Speaker 1: Soundstruds. My god. Hello, Hello, Hello, beautiful and wonderful mixologists out there.
Speaker 2: It is your girl, Moani and you are in the mix with Moni and Emani and.
Speaker 1: Ashley of Taste of Reality.
Speaker 2: This is the first time I've ever had another Emani on my show, and I could not be more excited. Uh you guys, welcome so much. Hello, how are you doing so good?
Speaker 3: I'm so happy to be in the presence of another Emani, I know, right.
Speaker 4: Like just so happy always. Yeah, I'm never the only Ashley. So this is new. This is a new dynamic for us.
Speaker 5: This is a new dynamic. That's so funny.
Speaker 3: We're always about another Ashley, but a new Emani's and you know it's different.
Speaker 4: I'm here for it. It's so jole for you guys. When I was I was thinking, E money money, E money money.
Speaker 1: And I love it. That's I love it. No, I love it. I love that.
Speaker 2: Also, we're too Imani's who are a part of this one like little niche hobby of the TV, the pop culture, the TV, like it is my life and my world. How it must be in the name that we are in the mix. Honestly, we're in the mix.
Speaker 1: The mix taste.
Speaker 2: Exactly seriously, Like, we know, I love being in a room, and I'm sure this happens to both of y'all.
Speaker 1: Especially, I want to know how.
Speaker 2: You explain what it is that you do like and what you talk about. I actually really wonder this because I you know, I have a life outside of you know, this one show that I do. But I also and like in a room if someone starts talking about something like did you hear about Yes, I don't even need to answer that. Sometimes I just say yes before they finished the question preemptively, like baby, I'm chronically on the internet.
Speaker 1: I saw it. I'm all which show? Tell me?
Speaker 5: Do you have you watched The Office before?
Speaker 1: Of course?
Speaker 3: Okay, do you know that scene when Ron no parks inc sorry, when Ron's in home depot?
Speaker 1: Also yes, and he's.
Speaker 5: The guy's like, can I help you with something? He's like, I know more than you.
Speaker 3: Yes, me being into pop culture existing, I'm just like, I already know. You don't need to explain it to me, But Ashley, do you you take it away?
Speaker 4: Typically at like, it depends on who my audience is. If it's somebody like my mom, Like my mom's in her seventies. I'm one with the older people. I hang out with my mom in her older community a lot.
Speaker 1: So for of them, I.
Speaker 4: Say, I write articles about the people see on reality TV for the camera yet okay. Whereas if it's anybody like my age, like middle aged, you're younger, I say, I co own and cooperate a reality TV blog and we're on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, we do all this.
Speaker 1: Okay.
Speaker 2: So there, you have to know what it is that you're talking about, and that does shape how it is you explain what it is that you do.
Speaker 1: That makes a lot of.
Speaker 4: Sense older people have. My mom really couldn't explain what I do.
Speaker 1: My mom can't either. She has no idea what I'm talking to be.
Speaker 3: Fair, nor mine the fact that I'm not in the traditional office.
Speaker 5: She's like, oh, what are you doing today? I'm working?
Speaker 1: Why I'm out with Yeah.
Speaker 2: I literally was just at my parents' house this past week in their new house, and I like the reunion dropped and my mom is asking me questions, wants me to watch the dogs and all this, Like, no, lady, let me tell you something. I am working at the moment, Like it doesn't look like it's to you.
Speaker 1: But like, look at this, goool doc. Do you see this all these bullet points exactly?
Speaker 2: There is much to do, like I have, like I am, I'm working, I'm actually like and she knows that that's the thing. She just she doesn't watch it with obviously like the same TV.
Speaker 1: I mean, nobody else does. That's why we do what we do.
Speaker 2: Like they're not watching with the same kind of like vigor and intensity and observationism or whatever. But so, but she'll listen and be like, you are just so funny. I don't know what you're talking about, but you are just so funny. And I'm just like, well, thanks for listening, mom.
Speaker 5: I know at least her moms are a little dialed in.
Speaker 2: No seriously, because at least if she meets somebody that does watch, she will tell them my daughter watch it. I know she knows she'll just send the podcast. And I really do appreciate that of my mom.
Speaker 5: Hi, mom, my mom.
Speaker 4: Usus saying my mom, Like, anytime she meet somebody who likes Bravo or any.
Speaker 1: Reality, she's like, you should follow taste of reality. Do you know a taste of reality?
Speaker 4: Harry pencil paper business card is but then I get her business card with a scan and she's like, yeah, I don't know.
Speaker 1: How to do that.
Speaker 4: Yeah, she's like, maybe you know how to do and them We're like, yeah, no, it still disconnected.
Speaker 1: Yeah no, I love it.
Speaker 2: No, I absolutely love it. I'm like, thanks mom. She's like, oh, that sounds like one of them housewives shows. That's what she calls it. Okay, all encompassing. It could be things on e it could be things on Peacock Traders, anything that's one of them housewives shows. You watch one of them housewives. I'm like, lady, you're sixty three, you're just so young. But no, but okay, yeah, I like exactly, I'm like, so these are Mormon wives, but sure you could call it that.
Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean in a way.
Speaker 1: I want to show. Sure. God, I can't wait for The Bachelor to come on. Are you guys gonna watch? So excited? I'm so, how are you not going to watch? If you're not apation through the low time?
Speaker 4: So the fire content again, bring it.
Speaker 2: You could not have said it better. Like especially og mixes know that I used to cover The Bachelor. I had to move it to my Patreon because y'all really simply told me I don't give a fuck you like, stop watching, and I was like, I won't, so I'll just move it.
Speaker 1: I have been there since.
Speaker 2: The very early, like lowest times, Ashley, what's the lowest?
Speaker 1: What is your lowest? What do you consider you're like the lowest of the Bachelor times? Because I know mine, I said, through all of Nick Vile's season, and that's a lot.
Speaker 4: Sorry exactly.
Speaker 2: I remember when they announced him and I was like, this is a terrible choice. It's just because he keeps getting dumped, which was the case. I feel like, I feel like these two are sadly. I mean, this is the most twenty twenty six thing I could say.
Speaker 4: I mean, I'm gonna raise you your Nick Vile with Colton Underwood maybe, I mean, we've hit a lot of.
Speaker 2: Legs watch them hop of fits were the fact that we're revisiting these flows in twenty twenty six.
Speaker 1: I mean, this is where we.
Speaker 4: Are as a nation, folks, That's where we are.
Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I agree. I'm sorry. I never got good energy. It was.
Speaker 4: I have to say I really hit a pit because while I've fallen off of Bachelor and Bachelorette, like I haven't enjoyed it for years. I've always really really enjoyed Bachelor and Paradise, and I couldn't even get the same episodes of Paradise this year. So I think I'm like, I think this was the newest Low for me, because they even like ruined Paradise for me.
Speaker 2: They did ruin Paradise. I've never seen it like this. They moved it to a hotel, they gave it a Love Island remix, but with yeah but what a conservatively more like sophisticated set. It was like they didn't want to be seedy like Low Island, so put resort yeah.
Speaker 1: Like them of Bachelor.
Speaker 4: Yeah, ridiculous theme song, the nineties sitcom like I ate it up and this like and then as a woman of certain a certain age, I don't say this with disrespect. I don't want to see the goldens in there with the young hot people.
Speaker 1: I'm sorry, I ain't gonna hold you. That's it. I wondered.
Speaker 2: I did see the TikTok that Taylor Franky Paul posted of all the bachelorettes. They did have that little sleepover with her. Yeah, And while I am all for inclusivity, I'm starting with that Okay, all four inclusivity in the still photo.
Speaker 1: Right when we are doing.
Speaker 2: Moving visuals, especially when that's our job. I eat, Eat, TikTok and TFP, like, this is her thing. Please get people who feel comfortable on screen. And maybe it's just not this Golden Bachelorette Girley. But it wasn't this Golden Bachelorette Girley.
Speaker 1: I was like, whoop. I mean, it's the heat tough.
Speaker 5: I'm excited.
Speaker 3: I actually and I talk about all the time about how we're really enjoying how networks are cross promoting. I think it's really smart of them to have. Yeah, Taylor's the first. Now, you guys are more historians than this, but in my Taylor's the first reality star right that was cast.
Speaker 1: She's those first bachelor non Bachelor Nation ever. Okay, I can't.
Speaker 2: There have been plenty of people that they have wanted to make Bachelorette. I remember when Brittany Cartwright first got rid of you know, Jack's Taylor. People wanted her for Bachelorette, like people have won a VPR people for Bachelorette. They've wanted other Bravo stars a Bachelorette. It's crazy to me Taylor. Frankie Paul is the first one right now.
Speaker 1: It's amazing. In a while ago and this makes sense.
Speaker 4: They threw Julianne hoff out after she got the co host of Stars.
Speaker 1: That was an amazing plus, Hulu.
Speaker 4: And ABC are under the same company.
Speaker 5: I got chills that idea she would be perfect. Are you she's going and being on That was.
Speaker 4: A rumor when they were at a really low point on Dancing with the Stars, and we were like, yeah, this is what we need and they never did it, but you know what, We're getting it with Taylor freaking and next.
Speaker 1: Bring out our boy Robert Irwin.
Speaker 4: Robert I want to call him Junior, maybe because he's still a kid to me, but Robert Irwin.
Speaker 1: People want him as the Bachelor.
Speaker 4: And while I like to be like kind of attracted to the Bachelor, he's like a twenty two year old child, Like I knew him as a little boy, so that's like weird. But I think you just want to watch him be happy. I love a love story and I think he would bring a really cute, wholesome energy to the show.
Speaker 1: Up. Yeah, and I'm on deean Robert happy. Oh, I love that.
Speaker 5: Yeah, get him a tool over there.
