speaker 1: eclipse her in a way if if Shmia was on

11:41 Speaker 1: the show. But I also think that because it would

11:43 Speaker 1: eclipse her, that's what made her feel like her their

11:45 Speaker 1: friendship would be like WOU would suffer because at least

11:50 Speaker 1: Porsia's faintness, Shamia has the good husband, the beautiful kids,

11:53 Speaker 1: the beautiful house, the solid marriage, like all that Porsha

11:57 Speaker 1: didn't have that right, none of it not a not

11:59 Speaker 1: a single one one of those things except for the

12:01 Speaker 1: one happy kid, but like none of the other things

12:04 Speaker 1: that she have though not for lack of trying, like

12:07 Speaker 1: over and over again, but when it comes to the show,

12:12 Speaker 1: she has that and that kind of like made her

12:14 Speaker 1: and Shemiah like have this bond they could kind of

12:17 Speaker 1: share in it together enough, like where they're friendly, but

12:19 Speaker 1: like that's Porscha's domain versus that she'd be and Shamia's domain,

12:23 Speaker 1: and now Shamiyah has it all and what Porscha has right,

12:26 Speaker 1: And I think that I don't think Porsche thought she

12:28 Speaker 1: would be strong enough to handle that, whether she is

12:30 Speaker 1: the emotional intelligence.

12:31 Speaker 2: Or not to know that that was that feeling.

12:33 Speaker 1: I think it manifested in her being like I didn't

12:37 Speaker 1: feel like it would be good for our friendship. And

12:40 Speaker 1: to be honest, she's not wrong, because we're halfway through

12:44 Speaker 1: the season pretty much in it's about a rap on

12:47 Speaker 1: the Smida and Porsche show. Like we saw cracks early

12:50 Speaker 1: on in the first couple of episodes, we saw some

12:52 Speaker 1: things that were questionable that Porsche did. It was really

12:55 Speaker 1: dirty of her to walk through Smia's birthday car scene

12:58 Speaker 1: knowing how the show works, no one will was filming.

13:02 Speaker 1: girl to have a moment, And it's kind of showing

13:05 Speaker 1: that in how Shamia feels. But Jamia is new to housewives.

13:58 Speaker 3: struggle with sharing the spotlight with Shemiah, But I just

14:07 Speaker 3: that part that they she may struggle to share the spotlight,

14:15 Speaker 3: time housewife when she's coming back and trying to make

15:48 Speaker 3: and seeing Shamia breakdown ball on Watch What Happens Live.

15:54 Speaker 1: Porsche, I really like because I think Porscha really feels

15:58 Speaker 1: like when what I saw on this is Porscha's breaking

18:12 Speaker 1: have the emotional capacity to investigate further because the idea

18:17 Speaker 1: that that like investigating that and that being correct, it

18:19 Speaker 1: would hurt her too much right now, too stressful. But

18:23 Speaker 1: Shemia took great offense to that because she's like, you

18:25 Speaker 1: know me better than that. You should have come and

18:28 Speaker 1: checked with me because we've already talked about all these things.

18:30 Speaker 1: Why would you just let these girls tell you anything?