Speaker 2: Okay, Actually I think Amanda Batula would be a great second Bachelorette from this new realm of vetere go with reality stars because one, they have the worst pickers, so you'll still get good TV, like please, and they know how to be on TV. Problem with the batchelorm the Bachelorette is that it's not being talked about going viral on threads or even Twitter rip.
Speaker 1: Back in the day, we.
Speaker 2: Weren't talking about it if you weren't jumping a fucking fence right right and chasing a woman that poorly and unfortunately you will then go on to stock But let's talk about it like all things considered, and they will give you so much room because you are what who is booking Colton? I just really wonder, like and why? Because one, what audience is he being booked for?
Speaker 1: The games are not watching.
Speaker 5: Colton the gas They are watching.
Speaker 2: Traders, but that's not the one that they want to watch. Oh days, they don't want him, okay, and the Straits can't have like the you know what I mean, the middle of America exactly over state. Mamas gave that up. They let him go years ago, So then who.
Speaker 4: Was he for not me, Rob, Rob did you watch his season of Love Island?
Speaker 1: Okay, so that's why I've been giving him bullshit ever since.
Speaker 5: Okay, the same.
Speaker 1: I feel that.
Speaker 4: People like us who watched him on Love Island see him for somebody who will never pick a woman. He will never side with men unless it's for his own pleasure.
Speaker 1: His own game, if you know what I mean.
Speaker 4: But like he loved Derinda, he loved Mama Kelsey, but he would never who.
Speaker 1: I don't think he's got.
Speaker 2: Exactly, No, he doesn't. In fact, like I just did a Trader's talk with.
Speaker 1: Getting eaten, which no, girl, No, this is her powering it, this is it because imbo, No, I love it. Get in, get into the heat.
Speaker 2: I was having conversation my latest episode with Oh No Cells she really so much. No, I love Chelsea. She's absolutely amazing, And we were talking. She was like, I hate to say it, but my bisexuality is blinding me.
Speaker 1: It was like, no shit, Chelse.
Speaker 2: She was like, I just he's so high, I said, and that excuses nothing in the misogyn war category.
Speaker 1: As as soon as a woman starts telling him what to do, he fucking revolts. He like can't handle it. He's like, it's overwhelmed.
Speaker 2: Can this is like I think she's lying to me and that makes me mad, So I'm not gonna tell her, but then you.
Speaker 1: Will tell Eric.
Speaker 2: Excuse me what you are such a boy's boy, but this is not a boy's game.
Speaker 1: This isn't Survivor.
Speaker 2: He's always holding court with the boys and freaking Natalie, who really is just there?
Speaker 1: You're not sorry, Natalie? Okay?
Speaker 4: Can I just say justice for Daniella on Love Island? The way that Rob and Aaron literally used her like like we're gonna keep this girl just for our play, like a playtoy.
Speaker 1: We're gonna bring her and if you can't play whe her, I will.
Speaker 2: It was wild and he'd be like, I'm emotionally not blocked in, so I don't care that you were hurt.
Speaker 1: By This is kind of even crazier.
Speaker 4: So I say people don't have the right to grow and change. I'm not saying he's gonna always be that person, but from what we've seen it might not be as direct. But like Rob, I see you're hot, but I still see it.
Speaker 2: Also not gonna say that he's not, absolutely, in my opinion, gonna win this thing, and I'm not not necessarily sure that he shouldn't.
Speaker 1: I'm not. I don't think at this point the damage has already been done. I ain't gonna hold you like the girlies are gone and you did the damage to Candice. You did a little dirty. She clocked in late. The show is called Traders. He definitely did his snaky ass thing. So listen.
Speaker 2: If that's the case, the reward for being a true snaky ass Trader is winning.
Speaker 1: So give it someone like he's doing it.
Speaker 5: He does, he has, you know, don't I.
Speaker 1: Know that they're doing really bad. Really, that's hard.
Speaker 3: Now that my now that my man, my man, my man is out of the castle.
Speaker 5: Stephen Kluddy, I'm Traders.
Speaker 1: You got this?
Speaker 5: Come on, Rob, take it home.
Speaker 1: Yeah it's too late now.
Speaker 5: Yeah.
Speaker 1: So are y'all the same?
Speaker 4: Like?
Speaker 2: Does it depend on who is in the turret and who is on like the side of the faithfuls for you to root for one over the other, or do you typically root for one over the other?
Speaker 3: The personally vote for the person I feel like attached to. I am not necessarily attached to Rob. I think he's one hundred percent hot, and I feel like I would probably be manipulated him in some way.
Speaker 1: I hate to say it.
Speaker 2: You and Morriy Higgins both apparently yeah, bless me over his shoulder any day.
Speaker 4: Imani's like, I think she's that she agrees with you, but no.
Speaker 3: When he threw her over the shoulder, his shoulder and ran up that hill, that was all I.
Speaker 1: Needed to see, she needed to see.
Speaker 3: I want to be a light feather over a man's shoulder.
Speaker 5: That's what I want.
Speaker 1: Yes, girl.
Speaker 5: So I didn't watch Love Island seat that season.
Speaker 3: I clocked in the season after, so I don't have the context, so sy I know.
Speaker 5: I should go back one day.
Speaker 2: I hate I say that to everybody because this past season also exhausted people so much that when I was like, go to the one before, they were like, girl, I'm tired.
Speaker 1: I said no, but it's not tiring until now. Yeah. Yeah, Because everybody was trying to be the season before.
Speaker 2: They were all trying to clock in as a character that they saw do it the season prior.
Speaker 1: One of those people, even being Rob. Rob did go viral.
Speaker 2: There's a reason he's own Traders. The overalls thing wasn't the only thing. It was like, he's aloof attitude that poudy mouth. The girls love a poddy mouth on a bully apparently.
Speaker 5: Okay, So here's a good example.
Speaker 3: Last season on Traders, I was voting for like Dylan Fron, Gabby Windy, et cetera. They were faithfuls, and this time I'm voting for Rob so I can't. It just kind of depends on who I'm muchly attached to. But Ashley, what do you think?
Speaker 1: I am? On Team Good TV and hello there? When was in it, I was like, oh, Phaedra.
Speaker 4: Yeah, no, I'm good he And then I like when people play the game or but I.
Speaker 1: Also, honestly, I kind of like the mess too.
Speaker 4: Like somebody compared Johnny Weir and Tara Lipinsky to Romey and Michelle trying to solve a murder, And that's the funniest thing I've ever heard in my life because it's true, and I love to watch it. So while they're terrible, I feel they're great faithfuls and I have a joy watching that. But also at the same time, I love watching a good Yeah, dirty snake. He's fantastic on the show, and I think whoever saw him on Love Island and said that guy needs to be on Traders deserves a raise.
Speaker 1: Right because I didn't see this coming. I'll give you that as someone who deal with.
Speaker 2: Yeah, I didn't even think he'd get this much of a reaction out of me like I would like I would. I was so passionate my last episode about putting Rob in his place, and let me.
Speaker 1: Tell you, barely a blip on my radar on Love Island.
Speaker 2: Like the fact when he said at the beginning, I would be a good trader because girls have always like.
Speaker 1: Not assumed me. I'm so elus.
Speaker 2: He's not wrong. He's been playing a great game. Did you see Eric's face when he realized there was him? He was like, holy shit, Now what do you know?
Speaker 3: Yeah, I would be so curious to know, like if us three were in the castle, would Rob work on us? Like would would Rob like snake Charmer? Would that actually work on me? Beyond like me being thinking he's hot for like two episodes, I.
Speaker 2: Can tell you right now the answer for me would actually be yes. Because as much as I am well won a non straight hella so gay married a woman, really doubled down.
Speaker 1: And I love that stood ten toes.
Speaker 2: I'm here to tell you something about straight white boys with charm. They have always like gravitated towards me, and I'm always left there. I have always let them and we ki ki like even I'm not even kidding even in like my in my classroom, I like, little white boys have always.
Speaker 1: You know, become a kin to me. They've always we've always gotten along.
Speaker 2: I see them for whatever it is they're lacking, and they're like, you know where they're at, And I go, oh baby, I'll meet you where you're at.
Speaker 1: And they're like, thank you, that's you know. I think I'll say it to us and.
Speaker 3: Hoppylack History Month, thank you say History Month.
Speaker 4: I'm gonna say something about Rob as a white woman speaking with two very wrong, powerful intelligent black women. I see and I know, I'm like, hello, privilege, like white woman, I get it. But the male privilege he has, like I feel, and then the fact that he gets like he's so good looking. I feel that they're and I get triggered by like white male privilege. And I say this to Imani who loves justin Timberlake, but he's just gotten away with.
Speaker 1: Me and you understand, and a.
Speaker 4: Guy saying you do get it, though he would be somebody that would trigger me also.
Speaker 1: And I think that is necessary.
Speaker 2: Somebody needs to have a visitine reaction to him, if anything. I feel like in the castle, I think especially for me, even though I am non straight, it's been a survival mechanism, like going to I went to a PWI predominantly white institution for college after going to an HBCU for a reef amount of time.
Speaker 1: So the pivot the of like in.
Speaker 2: This environment, I need to make sure Wonder you're not a threat to me and that you're not going to make whatever I'm doing more difficult than it has to be by more than.
Speaker 1: Just your presence. So in order for us to work together, I will let you think you are every bit as amazing, sweetheart as you think you are, and you get the benefit of thinking that a black girl thinks you're cool. You're welcome.
Speaker 2: Win, win, and then I get a non harassment work environment. Spoiler, I still had to follow harassment that year. No, but it took eight.
Speaker 1: Months, and who knows if I would have had that much time.
Speaker 2: A body pals out to his ego at first and make him think he was a cute little white boy.
Speaker 3: I was shocked that Candice and Rob didn't do better like I would have assumed they would have been a better pair because Tea they would have.
Speaker 1: And I think they both wanted to.
Speaker 2: I think Rob has a problem with women, and that's where we would add an art stop.
Speaker 1: Actually, I think you're so right, Like he has a problem with women. He chose to stop working with, trusting and collaborating with the women.
Speaker 4: Because he's always gonna side with the guy. Look at Aaron on Love Island.
Speaker 1: I'm sorry.
Speaker 4: Yeah, I would have moved on. If we wouldn't have seen this side.
Speaker 1: Of Robb, I would have never mentioned.
Speaker 2: It if it wasn't that he was also just showing the exact same thing second right, but again, he always just took it a little too far. It's like, right now, dang too far, y'all watch tell me list you're muted, you're a mute.
Speaker 1: There we go.
Speaker 5: What's happening with me today?
Speaker 1: It's okay. Technology has had a mind of its own.
Speaker 2: Say something in a retrograde because reinde gatorade again.
Speaker 1: It must be I think it's a mirror or something today.
Speaker 5: Oh yeah, Happy Lunar.
Speaker 1: New Year, Happy Lunar New Year.
Speaker 2: Grilly Pops I am fighting the urge to clean my house today. You can and I only want to do it because my ADHD tells me that I because exactly I should do it.
Speaker 1: Do it? Hit the button. So I'm so.
Speaker 3: I watched the first two seasons. I started watching season three. I stopped because it was a bit too heavy for me in this current headspace.
Speaker 5: That I'm in. So I was like, yeah, I need to watch something I need to watch.
Speaker 2: I just started and part of the advice that I remember one of the girls games to one of them toxic them toxic ass boys would simply be yourself until you shouldn't be anymore.
Speaker 1: And tell it too much. And Rob very much so started off himself.
Speaker 2: There was that moment where he walked into the turret and he looked at Candide and they both he went girl that. I was like, we could have a fucking season. Y'all could seam up and we could do this. The problem was he wants to be a faithful because all the bros Keys are faithful, exactly more than he wants to be a trader with whoever the traders are. He wants to be with the bros. It's literally why you couldn't send Ron home. He wants to be with these is.
Speaker 4: I was like, why would you put run through another week of this torture. I mean, he knew he was going home. He was clearly miserable. Or maybe not a week. I don't think it's a week between episodes, but like the day or two.
Speaker 1: It's today's let man go home, Black, the man go home.
Speaker 2: When he started saying here goodbye to everybody, I said, no, this is the best exit I have ever seen. And if it was, there's no truer to me at like representation of how I would have dipped out, if not a thing to be like, all right, well let me go ready to say everybody, well, Emani's nice to meet you, Ashley.
Speaker 1: All right, No, amazing, the top tier. I've never seen anything like it.
Speaker 2: I mean it's sad because the first episode of Traders where all the black people were gone during this three months, I was bored.
Speaker 1: Not a kawinkie ink. This happened last year too.
Speaker 2: When y'all got rid of about that dragqueen too early, and then you thought it was Derinda that needed to bring you all your gets and giggles won.
Speaker 4: The disservice that Peppermint got as a men, but then we're gonna talk about a black woman on top of that first to go home. That's the thing and I think we need to talk about as a community of Traders fans. This is a great lesson in bias, in human bias, whether it be racial, gender bias, people with disabilities. If you've ever watched any of the non celebrity ones, like in the other countries, there was a season with a person with a hook hand, and if you think of media people with a hook hand as usually the villain and guests who was.
Speaker 1: Voted out hook I got people. It's something such an observation and how people work.
Speaker 2: It's actually one of the reasons I like Survivor all phenomenal. I don't watch every week.
Speaker 1: I can't. We watch way too many shows.
Speaker 2: But it's also like a show of watching how human's human. And that's one of the reasons I think I liked Traders because watching Survivor, you see how they use each other, need each other, align each other until they can't, and how hard those decisions are for people, but how they make them anyway, like and so like for Traders, it's kind of even more interesting because though I think they get a prize of money. I don't even know if it's money anymore, if they keep it. It's not like the first season, where like you got it like a whole thing of money.
Speaker 2: Now I think they're just playing for like winning rights, which is even crazier, Like we're gonna make friendships and backstab each other and then have a reunion.
Speaker 1: Which I can't wait for. They just filmed it and de Renda says she gave Rob the business, which is shocking to me. She yet.
Speaker 2: Coulton, Sorry, she got Coulton the business, and I apparently, well, yeah, he runs away and he's.
Speaker 4: Got that lawsuit and the fact that he paid off Cassie ran Duff.
Speaker 1: Girl, we see you. We know what he did to you.
Speaker 4: And it is not well that money probably, but yeah, no, he was able to pay his way out of a situation and he has this little blanket of well, I don't have to talk about it. And now I'm going to have the people at the Traders make a statement of anti bullying because Lisa Renna said something that was true.
Speaker 1: But he won't.
Speaker 2: You're the one that said you were gonna hold a trader hostage, who was a woman, even though you have quite literally.
Speaker 5: Like get that word from your vocal at this point called ten, like get.
Speaker 1: It out, quite quite literally. He's so comfortable with that. He is so comfortable get anything wrong.
Speaker 2: He doesn't think he did anything wrong, so like it was beyond him in his reproach. And that's poorly managed, you know, boys, it's why. And it's funny because he gave a housewive performance and running off the stage on Traders allegedly apparently he ran off the stage or whatever and came back but still did a nice little Salt Lake City Brittany Bateman, I am.
Speaker 1: Not gonna take this. You are not sit here and bully me.
Speaker 5: Well, in fact, I don't think we're going hard enough.
Speaker 4: And honestly, that's the six' FIVE nfl gigantic man that we're bullying, him like, seriously the second that anything happens to, him anything, negative he like literally can, cry and people are like rushing to put out a statement.
Speaker 1: LIKE i guess.
Speaker 2: RIDICULOUS i GUESS i just think that like we men are, soft especially the ones ON. Tv they can't take the E i, mean, yeah you've been a football player your whole, life so you've.
Speaker 1: Been you, know and you've been blonde and blue your whole.
Speaker 2: Life so people have treated you and you've been straight up until you thought that it no longer was too unsafe for you not to.
Speaker 1: Be so your ability to like get through life without any, criticism unscape without people yelling at you and being mad at you for anything did not even change until, now and you cannot handle. It AND i, mean then stop going ON. Tv, boom stop going ON.
Speaker 3: Tv AND i would love For nick And natalie's microphones to be.
Speaker 5: Pulled that's my passion. Project what everybody needs a.
Speaker 2: PLATFORM i cannot understand how they're allowing things to. CONTINUE i Understand austin got his private, apology but he was go. Traumatized we were the ones. OUTRAGED i didn an apology because watch AND i shouldn't have.
Speaker 1: Watching, that.
Speaker 4: MAN i was like, megshake like it was awful to, watch like watching him literally. Go he was having a reaction and the fact that all of us saw it and not them is.
Speaker 1: Insane that's WHAT i was tripping AND i had not had that experience happen to.
Speaker 2: Me AND i was like crying and felt it in my chest as IF i was reliving in an experience THAT i didn't have a similar to. Them watching someone relive and, experience they're probably traumatiz as the shit out of them and they didn't really want to re.
Speaker 1: Experience on a live. Podcast well my thing, is go, figure go.
Speaker 3: Figure my thing is, too, though is, like if you guys are going to be, journalists whatever harsh part, THEM i know that's.
Speaker 1: A very innercin you talking? Publicly, yes.
Speaker 3: Exactly so number, one you're currently not doing your research Because austin has talked about it on the show a few. Times so all of the questions that are appropriate to ask have been answered On Southern. Charm so the fact that you don't have that, answer that question answered leads me to, Think natalie light, bulb, inappropriate, inappropriate and you didn't even you don't have the foresight to see just like a normal social cue of someone being, uncomfortable then you need not have a.
Speaker 2: Podcast she handled it so, insensitively he was so caught off. Guard so, yeah and then to say things LIKE i didn't know that you went entitled to that. Information, yeah much like you're not entitled to it, now are. You, okay let's just AND i, AGAIN i was subjected To Nick vile's. SEASON i couldn't told y'all when he was announced back when he was kicked Off Kaylen bristow's season Or Joe jo's season or whomevery, season and they laterally gave Him bachelorette Or bachelor because he was broken up with too many.
Speaker 5: Times and by the, way he's not. Attractive, sorry that's.
Speaker 1: Why he was broken up with so many. Times well just say, this it's. That and he was never the.
Speaker 2: Tallest The bachelor only collects men over five to, ten, Right.
Speaker 4: No he's so Mid he was on and for, WORK i say, this for, WORK i had to Watch and, YES i say had to watch The Special forces season That sandoval was on for obviously it was post. Scandival it was the responsible thing for me to. Do nick viol was on that. SEASON i watched the entire, season which he ended up being one of the winners. Of and THEN i was in a space Where Nick foyel was, there and like it took somebody telling me that that Was Nick, viall even THOUGH i had watched him On The bachelor in the last year or, so watched him On Special forces and he's standing right, there AND i recognized his wife more than him because he is that mid there's nothing so interesting, CAPTIVATING i, mean the most GUYS a QUESTION i, ever.
Speaker 3: Okay Between Tom, Sandoval Colton underwood pretend he's, straight And nick viol which one?
Speaker 1: Too?
Speaker 3: Exactly this is hypothetical BECAUSE i would never touch any of them with a ten foot, pole but, like, exactly.
Speaker 5: Who who are you guys?
Speaker 1: GOING i, still, respectfully, Respectfully i'm gonna Kill.
Speaker 2: CULTON i just don't even want to have that, conversation, RIGHT i.
Speaker 1: DON'T i don't even want to engage on any level with that. Individual we gotta take that, out like we just got bout eliminate that. One. This, YEAH i would Shag.
Speaker 2: ROB i would Shag rob Because i'm just, like, okay like you're. CUTE i get. IT i don't need to change you because you're not my. Problem, ultimately we will Never he's not a take home To, mama but he is a throw me over your shoulder like AND i understand that he knows his role, too so we can just do, that Right, Nick if we were, MARRIED i, COULD i could nag at him and collect, him put that man in his, place AND i would have the opportunity to read him the. Way he deserves to be read your now our wife should And natalie will, not BUT i.
Speaker 1: Will well he married a. Child, yeah and there we. Go and that's. Something you know What i'm gonna echo that. MONEY i. Agree, yeah that's Where i'm.
Speaker 4: At i'm gonna, say in the words Of, metallica kill them all.
Speaker 1: Hello, okay go.
Speaker 5: TOO i don't know WHAT i like? Better CAN i.
Speaker 2: Just say It's Kendrick lamar, said, also kill them all dead bodies in the, hallway the all, three thank, you thank, YOU i Love we both arrived in the same, Place, ashley but we got there roads we all.
Speaker 1: We all land love.
Speaker 4: It say that while we're talking of vile, men and we've been talking about vile men on The, traders Specifically, Coulton like in the, world what world are we into where we're just like not even talking About Michael.
Speaker 2: Rapaport why don't they put him on the show and then they had him back or watch what. HAPPENS i didn't understand how that it was going to be that difficult to get rid of. Him and it was crazy that many people that did not know his legacy of being that, terrible they were shocked at how. Annoying he was in that. Castle they were, like he's gotta be a. Trader i've never seen a more antagonistic. Man and they were, like he's not a. Trader, well we ain't never taken him.
Speaker 5: All the way, right exactly and, Exactly.
Speaker 4: Michael rap contexts That imani didn't.
Speaker 1: Have AND i know this is.
Speaker 4: SOMEBODY i was a teenager in the. NINETIES i listened To Howard stern all the. Time, culturally that's what you. Did Michael rappaport was in a fantasy football group with the guys from The Stern, show so like the most obnoxious guys in the, world and they actually kicked him out of the fantasy football league because he's that. Terrible, Like Michael rappaport did not do anything for the. Camera that is who he.
Speaker 2: Is, well, YEAH i was trying To i've been trying to understand Why bravo keeps him. Around when he caught a black Woman ashy and called her a character on her own show in front of millions of, viewers as if he, could, like was kind of crazy to. Me there's just a WAY i don't like when men treat women, like you, know, characters especially when you're in our, space, baby this is my arena exact. EXACTLY i can Call kingya stole cold, bitch FOR i have a, reason baby. Boy you cannot like you. CANNOT i get very upset when people are too, hard especially men are too, hard or treat women like they are just characters that they can criticize without a humane, lens because then they get reckless at the lips and now we're all in, trouble that we're all, fighting that we're all in a, tiff you, know AND i don't really want to deal with.
Speaker 2: That so when he did that With kingya years, ago when he caught her a villain and said you were cast it as the villain and all these, things AND i was, like, WHAT i, THINK i respectfully disagree with you even talking about this. Anymore and you, know and that's just unfortunately part of the space that we're in where there are almost equally if not, more men who talk about the shows that we watch with primarily women ensemble. Cast then there are women and so you're not, wrong and that's why it's so important that we the girlies do get together when we are in especially when there are complex situations happening where you need to have that womanly human lens of not talking about women as solely, characters but still being able to read them and give them the.
Speaker 2: Business there's never been a time where that has been more hard until right, now which is actually a reason that we are here, today, y'all and that is to talk about The housewives Of Potomac Reunion part.
Speaker 1: ONE i really thought that would.
Speaker 2: Need a specific lens the moment THAT i Saw karen was going to be an attendance and they put her on that seating. CHART i even feel like that's WHEN i was, Like, okay, y'all will you come on and talk To Potomac reunion with of, course because this is gonna have a layer of criminality that we've never seen before when we got two.
Speaker 1: Players because we Have.
Speaker 2: Wendy, also, Yeah i've never seen this layer. BEFORE i got time to be A Bravo it's such a time to be A bravo. FAN i want to start off out up front with SO i don't forget Because i've been thinking about this since like the middle of the freaking. Night Ashley darby not beating those mean allegations this, Year she's really not because the whole LIKE i could catch jail From wendy And karen be an assassiated with her and her being so nasty this, season y'all remember last season she also brought a picture Of karen to trol her not being there.
Speaker 1: Because she had the, jail. RIGHT i forgot about.
Speaker 2: THAT i was, like, oh, no you've been in a mean space for a, minute, girl you cannot catch. Jail are you doing? Crimes then you should be able to be calm so. DOWN i would always.
Speaker 3: Tick Waxid ashley IF i was on this, cast especially because she was married To Michael, darby to me like. Abundant i'm just, Like, ashley you have no space to even be collecting anybody because you were married To Michael, darby who literally said you wanted to a literal goblin who wanted to Offer Juan dixon.
Speaker 5: Filatio we didn't talk about that enough and didn't talk about and.
Speaker 1: Slapping assids that were in criminal.
Speaker 2: Courts just because it was, dismissed however that, happened doesn't mean there wasn't a complaint.
Speaker 1: Filed AND i have never had complaints filed about. Me, no it's not like it's that. Common that complaint was dismissed in, court but filed it was also so and if that was not, dismissed could he have not been doing jail because you have not caught the jail from a known. Exactly you know. WHAT i Wish cannas was on this.
Speaker 3: SEASON i really, do because really you always Had ashley's, number and she did.
Speaker 2: Get On traders this season. THOUGH i was so proud of. HER i, Said, candas it's good to see your. Babes i'll, know it's good to see.
Speaker 5: You forget that read And i'm just, like thank, You.
Speaker 3: Candace When ashley kept, saying, well your mom bought your, home and she was, like, oh do you not want to provide generational wealth for your?
Speaker 2: Children, okay isn't that not why you want their dad to buy the house for? You and at that he starts that you're not a president or Oh i'm, sorry.
Speaker 1: RIGHT i feel like people get.
Speaker 4: That.
Speaker 1: Yeah With monique that in such a different.
Speaker 4: PLACE i THINK i THINK i would have loved to have Seen candace this, season but bringing her back next, season With monique in a great place in her life and with the, cast and then Bringing candas, ON i feel like they are in such different places than obviously why they're both not on the show in, directly, yeah, directly BUT i think it's time AND i would love to see them in a space together.
Speaker 1: Again me, TOO i do.
Speaker 2: TOO i don't know If canas will ever, return because one thing about That ashley is she is not beating those me and girl. ALLEGATIONS i am seeing a lot of you, know the fodder online of asking for, her especially after this performance Of part, one for her to be demoted to a friend OF i will say that since the only thing she did this season was troll other people on the cast a Lah, A Heather gay or, whatever, like not really giving us anything. ELSE i don't even think we stepped footing her home like more than what to get ready For.
Speaker 2: PRIDE i think that was. IT i think that was the only time that we stepped in the house like. That other than, that we were just watching her collect fake, information bring bet to the other people.
Speaker 1: And, talk you, know and expose her mom And.
Speaker 2: Jessica, no it's giving friend of ye still do the messy girl job as a friend of, RIGHT i guess that's all you want to.
Speaker 1: DO i thought we were going to get so much more out Of.
Speaker 4: Gizelle when we got rid Of, ROBIN i thought we would really get her personality and as, somebody because in the first few, Seasons ashley And giselle were my, favorites and now every SEASON i just don't need them more and more to WHERE i think a friend of role because they are part of the, group they are part of the. World BUT i just don't know if they're bringing housewife like we're just not getting enough about their. Life it's just them talking about everybody. Else it's, LIKE i want to see what.
Speaker 1: You, Do, like what do you? Do what do you? CONTRIBUTE i THINK i MISS i think the good THING i think That SOMETHING I i like That giselle did at least this season on the reunion is that she talked about how like the lag.
Speaker 2: For her this season really Was karen's. Absence she realized herself how Much karen there and sparring with her as they've been doing the last fifteen plus years being in this mommy. Group like that first, season though the season was not a House swift, season didn't feel like A housewift, season that raw chemistry was there Between karen And, giselle starting with the, cookies like they were battling the who want a cookie? Contest what, like it was amazing back, then and so her not having. THAT i think a large part of Who gazelle is, though is a tennis player in, personality like she needs someone.
Speaker 1: To go at it, with and it was not going to Be ashley this.
Speaker 2: Year and these other, women, HONESTLY i don't think they See gizelle as a threat enough that they even need to go after her for whatever. Reason they know she's a staple of enough that she's like they don't need. To BUT i think that she was like Without, KAREN i don't really know what to talk about like and she. Not she didn't give us her. Man she never, Will she's never not doing. That but also her And ashley are mix mixmatched in power and in what it is that we are the viewers are watching, for whereas we also didn't Get giselle's.
Speaker 2: Life giselle's funny is Hall ashley not so. Much she has orchestrated one liners that she does in. Confessionals she has seven out of ten good, looks you, know which she does her, best but it's mainly, average some great and then some like almost, there like.
Speaker 1: Hair, gray outfit not.
Speaker 2: Whatever giselle doesn't look, good funny as, hell both in the moment out of the moment in the, reunion off the, reunion she is a funny. Lady the fact that like AND i hate to be out of, order but the fact That andy is like Asking wendy about real, things her mugshow all these. Things she's giving an awful performance to the viewers and the. Judge giselle, goes is that why the wig was like? THAT i, said is that? Really what was the first up on your? Mind And jozelle's, LIKE i have been waiting a long time to know.
Speaker 2: Free i'm supportive of, YOU i want you to be, well but we what is?
Speaker 1: That? Agreed what was?
Speaker 5: THAT i Think gazelle can be means sometimes.
Speaker 3: Too the only thing the thing THAT i Give giselle, though is like her daughters. Are IF i could have, DAUGHTERS i would want them to be just like a door angel And, Grace, grace thank.
Speaker 1: You they're good.
Speaker 3: Girls and so that makes me think, that like there's something In gizelle That i'm, like she raised three Beautiful.
Speaker 2: Yeah so, yeah, ABSOLUTELY i mean you got to think about a lot of. Things, also she was a pastor's, wife there's a lot of oppression in The Black.
Speaker 1: Church they're just is. Organized religion is one, thing H i see you WHEN.
Speaker 2: I reach you A black mega, church it's a whole another like The Mormon church ain't got nothing, On like what kind of restrictions The black mega church experience is going?
Speaker 1: On The Black church experience.
Speaker 2: Overall but when you make it, big, honey the, PRESSURES i actually can't imagine what it is that gisell like must have went.
Speaker 1: Through that that stone cold.
Speaker 2: Exterior because nobody is going to destroy you or try to more like.
Speaker 1: With the tongue than a person a woman in The black. Church that's a, fact, right are usher as you walk down the, aisle that's we're gonna get it the. Worst you're gonna be, like, baby do you need a prayer? Cloth because that skirt is a little.
Speaker 5: Bit little bit yep yep.
Speaker 3: No and also isn't there a lot of going on With jamal too with his new.
Speaker 5: WIFE i would printed that's.
Speaker 3: Not yourselle's business so MUCH i would be inclined to bring that up on the show just to be.
Speaker 1: But also isn't it because it needs to be her?
Speaker 2: Business because didn't he like enter your daughters into some nice restaurant situations exactly that we were all, like baby wanted to See nicki minaj tickets easily five hundred dollars or, less, right and you give her debt and more.
Speaker 1: Than socials you need or Social security? Number what was? That? Okay?
Speaker 5: Right so that's Why i'm, like why don't we talk about.
Speaker 2: That let's talk about the, scams about abundant on poto. Me let's let's talk about the. Scams because they love to talk about who got. Caught in, FACT i Think ashley Thou doff protests too much and you don't want us looking at you too, hard SO i think you need to calm.
Speaker 1: Down and keep it quiet with. THAT i don't want to catch jail. Attitude let's look Into michael's finances.
Speaker 4: In. JAIL i don't you know, why BECAUSE i actually. DON'T i mean.
Speaker 5: Carpenter arrest, me that's arrest me at the.
Speaker 1: JAIL i mean at the front row. Arrest that's. Different you could arrest.
Speaker 4: ME i have my Hopefully sabrina hey, girl, yeah.
Speaker 2: Okay so we start off with a cute little sit down and by, QUE i, mean, now what the hell was?
Speaker 1: This that's WHAT i, Said wendy.
Speaker 2: Sat down With eddie And WENDY i THINK i don't know the it looked like, her didn't sound like. Her y'all won't let that. Up they're like that baby, voice, baby what's? Happening, yes don't know what happened.
Speaker 1: There it was.
Speaker 2: Giving it WAS i think she really wanted to. Appear, see here's the. THING i think people forget they're both. ATTORNEYS i did forget About.
Speaker 1: Wendy, yeah and she is.
Speaker 2: Also so if you watch lawyer, shows what are the chances jury prep? Like these are the things that they'd be like if you think about whenever we watch a true crime or study, that they're, like, oh, well they wanted her to change this because of the jury and change that and talk this and do. That they thought that In adobe wasn't gonna be like like because of all the outfits or.
Speaker 1: Whatever but, whatever.
Speaker 2: That is not something like how they're perceived by the. Public it's something they have been actually trained to be concerned, about which is WHY i think That, also the way that she has handled the narrative of what's happened and told the story has changed so drastically every time because she's sitting down With. Eddie there's not a lot of, remorse but there is a lot of grief. Happening there is a lot of shame. Happening that's a great way to say. It and it is then projected onto by way of do you think this is going to affect our?
Speaker 1: MARRIAGE i, said she, said, baby are you going in for this or?
Speaker 2: What that's? TRUE i didn't think of, That And i'm, like, oh, okay so she's. Soft she wants people to think that she, is LIKE i hit. IT i was swept up and caught up in, it AND i just don't. Understand but my thing IS i want to know once we gets to, court did you respond to the? Email because THEN i don't feel like you're not culpable unless it went to your spam and you never saw, it then what is what?
Speaker 1: Is? So then who's was he stealing your? Identity you're making you pay him oliver or whatever the hell was he? Still because then that's a federal. Crime that's the.
Speaker 2: Probs let's talk about that or where you pay him And Eddie hennessy together in which case did you respond to the? Email and then which case why are you asking him this? Question and talking to him like you are a victim Of eddie's bad. Behavior because let me tell you, Something i'm not here to cape for a. Man BUT i do not believe That eddie is acting solo by himself or at all other than.
Speaker 1: Them no.
Speaker 2: WAY i think she's so culpable if not for the fact that she needed that, money, liquid cash fast all the, time to keep the happy and nests nice and, plump to keep the extensions nice and. New even at this, reunion this was a new, wig, gorgeous Gorge she looks.
Speaker 1: GORGEOUS i was. SHOCKED i, said what is this is a? Fit you look good for, jail but we are on fraud. CHARGES i would have worn something. Different that's MAYBE i would have gone Marry cosby. RAD i would have been, different would.
Speaker 3: Have been a bit more buttoned, up a bit more, honest more.
Speaker 5: Mindful a little.
Speaker 4: BIT i would have been wearing something that was, like clearly from a place that people a.
Speaker 1: Ponytail and a bun and something from White, house Black. Market i'd be wearing something from The. Gap, yeah something That Michelle obama also would.
Speaker 4: Wear, okay first of, all, again Happy Black History, month And i'm sorry while we're speaking Of Michelle, obama do you guys see her talk About Jersey?
Speaker 1: Housewives? NO i love That michelle is in the. Gutter we too to know That i'm WATCHING tv That michelle. Tastes she said she was someone her, brother she'd be, like oh, NO i stay with the love and. Hair BUT i, Said, michelle why AM i not coming over Your calorama? Home why ARE i gonna get? Girl let's talk wait on the boba and let's talk get on the. Pie who doesn't want to Interview michelle about her thoughts and theories on?
Speaker 2: HOUSEWISE i would give my left. TITTY i SWEAR i would be one titty they have.
Speaker 1: So she has a full set. Boom won't give her our Boot. Michelle anything listening to this that has connections To Michelle obama and or a surgeon who can do this, Tastefully.
Speaker 5: Paul, Nasev terry.
Speaker 1: Debrou, somebody whatever the. A can it look good? Too?
Speaker 2: Like can we get like a good filter on it for WHEN i am? Uniboobed we can make this? Work can we just see?
Speaker 1: This? Well? Last you need surgery at? This we're? Filter what?
Speaker 2: Filtered what Does angel? Use which CHAT gpt Does? Angel can we talk about because it's not.
Speaker 1: HER i don't.
Speaker 2: Care now here's the THING i wrote in my. Notes, yes they are being very mean to this, lady very and that's not. Her that's, you.
Speaker 3: GUYS i, THOUGHT i don't think she looks that, different and Maybe I'm. JADA i don't think.
Speaker 1: Different but it looks quite not like.
Speaker 2: HER i think it looks like a version of her face tune version of. Her BUT i think of her the WAY i think of these, pictures the WAY i see When Gretchen rossy was like big people facing AND i was, LIKE i know That's, gretchen but she has no. Nostrils that's HOW i feel we're. At we're face tuning to the point of, recognition but not. Recognizable LIKE i know who you, are you Are Angel, massy BUT i don't recognize.
Speaker 1: YOU i don't know.
Speaker 2: You it's so hot to, Me, Bobby but ALSO i think she is so. HOT i actually just wish that she would not do the tear facing. Pictures she's a Body, yabbi.
Speaker 4: Right, yeah there's also a lot of weight since the show, aired and that makes me, Sad LIKE i just EXACTLY i hate that.
Speaker 1: When they do. That we got happy in next the very next, year, booty but waste everything like we were getting the whole we were getting a whole kit In. Kabudo it happens every.
Speaker 2: Year what did you guys think Of andy Warning stacey to not let like the season of standout star of housewives get to her head because the second season is always like the pitfall, season And i'm like one that means he is very aware That Heather gay And liah McSweeney and the list goes on had a terrible second. Season even some one, notors like for, Instance Bronn windenberg her first season, likable, fun ninety seven, kids maybe a, lesbian we don't, know having, threesomes, naked breastfeeding for twenty.
Speaker 2: Years second, season people wanted her, out get the, fuck get her out of, here go. Away they wanted her gone. IMMEDIATELY i want to, say same thing with uh what is her?
Speaker 1: Name? Noela same thing if she was on, nothing she.
Speaker 2: Was on their two. Seasons then the second season was like, like it's it's a. Thing what do you think About? Stacey like literally he tried to humble her in the, moment like you Were Vanity fairs number one earlyer of The, year WHICH i also thought, deserved AND i think we should do a follow up article For Vanity fair after this, reunion because, BABY i.
Speaker 1: Face to my dog couldn't stop. Laughing she, GOES i even face tune my. Dog, oh you better make her feel comfortable for face tune and. Everything what a good, Woman. Stacy what do you?
Speaker 4: THINK i Hope andy knows how much is a community we Love stacy flaws and all we.
Speaker 1: LOVE i don't think she's gonna change, herself SO i THINK i don't.
Speaker 4: Think, YEAH i think he knows how much she's beloved and wants to keep her in good standing with the. Community AND i think that's what it was. Like people are Like andy has his. FAVORITES i think it's clear That stacy is one of his.
Speaker 1: Favorites, YEAH i don't know he.
Speaker 3: DOES i don't know what she could possibly do next season that would have her have a flall From, grace BECAUSE i feel like this Is stacy SO.
Speaker 1: I, too especially in this, field if that makes.
Speaker 2: IT i think that she even kind of hinted to that because they were, like we're not not seeing THE Qvc, stacy.
Speaker 1: And they were, like, yeah but like you were at. Work she was like, yeah And i'm at work right, now are we?
Speaker 2: Not do we all hang out outside of this new in which case she was, like this is, work. Boom AND i think that's the difference is THAT i think that what happened With Heather, gay for, instance And leah McSweeney is That leah came on strong thinking it was she was, herself got the reaction that she wanted and was like because she was more. Relatable whenever they put the relatable person on the, show that's when they're, like, OH i didn't think that would be the standout, star and then they become the non relatable.
Speaker 2: Person AND i Think stacy, yeah. Yep AND i Think stacey started as low key non, relatable like that was kind of already where we, were, like she was already not, relatable but like so her lack of relatability only, increased but so did like the awe and the spectacle of like then what is she like if we're not one of?
Speaker 1: Her you, man like, DAMN i like to just just say, Stuff.
Speaker 2: Stacy and that's why we like watching even HER v because she's been and she was, LIKE i think that shows You i've been. Myself i've been like this a long Time i'm gonna sell. You i'm gonna sell you talk about, drama.
Speaker 4: RIGHT i feel LIKE i know WHO i, am solable and WHO i, am BUT i do feel like there were versions of, Me like WHEN i go to, Church i'm going to be At, ashley whereas IF i go to the, Bar i'm gonna be a different version Of.
Speaker 1: ASHLEY i used to teach elementary. School that was a version of me THAT i. Got what grade DID i know? THAT i don't KNOW i taught it BECAUSE i think so.
Speaker 2: WE i think you were on my show OR i was on your show a long, time long time, ago AND i really feel LIKE i was pursuing my teaching situation, then SO i can't imagine that we did not know what GREAT.
Speaker 4: I used to TEACH k through. FIVE i taught, everything BUT i haven't taught.
Speaker 1: Years oh, YEAH i love that for. You that's my, goal my.
Speaker 2: JOB i would love to make this so like sustainable THAT i don't have to go back to the leaving in the middle of the day because the girl he can't get past the headache and the, sniffles is, Like i'm so over. It ALTHOUGH i love third, graders shout out to them very Funes, NO i did. Too i'll think of them, finally WHEN i scroll through the. Yearbook, okay that's Where i'm, At i'll reminisk thank you so, much and. Listen the more we keep giving these girls the, business the CLOSER i am toda, dream which is exactly WHY i found it very interesting to See wendy go from super like quiet church, Mouse i'm the victim in one to marveling at her situation With andy at the reunion and talking about, it almost like she went on an, experience like on an excursion In.
Speaker 1: Mexico she's, like can you, imagine, like, yeah did you? Know?
Speaker 2: Yeah they ACTUALLY i did not know that About. Chill you wouldn't if you don't go, often you know WHAT i. Mean and so it's, Like i'm curious what she thinks the public feels about, this BECAUSE i think how she's playing, it it makes me feel like she is unsure of how we care what we think about, this because she's not.
Speaker 1: Really airing on any side of.
Speaker 2: Anything she's kind of talking about it like it's this thing that happened to her and not something that happened because of her.
Speaker 1: ACTIONS i.
Speaker 5: AGREE i wonder if she's online and like tuned in BECAUSE.
Speaker 1: I, mean for, me this was posting pictures when she goes to vacation post a fraud.
Speaker 5: Charge crazy.
Speaker 1: CRAZY i don't she's playing it.
Speaker 3: Wrong BUT i Liked wendy the most this, season which is what's so, sucky BECAUSE i, MEAN i don't know how she comes back from, This LIKE i think a lot from What i've seen, online a lot of people were Enjoying wendy this, Season so it really really sucks, that like when she got to the height this happened like it's so like iron.
Speaker 2: It's that floor to see them ceiling, marble because that's what she thought that they would focus on and care, about which.
Speaker 5: Is all nobody cares besides her give a.
Speaker 1: Shit about a home. RENOVATION i, KNOW i tell, you being real and being. Yourself spending one hundred thousand dollars on marble for the walls is not something THAT i really care that much about.
Speaker 5: One where they're so who cares?
Speaker 2: Exactly, also you KNOW i TOLD i said this before on my. Show FAMOUSLY i live in THE dmv And i've lived in THE dmv most of my life and moving from the house that she had the first seasons that she was on the show to the house that she has now for about a third of the. Price lets me know where your financial standing was before we even, knew because she did that while on the Show wow after making more money her home In rockville today when she sold, it but if she had it, today over one point five million dollars we're looking at, too where she moved To smooth an hour plus.
Speaker 2: Away and don't let them be traffic on one of the three highways you have to get on to get to where she, is maybe four in like three counties over maybe and not saying this is like a low, amount but think of the significant difference between one point five to two million to WHAT i would say about like maybe five hundred thousand to seven hundred and fifty, thousand which is not something to sneeze. At but she could not afford the same home where she was where you were was actually the. Accomplishment but where they were In rockville was.
Speaker 2: Normal that's what they could get with their normal, accomplishments which one are a. Lot girlies aren't owning homes In, rockville especially not black. People at two point five million dollars or whatever they, Exist they largely have had equity beforehand or. Something oh they got bags like, that but it's not like that wasn't an accomplishment of its.
Speaker 1: Own like where they were was the.
Speaker 2: Accomplishment but that was her lawyer and professor, money not her drug, money you, know other, money housewife money dripping in all the. Things money that was The we did good by the standards of Our nigerian parents and families who wanted us to be multi doctorate and. Great which was the, Flex which is WHAT i, Thought. Wendy we all agreed on that the flex was the four degrees and the fact that you owned this home In.
Speaker 1: Rockville she was the closest to The potomac of all of. Them.
Speaker 4: Right the coolest thing is that she was a woman who actually had these hard degrees and all the other materialistic stuff didn't matter because she had the, Husband she has the beautiful, babies she has.
Speaker 5: The ass everything on, papers her.
Speaker 1: Children that's WHY i loved. Her her children are purchased, Garant, no they're Literally carter And cameron are some of the cutest. Kids like those little boys when they were like little boys and they like went throwing footballs in the park or something like two three seasons. AGO i was, like, listen these cutie. PATUITIES i love.
Speaker 4: Them they're so Fanti ashley's, House, like let them come play with.
Speaker 1: ME i will.
Speaker 2: Go SO i kind of don't want to see the. Tears i'm sorry because we didn't think about. That we didn't think about our kids more than we thought about how the public perceived.
Speaker 1: Us when she said at.
Speaker 4: The, reunion the boy being in the back seat saying like, her the kid learning that his mom and dad were at jail at, school and then she was like, saying, like where were you.
Speaker 1: THAT i was there at. Night it was. Everywhere it was on all the local.
Speaker 2: Blogs we have some pretty big like local blogs The Moco show shout out to, him like we have.
Speaker 1: A lot of. Them it was. Everywhere it was like.
Speaker 2: You weren't you weren't looking away from, that like that was happening on every news everywhere around, us And, nay, children we're.
Speaker 1: At, exactly so it's going.
Speaker 4: Exactly i'm on their, radar their teacher looking at it on their planning.
Speaker 1: Periods that would have been one of the. Teachers exist we are on thousand and fifty percent part of the reason that we go to school and we get through the day so we can talk shit about the niche things that the girlies are interested, in because.
Speaker 2: Primarily educators are the, girlies all. Right we're the ones taking care of your, kids the ones who watch a ton of true, crime and we read all the apatars and all the fantasy, books and we watch The traders and we do the, stuff and we know Who candace, is and we love how we Think rob is cute with the, pout and we think.
Speaker 1: That wendy is out of her goddamn.
Speaker 2: MIND i, MEAN i haven't talked to one that hasn't EVERYBODY i know Things wendy's out of her goddamn.
Speaker 1: Mine well in the thuties like she's not at no.
Speaker 4: Point AND i would love to be educated if somebody would like to slip into the comments and tell me WHERE i missed my. Research But i've not read anything About wendy And eddie saying they're, innocent that these things never. Happened it's all just like the way the data was collected and the evidence there being loopholes and this and. That it's all about how the case wasn't presented correctly and Wasn't.
Speaker 1: They're like, lawyers that's the we are.
Speaker 4: Innocent never they just want not.
Speaker 2: Guilty they're, like well they didn't do blah blah, blah so they should get it thrown. Out they'll be just happy with their technicality it was say nothing about their character though it hasn't changed, Anything BUT i feel like she would act like it Did i've been. Exonerated but ALSO i do raise even. MYSELF i raised. Myself what housewife who's been in legal trouble won't doesn't think of it like that whenever something is dismissed on, him Like i'm, thinking even Like Erica jane, right they do feel like they're, exonerated even though it doesn't exonerate.
Speaker 2: Them not the thing in the documentation, says you are not tell, liable you were not. Culpable you didn't Know, erica you didn't do, it you didn't, participate you didn't look the other, way you didn't put.
Speaker 1: Up with, it. Whatever none of the evidence supports.
Speaker 2: That so saying that to have this all behind me and all these things because it just gets dismissed or he.
Speaker 1: Gets, sentenced it doesn't excuse that thought. Bubble it just gets you out of the heat of having to answer to. It, constantly AND.
Speaker 2: I think They'd wendy And eddie are going TO i THINK i actually think they're gonna both play this very.
Speaker 1: Differently even though they just put their cases back.
Speaker 2: TOGETHER i think that in doing, that they kind of have to be a united.
Speaker 1: Front sure they can't FEIGN.
Speaker 2: Gil sure they can't say that you know they did something or admit, guil but there also was no victim, technically so they don't have to Say i'm. Sorry usually it's that you can't admit they're sorry to Have gil and lawyers tap in, here but, like ultimately she can at least be, LIKE i don't understand how we got to this, place OR i think that you, know our truth will come, out but you, know it's just we're going through SOMETHING i made poor choices, ANYTHING i actually think it would help. You never at a time in history as someone denounced something and the judge has liked.
Speaker 1: That but usually the judge is. Watching you're on camera.
Speaker 2: Appearances, Hello Abby miller went to jail because the judge watched. It the judge Watched Dance moms and sent her ass to. Jail wasn't gonna but did and, said, huh, well this lady's a bad. Lady she doesn't have any remorse sent my ass to The, rocky and so maybe we should be a little mindful of the fact that the girlies are. Watching they are clocked in that it's part of the, research and don't even be acting like you're it's a marvel that you went to jail and talking about it With andy as if you went to The caves Of loray or.
Speaker 2: Whatever it's crazy to. ME i feel like they're gonna play that and be like you're on. There she thinks of it as a. Vacation clearly one day was not.
Speaker 1: Enough we think you should impose the highest freaking sentence blah blah, blah which is pretty.
Speaker 5: HIGH i hope not because for.
Speaker 1: THEM i hope it for their children THAT i think we're gonna.
Speaker 2: Do it's gonna be seven is the most she could get for is what she'll be. Told she might have a Gin shaw situation where she'll come out in one or, two AND i think they'll stagger them because that he's gonna probably likely get a bigger.
Speaker 1: SENTENCE i think they will stagger.
Speaker 4: Them that's WHAT i, hope, because of, course for the, children you don't want them to.
Speaker 1: Until then with the, aunts you, know.
Speaker 4: With them do if we could do The joe Gidj teresa thing that while the other reasons the children and red, swop that would BE i think the.
Speaker 1: Best thing for the family and the.
Speaker 4: Kids it's what's best for the children at this, point Not Eddie.
Speaker 2: CAM i do feel bad For. CAM i feel bad for all of the. BABIES i really.
Speaker 1: Do it. BREAKS i almost want to be really my heart From.
Speaker 5: Florida come, come boys and Cam.
Speaker 2: Baby i'm right over, here right around the, corner right around the. Corner i'll come get.
Speaker 4: YOU i make you for, dinner will make you feel, special like you can tell me everything they Gat you don't need to tell me, Anything like we can just play video games if that makes you feel.
Speaker 1: Better LIKE i just want those kids to be, okay me.
Speaker 3: Too and they're gonna feel like they have, to especially as young black, Boys they're gonna feel like they have to shoulder. IT i hope they don't feel like. THAT i hope they can feel like they can express themselves and show. Emotion they don't have to be.
Speaker 5: Tough like this.
Speaker 1: Sucks you're.
Speaker 5: Young this.
Speaker 1: Sucks, no it really does.
Speaker 2: Suck not to mention and, again we can't take the racial component out of. It They're, nigerian, Right? Okay and where they. LIVE i don't know exactly where the three kids go to. SCHOOL i think they go to private. SCHOOL i almost hope that they, do because in the county that they're in minority is putting it lightly where they're, at, Right and SO i am not trusting.
Speaker 1: Kids to be handling this with any amount of.
Speaker 2: GRACE i, mean let me just Say i've taked black kids three month power points in third grade classrooms for now four. Years and let me it's not like it is always that. Easy things slip out of kids', mouths whether they know it or, not unintentionally or intentionally in which And i'm TEACHING.
Speaker 1: Dc, okay let me just put it that.
Speaker 2: Way it's about as multicultural everybody up and there we are the. WORLD i teach you literally right by embassy. Rows so kids are from all over the, world and that's.
Speaker 1: Happening.
Speaker 2: Okay so imagine they're one of three in the, class maybe in the. Grade it's not. Great it's not AND i worry about. That BUT i also am like looking at the, parents like your job is? Duper was it more important that you had the burkin and if, so scam, Better i'm, sorry put it, away put it somewhere. Else why AM i seeing you wear the ring allegedly in this? REUNION i just said.
Speaker 1: THAT i was, like, GIRL i don't understand.
Speaker 4: The value that these people have in materialistic, things like to have a like A Chanelle sea on your, shirt having that much value when you're.
Speaker 2: Wearing your face, KIDS i just Don't.
Speaker 1: Derinda everybody's got. Face didn't you want? To we once have the same. Silence go rent the runway like everybody, ELSE i don't quite and we have a great rent The runway like. They we don't have a lot of style in THE, dmv but we do have a lot of.
Speaker 2: Money no one is. Stylish gisella's not the only. One we are probably the least style centered Place i've ever. SEEN i don't even care that much about. Style we don't care about. Style if someone is dressed the way Like Brown winner the girlies are, Dressed we're confused in the real, world, Right but we.
Speaker 1: Do have a lot of, money so that means the designers are.
Speaker 2: Abundant you can get a burkin at all A sacks Off Fifth avenue In Rockville pike for like FIVE.
Speaker 1: K you can do, It.
Speaker 2: Wendy you don't have to spend fifteen twenty. Thirty you don't have to rob you.
Speaker 1: Don't exactly exactly go to the off, fifth go to the demon's last.
Speaker 5: Call you're speaking.
Speaker 1: Rack first of, All, YEAH i love A nordy.
Speaker 2: Rat and OH i have one zero point seventy five miles.
Speaker 1: Away and she knows. It nordy knows she's close to, me AND i Know i'm close To that's dangerous listener. Rack During christmas, TIME i don't even. Live my wife is, like don't you Ever you're still you're still paying for that.
Speaker 2: One you're Still let me go get another little, treat another little, gift.
Speaker 1: Exactly, Like, wendy you could have done.
Speaker 2: That get you some, nice cute LITTLE i, MEAN i saw all kinds of designers up in.
Speaker 1: There there you. Go you got To.
Speaker 2: Chloe, Sunglasses salvatore and all the things we didn't need to. Do all this is What i'm, saying because to see you cry over it now is like hard because hindsight is twenty, twenty but it should have not.
Speaker 1: BEEN i don't have.
Speaker 2: Kids my hinds was twenty, twenties but you got it like you have. CHILDREN i need you to stick with, it need you to be on. Board shed this cyke reed is one of the Seven deadly. Sins she had it all.
Speaker 4: Is and but she didn't have, chanel she didn't have a burken and so she went and stole it and then she lost it.
Speaker 2: All, yeah and now she's talking about being picked. Up which last THING i really wanted to, mention which is very. Important did y'all Believe wendy when she told them the story of how she got? Arrested BECAUSE i did, not that's not the reporting THAT i READ herd saw any of.
Speaker 1: It was giving a little narrative.
Speaker 2: Rewrite because we need it to public the public, persona like the persona of what's. Happening it needs to be perceived like something went down a certain, way a, nap you, know a, palm all these. Things BUT i don't feel LIKE i believe. HER i actually feel Like wendy was lying a lot through talking about this because she hasn't landed on a narrative, yet which is kind of, upsetting but it's the lawyer.
Speaker 1: Approach you haven't landed on a.
Speaker 2: Defense and because she hasn't figured out their defense, yet like their lawyers haven't figured out their.
Speaker 1: Defense she doesn't really have a.
Speaker 2: Story it's just the whatever the facts are and whatever they can't find information about or not. Much they're like filling in the, holes which whatever looks makes them look the best as. Possible so she can sit and Tell andy right next to, her which sidebar wasn't that lol that he Told, giselle you're sitting next To. Wendy, okay now that.
Speaker 3: Again she's finally first chair and now look exactly it's so.
Speaker 1: Crazy but also she's finally first chair because she went to. Jail, well you know, what whatever she was gonna be, before if it wasn't first, chair it is.
Speaker 3: NOW i guess it just goes to show be careful what you wish, for you just get.
Speaker 1: It that's what you and them.
Speaker 4: Saying it's just about to, say you're speaking my, language and that language is and, Culture.
Speaker 1: Zinger my language is Pussycat. Dolls i've seen all the things about.
Speaker 2: THEM i follow WHEN i tell You i'm in the gutter of television and pop. Culture there's so few things that are not a niche THAT i haven't tried on for size ry Like.
Speaker 1: Robin anton doing.
Speaker 2: Anything went through a stage WHERE i watched Everything Robin anton did BECAUSE i LOVED i thought she was cuckoo.
Speaker 1: Crazy same With Janis. Dickerson before we get out of, HERE i know where this.
Speaker 2: Is so this part one Of potomac was, great very, funny very. Quippi we had a lot of things. Happen we have a lot.
Speaker 1: More to go my mind all, week.
Speaker 2: And by all, WEEK i mean the last twenty four hours and before before the documentary came.
Speaker 5: OUT i knew.
Speaker 1: THIS i bet it is. HERE i have not. Finished so we're not going to get into the, wheeze the nitty.
Speaker 2: Gritty but, like, obviously have you WATCHED i, said with a joking, gesture THE antm documentary.
Speaker 1: Series watched them.
Speaker 3: ALL i watched them all last night AND i was threading up a.
Speaker 1: Storm it made me SO i can't Not, yeah it made. Me the RESPECT i had For tyro wasn't.
Speaker 5: HIGH i have even.
Speaker 2: LESS i haven't Even i'm one of the most unfortunate souls that used to watch The Tyra show every day after middle. School, REALLY i went home every day and watched, her and Then Wendy.
Speaker 5: Williams she has no accountability.
Speaker 2: Me shaped me to the point where when they showed different footages of her making these girls be, thin, thin, thin and not let them be whatever size they.
Speaker 1: Were but THEN i was watching live in the eighth, Grade fighting And Eating disorder from the seventh, grade from a competitive dance career that just went too. Far and when you are competitively.
Speaker 2: Dancing they do e check your, weight they do say you can't wear certain costumes because of the way it'll look or. Whatever so light and not booking work Because i'm also shorter And i've always been a thicker. Girl i'm Like fighting And Eating disorder With tyra screaming on the, internet and that ugly ass one piece kissed my fat. ASS i remember thinking then it was, ugly but proud of. HER i remember seeing the, cellulight seeing the booty and being, LIKE i am so proud of her for doing.
Speaker 1: This when it cut to that in, HERE i was, like she duped.
Speaker 3: Me oh, no watch part, three then messages BECAUSE i cried in part THREE i. Did, YEAH i don't want to spoil, Anything, okay thank, YOU i, Want But i'm so.
Speaker 1: Sad if it wasn't for the fact THAT i needed to record, this. Y'ALL i would have watched the third. PART i couldn't even wait for my wife.
Speaker 2: ANYMORE i was, like this is the most, captivating it's Elevating i've.
Speaker 1: Seen in a long. Time and did you see That?
Speaker 2: LISA i forget what her last name, is but y'all know who i'm talking about if you WATCH a AND tm.
Speaker 1: PERIOD i think she was like cycle two or, three you know here we're talking. ABOUT i didn't. Watch, yeah she said one that they still. Sugarcoated it left a lot of stuff, out which is. Crazy, actually my mouth was on the floor. Too she said they actually made it still seem like it was a lot lighter than it. Was it was way. Worse two she, said another, one or a real, one or one that she, supports a docu situation that she supports coming TO e.
Speaker 3: Soon, OKAY i heard there's gonna be another one with additional models.
Speaker 1: That are gonna be thinking about their.
Speaker 2: Experience AND i hope so BECAUSE i wasn't the one With tyra not in, it BECAUSE i think that in order to Sit tyra, DOWN i agree to sit can mock. Down they have to say certain things to get you to sit, down so that do make you will open up as much as, possible because the wow factor is That tyren set down for this and took no. Accountability but my problem with that method of getting people to sit down and not just keeping the authenticity of the, story of the people's story and like letting us be the judge of how much we wanted to see and in Now tyra thinks that it's a good time to fucking reboot the.
Speaker 3: Show, WELL i think That tyro was given a DIFFERENT i don't want to say, script but a different direction Than Miss Jay Jamnwell Nigel, Barker like they were filming two different shows and they mashed it. Together because the way That tyro was speaking and the way that them three were, speaking it's very Clear tyra thought this was a puff.
Speaker 1: Piece it absolutely yeahn't it was.
Speaker 2: NOT i, mean this is The. Jays i've always. WONDERED i knew this shit was hitting a. Fan when The jays left the, show, YEAH i was concerned and. Confused THEN i stayed. AROUND i actually REMEMBER i stopped watching that until cycle, Seventeen like that was a long. TIME i went far even AND i dipped in eighteen. NINETEEN i think like twenty two was the season that like it was two, technology they were bringing in, fans like it got.
Speaker 1: Desperate it felt Like tyra was getting very desperate at some.
Speaker 2: POINT i didn't like how she handled the transgender model on the. SHOW i remember that at the, time BUT i REMEMBER i was. THERE i remember when she got. BOOKED i was very happy for. HER i thought all of those things were. Great and then LIKE i also.
Speaker 1: Remember when like they rebooted it With Rito aura AND i loved. It, YEAH i thought it was. Great tyra hated that that it had the best ratings in three, years and she went she took it back the very next.
Speaker 2: Year tyra got an ego. Problem that's really it's gonna it's making for killer. Documentary but, wow does she have an ego? Problem, Yeah, ashley you need to watch. It in, general it's so.
Speaker 1: Good and THEN.
Speaker 4: I have a problem right now with the world as it. IS i can't have anything that's taking joy away from. Me hence My christmas tree being still up and it's Almost. MARCH i am not in a place WHERE i can have any joy taken from, me AND i have had so much joy even with all the negative. STUFF i JUST i don't know If i'm ready to Watch America's Not Next Top, model just As i'm not ready to take My christmas tree down LIKE i can't handle.
Speaker 3: It, Okay, WELL mani when you watch part, three message me or message and THEN i want.
Speaker 2: Your take BECAUSE i was super big on. It Hey, jackson you calm down and thought it was. Great, YES i do have a big puppy who was. Sleep but if he hears a dog, outside he actually loves to stick around WHENEVER i. Recording he came out of his room WHEN i said my greeting at the.
Speaker 1: Beginning he was like my. Cue, okay he, Said mom's doing that work video. Audience, yes he famously Likes housewives Of Beverly.
Speaker 2: Hills he famously Likes, potomac and he famously Likes Atlanta Salt Lake. City he will leave the. Room he doesn't like. IT i don't know what's. Happening it's like a TRY i try so. Hard but he also was seated for The America's Next Time model. Documentary i'm gonna get deeper into that on my next episode this week BECAUSE i haven't seen the third part, Yet, Bimani i'm gonna message you and ASK i understand BECAUSE i did also thread that me being a kid of the mid, nineties Like i'm truly. Azillennial i'm right in the.
Speaker 2: MIDDLE i turned thirty this, year like honestly were. Six, YEAH i love. THAT i, UNDERSTAND i, understand but like to have the nickelonean Dark side documentary in my lifetime and, This, yeah these are the two sectors of the world THAT i stayed the most stepped into in all of my, adolescents all of my middle in high. School and this was actually kind of. Traumatize it's like, Terrorist, No i'm losing everything good, Documentary i'm losing everything. Good i've Loved zoe one on, ONE I carly am in a.
Speaker 2: Show that's what raised, me the fact that all of those things are. Tainted now now.
Speaker 4: It's even did you see like And i'm sorry to bring up The epstein, stuff but even like the stores Like justice and LIKE i grew up like go and limited to LIKE i can't remember which one of those Creepers.
Speaker 1: Victoria's.
Speaker 2: Secret even the stories we shot worked For pink, right like.
Speaker 4: They were made for the male, gaze but not only a male, gaze but like a male. Gaze he's looking at, children which is even weird say everything everything is ruined right, now AND i just everything is ruined right.
Speaker 2: Now WHAT i will say is the autonomy that they did give all of these women in this.
Speaker 1: Show it was it read they did this like.
Speaker 2: A e behind the, Scenes like, yeah they did like an e True hollywood, story which is what got me into, documentaries and like back two thousand and they did this very very, well and like letting the women tell their, true authentic stories on how they were traumatized and letting them be the ones to Tell tyra she's a bullshitter and go To hale, love not just Letting tyral b. S the only person b sing here actually Is. Tyra everybody else is here to. Understand they're, like, so how do you feel about that, kid that person in black face holding A chinese baby thoughts.
Speaker 1: In an act?
Speaker 5: Sentence, yeah, Yeah AND i was, like, dang, yeah they went.
Speaker 1: There.
Speaker 4: Well i'm also part of The dancing with The stars, fandom and we Mentioned bachelor and the lowest of points In Bachelor. NATION a lot of people would say that the worst time In dancing with The stars was The tyra.
Speaker 1: Era OH i was gonna say the fact, that, yeah her being A we really got to stop letting her get away with. Stuff, so LIKE i, Said i'm gonna be talking about it With mark The Pink Pop box pretty, soon love him like love him so. Deeply we're gonna like be piloting a little weekly roundup of hot, tops housewives things like.
Speaker 2: That so as soon AS i see the part. Three but, like at this, POINT i can't not have like pop culture yallis like goddesses of the pop, culture like, headlines not have them on the show and be, like did you see the latest pop pop phenomena non? Documentary, YEAH i want six more. PARTS i have a lot more QUESTIONS i would. DO i would like.
Speaker 1: MORE i would like. MORE i know when you're in the, Headspace, ASHLEY i really think you reave. It you'll revisit and you'll be, like.
Speaker 2: DAMN i agree there Because i'm here to tell you and much to your GOOD tv point, EARLIER i almost argue it would bring you joy because of the, fact because it's not like Watching America's Next Top model now would bring anybody. JOY i felt uncomfortable even, then but watching it, now watching, this it's.
Speaker 1: Just purely good. Television.
Speaker 2: Again the, documentary how documentarian director is but shout out to, them big. One it's not about the. Scandal but like the set is, pretty it's not super. Dark it's not. Dark they're not trying to like make these only feel shamed or, anything make them reliving.
Speaker 1: Thing they have their power in.
Speaker 2: This they were empowering happy to sit down and read this tell their version of what the hell, happened because like THE nda has expired or. Whatever AND i think that is very compelling television and it's so interesting THAT i can't wait to come home and watch.
Speaker 1: It like that is good. Tv. THIS i turned off another show, today.
Speaker 4: Guys today that it's like too almost like two different, premises like the, like, yeah they got tire it in with her little fluff, piece but then everybody.
Speaker 2: Doesn't she doesn't look, good so she walks herself into every, trap like when they at one point they're interviewing this one person about the assault traumas and things that she went. Through AND i remember the Episode vivily it was the girl cheadad on her. Boyfriend they literally marketed it as the girl cheated on her, boyfriend.
Speaker 1: Which isn't even what.
Speaker 2: Happened we find out What but like the fact that that is what they. Happen but the real villain edit is them Asking Tyra, okay so do you know what happened With shandy Baby? Ashley she has so many girls in her head that she wronged and doesn't remember not one of their, names so her face blanks Like Shandy, okay yeah they he has no.
Speaker 1: Apologies she's in a different, show not one she remembers.
Speaker 2: Nobody it is All tyra is in her own world and they talked about her bad behind her, back like it. Is The jays have things to. Say you, KNOW i think it's really. GOOD i really. DO i think you'll like because of THE tv watcher you, are you will find it more compelling than damaging To, okay, Yeah i'm about to. Say and then we'll see you on. THREADS i know. It we'll see you ON i know.
Speaker 1: IT i know.
Speaker 2: It and you know, WHAT i want to know where the people can see that when you inevitably sit down.
Speaker 1: With, Us ashley and watch that. Doc but also all the other.
Speaker 2: Things Like i'm following, y'all but there's a person out there who don't know what time it is and needs to enhance. Taste it wants to expand their. Taste where are they finding the? Taste where are they where are they?
Speaker 4: Going i'll start off at the Website taste Of reality dot. Com we go a little bit deeper into all of the you know.
Speaker 1: Things that you.
Speaker 4: See we have discussion posts, there so if you like to watch the show and have like a live thread where you can chat with other quote unquote taste buds they call, themselves which we think is.
